June 11 2010

Dear Gail:

I wanted to state in advance how the cleaning with Terminix preceeded on June 10
2010.
Roger from terminex called and asked if the presentation of the flat was ready.
Informed him mostly, but still had a full closet. When he arrived I began showin
g him front to back and motioned that this closet was full. He began work and wh
en finished found me downstairs. He says, that had he known the closet was so fu
ll, he would have delayed cleaning for another session. Now, he recommends the c
loset be emptied of loose clothing and better prepared for a follow up session.
This he says would be conveyed to you later that day.
As far as presenting the situation, I was open and clear so if another session i
s required let me know.
I am already making preperation to fulfill the evacuation of several more loads
of personal papers, old clothing and more that may be hindering the service. Hav
e been given past advice that calling San Francisco's 3-1-1 for elimination and
pick up from the street was appropriate. However, found out this morning, it is
not acceptable without arranging a service fee for pickup and assigning responsi
bility. The advice was given to ask for service from the weekly recycle and garb
age maintanance. I did today, ask the service men and was given a phone number t
o begin the process of several pick ups by appointment. If this has caused any c
ontroversy, it led me to the correct avenue and things will be adjusted for serv
ice.
Also, received as we spoke on the phone, your letter about not receiving anymore
personal checks. This will be easily complied and from all forward instances th
e rent will be out on the 3rd of the month and to you by the 5th of each month.
I have mailed this agreement and signed.
Regarding your letter 'for surveillance to assure premises in a clean, orderly a
nd law abiding manner', you are welcome to attend on the 15th of June between 9
am - 4 pm. Have explored some of my consessions with the law, and will welcome y
ou in or representative. However, that representative cannot be Dale, having bro
ke my trust when doing a 'fire safety inspection' last year with a camera of whi
ch was not mentioned in the process. If there are any handyman services I requir
e he would be welcome however he must state his purpose and intentions. I have n
ot agreed to the corresponding portion in your letter.
Thanks for making yourself available and keeping all things considered.

Sincerely,

Wesley Miller
