solemnly affirm:
1. This living woman is the deponent and that all the information contained in this affidavit is
true.
2. This living woman, Fiona Cristian, that you and all of MAN can sense (touch, taste, feel,

smell, hear, see) in present sense, does not live for processing curses and has no intention to
ever do so. All lies are curses and all liars are processing curses in the eternal present sense.
Twisting words without providing full disclosure of the intention to deceive another and the
consequences of harm derived from the outcomes of this deception is lying and is a crime.
3. Those who twist words and use words for the purposes of inculcation with its compelling

instructions to break and control wills have no respect for the lives of others they attack,
showing up as malevolence and indifference as they carry out their intention to protect lies
and liars, collude against, dominate, terrorise, intimidate, extort from, rape, pillage, plunder,
censor, discriminate against, ignore, humiliate, ridicule, abuse, scorn, all the symptoms of
arrogant, righteous slave masters overseeing their slaves. They have nothing to offer bar the
exclusivity and privilege of those protected by the twisting of words and the law of harm
doing derived from it.
4. This twisting of words and collusion are used to bring about situations where third party

strangers can come into a family home and take possession of private property, no different
to the Land Barons raiding the homes of their serfs, if the serfs did not abide by the Land
Baron's rules, regardless of how often the Land Barons changed their rules daily, weekly,
monthly, yearly........"statutes". The rules of the Land Barons are the doing harm of truth and,
under their law, all those involved in the doing harm of truth work together to support this
terrorism.
5. It is easy to see error in the law because of how the words are twisted and used. It is evident

in the motions and the accumulation of substance that is derived from the enforcement of the
twisting of words. Those who apply the law do not look for the do no harm of truth (the do
no harm of truth is hereafter referred to as "truth") in a matter, only at how the law may be
applied in a matter to do harm to another, particularly to those who are innocent of the
twisting of words claimed by those who target them. They are not permitted to go where
truth takes them and therefore they do not take full responsibility for the outcomes of the

laws they apply in the lives of the men and women they judge. This results in the
malevolence of those who twist words being perpetrated by all those who collude with them.
6. What one man or woman claims to be truth may be different to what another man or woman

claims as being truth. The way to determine where truth stands is to look for the harm,
which is all about using scrutiny to rout out the twisted words that allow others to pass off
harm as truth and exposing those who twist words for all to see. The intention of this living
woman is to rout out the twisting of words to expose the malevolent intent of perpetrators to
do harm and bring it out into the living light of do no harm truth for all to see. This living
woman has no intention of processing the curses of those who twist words under the cover
of the law disguised as truth, and has the full responsibility not to pass those curses onto
other men and women, children, earth and nature. There is nothing else to live for.
7. Is this not what the Supreme Court stands for? And that those of ACAT stand for? And that

all those acting under the Commonwealth of Australia stand for?
8. At no time in this matter has this living woman been given an oath by any of those involved

that they go where the do no harm truth takes them no matter what. Linda Crebbin is not
interested in going where the do no harm truth takes her to resolve the matter and come to a
just outcome. Elizabeth Symons is not interested in going where the do no harm truth takes
her to resolve the matter and come to a just outcome. All that interests them is applying the
law of doing harm upon the innocent.
9. But the law of twisted words (hereafter referred to as “the law”/”law”) is only in third party,

is fiction, is make-believe and does not exist, it has no substance of life to stand on its feet
and talk freely from its free will. Where can anyone visit the law and talk to the law without
a man or woman inculcated in the practices of the law coming forward to represent the law?
Where is the law in first party to tell this living woman that it is only interested in going
where the truth takes it and that it does not tolerate lies and liars?
10. If the law of twisted words cannot come forward as a first party to back the claims that are

made in the name of the law, then who is deciding the law and who takes full responsibility
for the application of the law and the affect the application of the law has in the lives of the
living men and women it is applied to?
11. Who can tell this living woman who is fully responsible for the outcomes of the application

of the law to do harm in the lives of the innocent, living men and women who are affected
by the application of the law?
12. Who takes on the full responsibility to ensure that the law is used to go only where the do no

harm of truth takes those applying the law and to ensure that no lies are permitted to slip into
the application of the law?
13. The law does not exist but what does exist is the twisting of words in the application of the

law to do harm and benefit those who gain the fruits from the inculcated slaves who are
forced to labour under the inculcation of the twisting of words.
14. Is this what ACAT is about? Is this what the Supreme Court is about? Is this what the private

corporation known as the Commonwealth of Australia is all about, because it is a daughter
of the abomination of the law that is the twisting of words forming the law of those who
benefit as slave masters? If not, then where is the full disclosure that this living woman can
witness where the intent of do no harm truth is paramount and where the protection of

twisted words is not tolerated? Where are these glorious Knights of Truth to protect
everyone from the harm derived from the twisting of words? Can we find them in the
Churches? Can we find them in politics? Can we find them in the law? Can we find them
amongst the private corporations and their societies bearing the abominations of their
institutions? Are those of the Bar here to protect everyone from this malevolent intent or are
they colluding with it and partaking in the proceeds of a slave race producing fruits for the
beneficiaries of the generous proceeds gained by the twisting of words by the Plutocracy,
based on the application of the law to do harm?
15. Amongst the living, whose intellectual property is the law? Which man or woman will come

forward in first party to claim the intellectual property of the law with all its applications
under copyright that this living woman has been asked to find error in? Who is fully
responsible under their full commercial liability for the inculcation of licentious intent
through the application of the law? A lie needs the will of a living man or woman to perform
the lie; the lie cannot perform itself. Where is the living source of the force of this will that
compels those who apply the law to act in this way? Which living man or woman is
compelling them to perform? This living woman wants to deal directly with them, first party
to first party with no third party intermeddlers, interceders, interlopers, actors and expert
commentators coming in between, committing fraud and slander which happens through the
twisting of words.
16. Have the men and women of the Bar become so insular that they remain oblivious to the

harm they are causing to the living through the inculcation of law that they worship as their
false idol, that clearly being the licentious intent to abuse others through the twisting of
words? How else could they harm another man or woman and be absolved from the effects
of that harm? The living are not on the radar of their senses. Instead, the protection of the
fantasy of the inculcation of this licentious intent is there and they can physically abuse, as
in rape, pillage and plunder, without recourse because the doing harm of the law applied as
truth protects them.
17. Linda Crebbin has not taken on the full responsibility to ensure that the law is used to go

only where the do no harm of truth takes those applying the law and to ensure that no lies
are permitted to slip into the application of the law. Neither has Elizabeth Symons. This
living woman is looking for a living man or woman of the Bar, not dead at law, who is
willing to take on this full responsibility. Is there anyone anywhere? Or is the Bar a private
club only for those initiated into applying the law, all others being written off as the scum of
inculcated slavery? If the law governs everybody and everything in "The System" of the
application of this law under the private corporation of the Commonwealth of Australia, who
are they answerable to?
18. The law Linda Crebbin uses to harm others protects and commercially rewards her,

elevating her amongst the society of her peers. So whose law is it? It seems to be an
exclusive club protected by those of the Bar. Who has the prerogative to exercise their
malevolent, insidious intent through the application of law to rape, pillage and plunder
anyone they target?
19. This living woman has been asked to show where there has been an error in the law. The

law, being a fantasy, cannot be found to be in error because the law does not exist amongst
the living to make errors; only the intent of the men and women applying the law can be in
error and the error of Linda Crebbin and Elizabeth Symons is to try to apply the law to a
living woman who is nowhere to be found in the law of twisted words as in everything
recorded in transcripts, filed in their courts and associated libraries and records. This living

woman is not on their sensory radar and is not present to them for them to sense in present
sense. Only the fantasy that they project on their radar is there, but this is not the living
woman Fiona Cristian. This is the error in law. They have no interest in sensing my intention
because this living woman has been written off, dead at law.
20. If the Supreme Court throws this application for an appeal out, it is clear that the law of the

Supreme Court is the building of the Coliseum in present sense and the protection of the
lions of the Bar and those they protect of their pride who they give permission to come after
this living woman and her family. How can this living woman escape the biased games of
the Coliseum when there is no way out implied by those who govern the games of rape,
pillage and plunder? Where is the glorious, benign emperor who can see through the harm of
the twisting of words and stop it here and now, in present sense, making whole with those
who are innocent whilst punishing the perpetrators?
21. The curses of those holding hands to form the brick wall of the Coliseum that is the Bar and

all the beneficiaries who have feasted on the carcasses of the innocent men and women
sacrificed under the twisting of words, past, present and future, continue being processed by
them, their families, their loved ones and their beneficiaries without end, until they have
made whole all the harm of their making in the lives of all the men, women and children
whose lives they have applied the law to. The twisted words are fantasy and so cannot be
destroyed; only the living performing twisted words can be destroyed in this life. There is no
escape for the living.
22. The collective intent of the application of the law without taking full responsibility for the

harm being created is the ever expanding force of an apocalypse upon those who have
become insular, desensitised and indifferent to the harm they are engulfed in, of their own
creation. They have drawn it upon themselves. Do they not sense the warnings in the
ancient, destroyed buildings of the Roman Coliseum and all the other ancient ruins of
previous such societies, governed by the rule of law?
23. This living woman does not exist in the fictitious law being applied by Linda Crebbin and

Elizabeth Symons. How can reality, the living, exist in what does not exist? Where is the
living woman Fiona Cristian present in the application of the law by Linda Crebbin and
Elizabeth Symons? If the living woman is not present in the application of the law, how can
Linda Crebbin and Elizabeth Symons come to a competent decision about matters
concerning the living woman through the application of the law? This living woman cannot
be classified with anyone else. Who can produce another Fiona Cristian and prove that this
living woman is not unique and original? Linda Crebbin and Elizabeth Symons have never
brought forward this impostor, this Fiona Cristian that they refer to in their twisted words.
24. Through the application of the law, innocent men and women are being ignored and those

acting as representatives of the law are not doing anything about it. Through the application
of the law, Linda Crebbin is able to do harm to my family without taking any responsibility
for it.
25. The law is inculcation and the application of the law is the reflection and projection of that

inculcation that does not exist, just as the explanation of the life form that we call a daffodil
and describe as yellow and a flower is inculcation that does not exist in the form of an
explanation that has not come directly from the sensory life form we are observing. The
reflection of the explanation of inculcation is the illumination of fantasy and the projection
of fantasy as reality which is the creation of the intent revealed. The twisting of words is the

inculcation of illumination. Linda Crebbin is relying on the fantasy of a twisted word Fiona
Cristian that is not true and that reinforces the fantasy of a David Bottrill.
26. To ask for an error in the law is a play on words because the law cannot be right or wrong; it

does not exist. Truth cannot be found in a fiction. The twisting of words is the
incontrovertible evidence of the subjugation of the will of a living man or woman. This
living woman does not consent to having her will broken by the twisting of words by
unscrupulous others.
27. Which is the higher power - MAN or the law? Which is the higher power, the truth of do no

harm that is the reality of life of the living or the truth of harm doing that is death under the
shadow guise of fantasy? In the application of the law, are some not more equal than others?
Is this not slavery under a dictatorship? The application of the law allows the men and
women of the Bar to have power and control over those they apply the law to, leading to
harm doing being protected by the application of the law. The harm reveals the error in the
application of the law. Through the application of the law, living men and women are
brought beneath the law, used by some men and women to dominate others.
28. MAN shapes the law; the law cannot shape the MAN. If a MAN lies, the lie can shape the

law in the image of that lie, under the power of MAN’S creation. When the law is shaped by
men and women who act on behalf of the law, it is easy to harm others if there is no full
disclosure provided as to the intentions of those behind the law twisting words.
29. This living woman is not initiated into the Bar, has no inculcation into the practices of the

law and no access to legal assistance, leading to this living woman being discriminated
against and disadvantaged because this living woman is not party to the intention behind the
application of the law. Those applying the law admit that this living woman is disadvantaged
but they apply the law anyway, twisting words and refusing to take full responsibility for the
fact that they are refereeing an unfair playing field, washing their hands of the full
responsibility like Pontius Pilot. This shows the error in the application of the law; how can
the law be applied fairly if one party is disadvantaged before a matter is even started? Is this
living woman equal or is she scum, coerced into bending the will of this living woman to the
application of the law by men and women to avoid the force of "The System" of twisted
words coming to do harm to the family of this living woman?
30. The law cannot help this living woman; only a living man or woman can, using scrutiny to

show the error of the living man or woman acting as the power of the law and scrutinising
those who use the law with the intent to harm another who is innocent.
31. Under the application of the law, the consequences for those whose lives are being forced

into the boxes of the application of the law are already set out. The stage is set, with props
and actors in place, acting according to the script of the application of the law with predetermined outcomes reflected and projected by the men and woman who apply the law.
32. If this living woman is not a slave, how has this living woman found herself in a position

where this living woman has to obey the men and women of the Bar to avoid having
Sheriffs come to take the private property of this living woman? This is a war of will, where
the will of the men and women of the Bar have their will on a higher standing than the will
of this living woman through the application of their force, their intent. Theirs is the will that
determines outcomes through the application of the law, without full disclosure that the
power is in the living man or woman, not in the law. Slave masters do not see the living men

and women they enslave. They can’t because they don’t recognise the freedom that would
mean their loss of power over those they subjugate.
33. The law is used as a tool to determine outcomes based on the will of men and women. How

long do the living men and women on this land have to remain invisible to the living men
and women of the Bar as they apply the law to force the living to be dead at law before they
realise that it is no longer a useful tool? The living are not on their sensory radar. As Public
Servants, they should be finding the right tool for the job. Are they serving the Crown that
rules or the Crown that serves? Which one is their master? To be dead at law is to be under
the Crown that rules over inculcated slaves.
34. This living woman has clearly explained inculcation practices and how inculcation is used to

diminish the truth in the documents filed in ACAT but there has been no full disclosure of
the inculcation practices of the law being used against this living woman who carries no
weapons, is not violent, is not a terrorist, not part of a cult or sect, and comes only with the
truth of do no harm and life is a gift. This living woman has been providing full disclosure
for two and a half years. Why is that not enough? Is there something to be scared of?
35. Linda Crebbin and Elizabeth Symons are asking this living woman to accept the lie of

twisted words by accepting their ACAT orders that define this living woman with lies;
should this living woman harbour the lies and sell out, telling the children of this living
woman to sell out to the lie too?
36. The Bar is an organisation and everyone involved in law stems from the Bar. The political

arena is shaped by the Bar, as is every aspect of life in “The System”. It is pre-determined.
There is no personal attack by this living woman on any of the members of the Bar. The
intention of the living woman is to provide full disclosure to all the members of the Bar of
the nature of what they are part of. Laws can be passed to stop groups of more than a few
men or women gathering in public places on the pretext that they might be terrorists, but
how is that different from a whole organisation of men and women of the Bar, or a few of
them, fraternising and possibly working together to conspire against this living woman?
How many of those of the Bar will protect the Bar at all costs and will go out of their way to
collude behind the scenes, considering that the Bar is in ACAT, in the Magistrates Court, the
Family Court, the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, etc. Can this not be considered a cult
that protects its own and protects those who benefit the most from the existence of the Bar
with its application of the law?
37. Justice Refshauge: you are a Judge in the Supreme Court, the highest court in the land, and a

member of the Bar. Is your job to make sure that the do no harm of truth is upheld? Are you
willing to take a solemn oath before this living woman, verbal and written, under your full,
commercial liability, that you are able to tell the difference between the twisting of words
that do harm to the innocent and the do no harm of truth that protects the innocent, affirming
that you progress only with the do no harm of truth and that you will not acquiesce to lies,
protecting the twisting of words? Are you there to protect the living or to protect the law?
Are you prepared to give full disclosure of your intent acting as a judge overseeing justice?
Is this living woman on your sensory radar or is only the inculcation of the law (the twisting
of words, non-sensical constructs used to compel others) on your radar? This living woman
has experienced how the intentions of this living woman have been hijacked by third party
impostors using the law to impersonate a Fiona Cristian, making out that they are referring
to the first party Fiona Cristian who is dead at law, allowing them to make up lies under a
state of fantasy. This living woman has never consented to the name Fiona Cristian being
used by others to create a story-telling fantasy that has nothing to do with the living woman.

This is what David Bottrill, Linda Crebbin, Elizabeth Symons and others representing ACAT
have done. This has been made clear to them but they love the processing of the curse of
inculcation more than they honour the living. They have intentionally ignored the life of this
living woman. This living woman is happy to work with you but needs to know where she
stands and that there is competency all around.
38. If you are not in a position to give this living woman that oath of purity and sincerity of

intention, then there can only be three other options;
a) we find another judge who is willing to take an oath that he or she goes where the truth takes
him or her without compromise,
b) we get a jury of twelve impartial peers to contemplate on and scrutinise the matter and come
to a just resolution based on truth, or
c) you take on the full responsibility to dismiss the entire matter in ACAT and the entire matter
in the Magistrates Court because there is no man or woman of the Bar who is willing to take on
the full responsibility to go where truth takes them rather than hiding behind the inculcation of
the application of the law.
39. This living woman is not one who fights for Trial by Jury or the Magna Carta or the

Constitution but she is a stickler for truth because that is the basis and well being of all of
life. Does the Coliseum provide remedy without anyone on all sides being compromised by
going against truth and their conscience? Or does it only provide Pontius Pilots?
40. When a man or woman sets themselves up on a higher standing than other men and women,

they carry the full responsibility and liability for the lives of those they claim authority over.
Are you prepared to accept the full responsibility you carry, under your full commercial
liability, for the life of this living woman and the lives of the family of this living woman? If
you can’t, is there anyone in the Bar who can?
41. In spite of this living woman not having been provided with full disclosure that there was a

third party fantasy impostor Fiona Cristian in law, a citizen of the Commonwealth of
Australia in law, and in spite of all the costumes, titles, standings, status, privileges and
benefits of the law, are not all of the living men and women equal before all of the living
men and women? This is the living woman talking to the living man. Do we go where truth
takes us? Should we be the immune system that attacks the lies of inculcation or should we
remain as invalids without the strength to push aside the darkness of inculcation?
42. Silence in the face of the questions asked is admittance of the support of the lies.
43. The lies are protected by the twisting of words. This living woman does not have the

resources to get the transcripts of all the hearings at ACAT that show how the words of this
living woman have been twisted by all those involved with this matter to be used against this
living woman. These ACAT transcripts need to be brought into the Supreme Court to prove
this, as well as the transcripts and documents from all matters involving David Bottrill and
this living woman in all courts. Truth is already evident, as in this living woman before you.
Truth does not need words; only liars need words to twist so that they can manipulate for
their agenda. When we give our lives over to twisted words, we give up reality and accept
fantasy instead. If the Bar permits a world of fantasy to spread amongst the living, then the
perpetrators of harm have somewhere to hide, a sanctuary, while they continue to attack
whenever they chose to do so without recourse. If there is a denial of truth to this living
woman then there is an agenda to subjugate and dominate this living woman, to enforce
slavery.

44. This living woman and the family of this living woman will not back off from exposing the

lies because our full responsibility is to stop the liars’ lies from doing harm. We have no
intention of participating in the apocalypse.
45. This living woman is a woman of simple needs, requiring only land, water, food and shelter

but this basic inheritance passed down by the ancestors has been denied by the twisting of
words.
46. Why are all these men and women of the Bar in the life of this living woman when they

have not been invited to meddle in the private life of this living woman? Where is the
freedom from others meddling in the life of a peaceful woman? It is only through the
twisting of words that David Bottrill came into the private life of this living woman bringing
the men and women of the Bar with him. Is this not a pre-determined conspiracy?
47. All the symptoms of destruction and death as in poverty, disease, homelessness,

environmental catastrophe, etc, that are obvious all around us come from the inculcation of
the law that defines the societies of "The System" that we live in. We each have the full
responsibility to stop all this harm for our descendants to come, if we want our
custodianship of the dream of MAN’S life that is earth, nature to continue rolling along here
and now, expressing and expanding its magnificence. We don't live to destroy man and earth
but to inspire them to return to the magnificence they are without the destruction being
reaped upon them by those operating under the inculcation of twisted words.
48. This is why the Cristian family and its expanding tribe are building a food forest garden. We

don't want to rely on the handouts of "The System" forevermore, acting as the cockroaches
that some of the Bar label us as. We are taking on the full responsibility for our lives and are
the immune system to this group effort towards a man-made apocalypse. We are setting a
living example by demonstrating as we learn to live in ways that dissolve the apocalypse so
that no man, woman, child or anything of nature/earth has to experience the effects of it.
49. We will not stop despite this matter. We would be psychotic to do so because we are talking

about the lives of everyone's children and all the descendents to come. "The System" is
corrupt to its core; it is an abomination that supports the murder of the soul of the living.
50. The law is for the dead at law; this living woman is asserting that this living woman is not

dead at law.
