1) Prepare a model of two parallel lines cut by a transversal and list all
angles. Check which angles are equal (size of angles must be
mentioned)
2) Suppose monthly income of your family is Rs. 50, 000 and the
expenditure on different headings are as follows:
Food = 25%
Education = 15%
Rent = 20%
Miscellaneous = 10%
Find the expenditures in each heading and saving amount.
3) Prepare 3D models of all types of triangles using sticks or any hard stuffs
and paste on copy. Also write the properties of each type of triangle.
4) Your task is to design a map that includes several different kinds of lines,
angles, triangles and quadrilaterals. Your map can be of a town, your
neighborhood or a made up place. It must however include the
following:
a. Two sets of streets that are parallel
b. Two sets of streets that are perpendicular
c. One street that intersects another street to form an obtuse angle
d. One street that intersects another to form an acute angle
e. An ice cream parlor in the shape of an equilateral triangle
f. A pool that is in the shape of an isosceles triangle.

first column. Give your survey or ask orally and collect data and then
complete the entire chart.
