PCSO Personnel Intervention: A Personnel intervention is initiated when a deputy's conduct exhibits "inappropriate, improper or bizarre behavior that causes other members to be concerned about the members mental or emotional stability". Lt. Dimmer, Sgt. Taylor and Cpl. Kanoski all confronted Deputy Paul Martin, took away hos patrol car and ordered him to leave the department and not work for the next few days due to his unstable behavior.   In this case, Deputy Martin had contacted a man and threatened him with death stating "I'm going to kill you you fucking asshole".  The man was an old school mate of Deputy Martin's wife and had reconnected at a recent school reunion while he was estranged from his wife and had assumed a sexual relationship existed when there was not. The man was concerned with the safety of Deputy Martin's wife. Deputy Martin made these threats in front of his own children. The man was concerned because he had already been falsely accused of a crime by a cop that had been dating his ex-wife and that he was incarcerated for three years over the false charges. (the exact same thing Sheriff's Candidate James McLynas claims Sheriff Gualtieri tried to do to him)
