and support. She is great when it comes to stepping
up and leading when a job needs to be done. She is
always there and always early to set-up and to class.
She is very good at bringing good and new insights
to the lab and to each one of us. The best advice I
could give her would be to continue working at the
level she is, and to continue being patient with each
