Experience and Accomplishments Project Manager, Business Analyst, Designer, Technical Lead and Application Support Team Lead. 11/03 - Present: Chennai, India (eFunds International, India) Architected and designed SCAN Contribution (a batch application developed as part of the Oracle Secured Technology Stack initiative of EFD) and MyChexSystems B2B (a single business-to-business interface for inquiries to ChexSystems services. Suggested a good product strategy to make it easy for the channel partners of EFD customers (mainly Financial Institutions and Banks) to control inquiry input. Analyzed, designed and developed Business Rules for the IFP (Integrated Fraud Platform) project that is part of the larger initiative named OE (Open Enterprise). Within a year and a half (since 2006) I had gained expertise in two of the Business Decisioning tools that have been used in EFD so far. During the earlier half of this time I had self-learned Blaze Advisor 6.x (A third party decisioning software) within a month and soon after started designing and developing Business Rules using Blaze. As I gained more expertise I was even able to complete tasks in half the amount of time sometimes. I found more approaches at completing a given task and reviewed and evaluated them with other senior business folks thus getting on the same page as I was. This gave me a great opportunity to talk to business folks and helped me see the business view of software needs. Since the Blaze work wasn’t challenging enough for me, I chose to move to the other Business Decisioning development team in IFP that used DBRE (a custom Business Decisioning software build within EFD) to design and develop Workflow-related business rules (unlike Blaze which dealt with data-related business rules). Here I got to use most of the technologies in the J2EE stack such as WebServices, JMX and JMS. I also got to learn about Hibernate, an ORM (Object Relational Mapping) standard these days. When I started with DBRE, there were numerous problems in the core design that had existed for months. I took this as an opportunity to showcase my analytical and troubleshooting skills and I spent long hours at work to fix all major problems within a week. In doing so, I gained knowledge of the entire IFP (Integrated Fraud Platform) framework. Knowing the entire framework gave me a better understanding of what needed to be done. This had helped me deliver greater quality since then. Architected business requirements into specific system, application, or
