SECTION 1: Findings
Congress makes the following findings:
1. Provides a non taxable way of acquiring Health care benefits
2. Provided to all as a free/safe way to be refunded for medical
expenses.
SECTION 2: Purpose
This bill provides that congress omits Obama care and provides a required
common individual health care savings account, in which to be assisted
with the payment of any medical payments
SECTION 3: General Provisions
This bill provides that all persons can be easily accepted for the Healthcare
savings Account. Five percent (5%) will be taken from their annual
income, placed in a savings account specifically set up for the person.
This also allows any person to start and place money into the account
before a job is acquired.
Any person is allowed to add up to four (4) immediate family to one account.
And can be used to pay any medical transaction. Any person that is under
the same account may add any amount of money to the account.
If at any point the savings account becomes above fifty thousand dollars the
person may withdraw from the savings account for personal needs but
must maintain a minimum of fifty thousand dollars in the account at all
times.
Regards to death, all persons must set up a designated beneficiary, and if at
any point the person may die the money may be moved to the designated
beneficiary Health care Savings account.
All savings will be placed in a government protected savings with a minimum
of one percent return.
