INTRODUCTION

GENERAL STATEMENT
Health is the most precious treasure, but many do not realize it until a misfortune
disease severity. Many are not aware of the role of taking nutritious food to ensure
good health. The main cause of acute attacks of diseases such as cancer and heart
disease is because it takes a perfect meal and eat less nutritious food and lack of
exercise. A regular pattern of food intake should be started from the beginning.
Therefore, food should be taken seriously in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

THESIS STATEMENT
There are three ways eating habit that can reduce risk of disease which is practicing
having breakfast, eating foods that contain vitamin and reduce of intake foods that are
sweet.

any infection or disease is not easy to get sick. Human health is said to be the most
important thing in one's life. Indeed, humans eating a balanced diet will have health
risks only.

SUPPORTING DETAIL Processed foods and sweet food such as chocolate cake and ice cream contains a lot of sugar. Not only individuals but society and the state will receive the positive effects of good eating habits this.
