• Kellogg Sales Co. renewed its lease on
14,700 SF in the 120,000 SF Woodside
Center at 6281 Tri-Ridge Boulevard in
Loveland.
• The 46,150 SF Kenwood Commons I at
8230 Montgomery Road saw Atos Origin
recommit to 14,000 SF on the first floor.
• In November Systems Evolution, Inc.
will relocate from 6,300 SF at 5191
Natorp Boulevard in Mason to 8,300
SF in the 100,000 SF Kemper Pointe at
7870 East Kemper Road in Blue Ash.
• Carepoint Partners LLC took 7,300
SF in the 46,400 SF three-story
Kenwood Commons II building at 8280
Montgomery Road in Kenwood.
• Northcreek Mezzanine Fund I LP
subleased 3,695 SF on the 30th floor in
the 528,000 SF Chemed Center at 255
East Fifth Street downtown.
Industrial
• The 598,000 SF bulk building, Hebron
II, landed its first tenant since it
completed construction in 2007. HK
Systems will occupy the entire building
located at 2285 Litton Lane in Hebron.
• Leslie’s Poolmart, Inc. renewed its lease
on the 146,000 SF office/warehouse
facility at 1231 Aviation Boulevard in
Hebron’s Airpark Business Park.
• QC Industries acquired the 57,350 SF
freestanding building at 4057 Clough
Woods Drive in Batavia from Black Cat
LP & 2900 North Talman LP for $2.7
million ($47/SF).
• The 48,000 SF former Weyerhaeuser
building at 11807 Enterprise Avenue
in Sharonville was purchased by Rudd
Equipment for $2.4 million ($50/SF).
• Camco expanded into another 35,000
SF for a total of 83,000 SF in the
232,400 SF bulk building at 7130 New
Buffington Road in Florence.
• E-BEAM Services, Inc. plans to break
ground this fall on a 25,000 SF addition
to its 64,600 SF facility at 2775 Henkle
Drive in Lebanon.
• TNT Trucking purchased the 22,600
SF facility at 5100 Duff Drive in West
Chester from Worthington Commercial
Properties LLC for $800,000 ($35/SF).
• The buildings totaling 16,060 SF at 712
Shepherd Avenue in Lockland were sold
by Redline Properties LLC to Columbus-
based Columbus Equipment Company
for $1.2 million ($75/SF).
• American Power Services renewed
its lease on 10,500 SF in the 156,000
SF Airport Business Center office/
warehouse complex on Circleport Drive
in Erlanger.
• Automatic Equipment Corporation will
be staying in its 10,000 SF in the 22,600
SF Capital Center I, Industrial Center 10
office/warehouse at 4699 Interstate Drive
in West Chester.
Retail
• Cincinnati Premium Outlets, the
400,000 SF outlet mall at Route 63
and I-75 in Monroe, announced further
additions to its tenant roster debuting by
fall. They include Joe’s Jeans Inc., New
York & Company, Claire’s Accessories,
Under Armour, LensCrafters, Lacoste
and Ann Taylor Loft Outlet. True
Religion is opening in 2011.
• The 500,000 SF Crestview Hills Town
Center at I-275 and Dixie Highway will
be the first area location of Charming
Charlie. It will open by the end of the
year in the 14,000 SF formerly occupied
by Entertainment Solutions and Learning
Express.
• USA Collision Centers opened its fifth
area location in the 12,710 SF former
Just Saab dealership at 5449 Dixie
Highway in Fairfield. This has also
become its corporate headquarters.
• The 11,000 SF former E-Check at 6135
Harrison Avenue in Green Township
has been converted to Glenway Auto
Center, an auto repair shop. The site
was recently purchased by Glenway
Land Company LLC from the Ohio
Environmental Development Limited
Partnership for $1.10 million ($100/SF).
• The 8,810 SF former Mesh restaurant
space at 6200 Muhlhauser Road in West
Chester is now occupied by Stone Creek

 Dining Company. This is the second
location in the Cincinnati region for the
restaurant chain.
• Dao Modern Asian Cuisine has taken
over the 7,560 SF site formerly occupied
by Macaroni Grill at 5065 Deerfield
Boulevard in Mason’s Deerfield Towne
Center.
• Keep It Tight holds its exercise classes
in the 6,000 SF former Sofa Express
space in Governor’s Plaza at 9275
Governor’s Way in Symmes Township.
• The 4,600 SF Salon Concepts at 9950
Kings Auto Mall Road in Mason’s Kings
Mall will open in July.
• Flipdaddy’s Burgers & Beers took the
space formerly occupied by Village
Kitchen in the 26,000 SF Wooster at
Walton Creek retail center at 7453
Wooster Pike in Columbia Township.
• Adding to the entertainment aspect of
the Gateway Quarter of Over-the-Rhine is
the 900 SF neighborhood pub anchoring
the 13th and Vine Streets corner on
the ground floor of The Lackman Lofts
Building, a seven condo residential
development. The Lackman bar will
open later this summer.
Investment
• The 27,140 SF PetSmart retail store at
245 Rivers Edge Drive in Milford was
sold by Peebles Land Ltd to AEI Property
Corporation & AEI Accredited Investor
Fund VI LP for $5.18 million ($191/SF).
• Schumacher Schwarz LLC purchased
28.3 acres of land at Village Center
Avenue and Allen Road in West Chester
from First Financial Bank NA for $1.5
million ($53,032/Acre).
• The 18,087 SF retail strip center at
6417 Branch Hill Guinea Road in
Loveland was acquired at a sheriff’s sale
by Fifth Third Bank from Last Chance
Properties LLC for $1.2 million ($66/SF).
• CSX Transportation acquired 46.97 acres
of land at 1002 Washington Street in
Middletown from Edward L. McConnell
