Introduction

This charter delineates and evaluates the procedures our group has decided to
use in order to achieve an optimal project outcome. The group members have
united to create this charter and every member fully supports the following

Team Goals and Objectives

Our group the purpose for creating to research, plan and manage the
development of a database-driven website system / application successfully.
We plan to design a Japanese Snack website for the group assignment.
Team Task Allocation

In the first team meeting, we each team member identified own strengths,
skills, and any knowledge or expertise that would be valuable to the team
throughout the duration of this project. The finalised task allocation:

Communication / Meeting Mode

Our group has decided to meeting in the room for discuss our group
assignment. And we spend our lunch time or break time go library or canteen
to discuss about our assignment.
Resources

We use many resources of necessary to complete our groups task. The key
resource that affects this particular project is time availability. Each team
member must be able to commit an appropriate amount of time to the project
in order to complete all of her required tasks. Another necessary resource is
effective research. Because for our group, we pay attention for the research.
Then, we need to be able to use the knowledge and tools (e.g. PHP, databases,
HTML, CSS, jQuery) appropriately to help us able to complete the group project.
Finally, our group assignment is important to discussion also. So that, we can
complete fully with our group team.

Project Plan / Timeline

The team has deadlines within which we must operate. Having such strict
deadlines requires that team meetings and task be laid out precisely for the
group.
Week 1

Do discussion and research.

Week 2

Do enough research and sketch ideas.

Week 3

Presentation of proposed web system.

Week 4

Research on design to guide and design the webpage.

Research on the target audience of the website.

Week 5

Start our first plan of webpage design on AI software.

Start design on AI Software.

Each member to design a layout for the web pages to create

(Front-end and Back-end).
Discussion on selecting the best layout design.
Creation of the interface design (Both Front-end and Backend)
of the agreed layouts for the website system.
Discussion on getting the appropriate database table
structures to be used for the website system.
Fine tuning the database table structures to be used for the
website system.
Compilation of the Project Report for submission.
Develop the web pages for both Front-end and Back-end of the
website system.
Prepare Post-Mortem Report for project developed.
Submission of the working website system and presentation of
the website system.

Work Expectations

The teams work expectations are defined accordingly:

1. We hope that we can design a high quality for our group webpage
assignment, so we try to do more research and plan it.
2. We draw many sketching to plan design a good and high quality
webpage.
3. We know that group assignment sure will have ague because some idea
is not same and not match, but we will try to handle like we will compare
either one and choose the best one.
4. We will keep contact our team member for discussing our group
assignment.
Consequences for Members (For Non-Contribution, Non-Attendance in
Meetings, etc.):
Any team member who causes the group to miss a Course Deadline will receive a 50%
reduction in overall available score for the project.
Any team member who did not contribute sufficiently to the group will be given
maximum 2 warnings, after which he / she will be kicked out from the group.
