INQUIRY FOR PROCUREMENT
Based on the FAL 2805

The Bid shall comprise the following elements:

For materials and equipment:
Unit prices and total prices EUR
Delivery terms
Delivery deadline
Warranty period
Bid option
Bid Instructions: The Bidder should submit the Bid in writing by filling in the required procurementrelated data Flatirons software in line with the Technical Assignment which constitutes an integral
part hereof.

Payment:
Within 60 days for materials and equipment: from the delivery date

Bid validity period: shall be minimum 60 calendar days from the bid opening date.
Bidder Selection Criteria: economically the most favourable bid, provided that it has received a
positive technical evaluation.

Contract Model:
The Bidder is obliged to submit the statement by virtue of which it will accept the model of the Main
Contract and Anticorruption Annex drawn up by the Investor.

Bid submission deadline: 12.10.2016. until 12h CET (GMT + 1 h)

Bids sent to the addresses other than specified will not be considered.
Clients withdrawal from procurement: The Client reserves the right to withdraw from further
procurement procedure without stating reasons at any moment but not after signing the Contract
with an awarded bidder. The Bidder shall have no right to claim any possible damages or costs
incurred due to participation in the procurement procedure pertaining to this Invitation.

Bid validity period: Based on the Law on Contracts and Torts (hereinafter referred to as the LCT)
- the Bid is binding on the Bidder. The bid validity period shall be deemed the time period prescribed
for its acceptance, while the bid under which the deadline for its acceptance has been

stipulated allows NIS j.s.c to accept or reject the Bid until the aforesaid deadline. Should you
withdraw your Bid, please bear in mind that this will entail consequences prescribed by the law.

Late bids (for whatever reason) will not be considered.

Additional information: Any additional information regarding this procurement procedure may be
obtained every working day, from 08.00 till 16.00 hrs.
Purchaser reserves the right to conduct commercial negotiations with bidders who have submitted
technically correct bid / further price reduction is being requested through the direct commercial
offers /
