Organization is such as receptacle and management as a transportation to


reach the goals which consists of organization growth, satisfaction and wellbeing from stakeholders, brand image, efficiency and effectiveness.
Management should be run so that organizational goals can be achieved .

1. Status of the organization (public/ privat, provit/ non provit)

The essence of management is leadership
The essence of leadership is decision making
The essence of decision making is human approach and communication.
So the main activity of manajerial is communication and decision making.

The way of thinking that must be developed is a system approach that is the
way to see something as a system. So science of administration and health
policy is a system.
