Our group the purpose for creating to research, plan and manage the
development of a database-driven website system / application successfully.
We plan to design a Japanese Snack website for the group assignment.
Team Task Allocation
In the first team meeting, we each team member identified own strengths,
skills, and any knowledge or expertise that would be valuable to the team
throughout the duration of this project. The finalised task allocation:

Our group has decided to meeting in the room for discuss our group
assignment. And we spend our lunch time or break time go library or canteen
to discuss about our assignment.
Resources
We use many resources of necessary to complete our groups task. The key
resource that affects this particular project is time availability. Each team
member must be able to commit an appropriate amount of time to the project
in order to complete all of her required tasks. Another necessary resource is
effective research. Because for our group, we pay attention for the research.
Then, we need to be able to use the knowledge and tools (e.g. PHP, databases,
HTML, CSS, jQuery) appropriately to help us able to complete the group project.
Finally, our group assignment is important to discussion also. So that, we can
complete fully with our group team.
The team has deadlines within which we must operate. Having such strict
deadlines requires that team meetings and task be laid out precisely for the
group.
