round the classroom. SS can ask questions in connection with the exercises from T1 & T2. In case of general mistakes correction
written on the blackboard.
Some exercisebooks collected so as to be checked & corrected.

showing the time on a wall-clock.

T1 explains the use of the structures while T2 writes
the keywords on the blackboard: 'past, to, quarter, half',
then shows the boards with the questions.

& say a sentence with an activity happening at the shown time.
3-3 times are shown & 6 sentences said with activities.

Listening to a song on the tape & for the 2nd time filling the gaps
on the copied handouts given to SS. T1 operates the cassetteplayer, T2 distributes the copies.

T1 & T2 gives pictures of clocks & watches to groups of SS' &
the groups have to write dialogues into their own exercisebooks
asking-telling the times shown in the pictures.

Learning the song by heart.

T1 & T2 in turns call a S to show a time on one of the clocks to the class & S
asks the time from the class. The SS tell the time shown on the clock in choir.

A S shows a time on a clock, asks the time & calls an other S to answer his/her
question. The other S answers the question & he/she is the next to show a time
on a clock. SS call out each other to answer & show a time.
T1 & T2 in turns call up SS to name the objects T1 & T2 point at in the
classroom. 'What's this? This is a(n) …'
