We are currently seeking an IT Helpdesk
Administrator to join our Sydney team. You will be
responsible for providing support to the Sydney office
on all IT related matters.
Key responsibilities include:
•Provide level 1 and 2 support services in-person or
via phone and emails;
•Maintain service requests tracking system and
adhere to SLAs;
•Assist the IT team members in SOE refresh and
deployment;
•Perform user administration in Windows Active
Directory and MS microsoft Exchange 2007;
•Monitor and deploy Antivirus updates via McAfee
EPO;
•Assist IT team members with projects or
deployments;
•Perform desktop, mobile (blackberry/iPhone) and
printer setups;
•Setup IT equipment for meetings/Video Conferences
and Teleconferences;
•Perform daily processing including, housekeeping
and day-to-day procedures.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
•Knowledge of the inter-working of computer
hardware and peripherals;
•Basic understanding of ITIL structure;
•Basic understanding of Windows 2000/2003/2008
Server;
•Advance understanding of Windows XP/7 and MS
Office suites;
•Basic understanding of Virtual environment
(Vmware) and Citrix;
•Knowledge in basic TCP/IP Networking skills;
