1. Network Monitoring:

Working for TELUS INTERNATIONAL, Canada. TELUS is Telecom Giant in Canada operating in
British Columbia and Alberta regions of country.

Maintain and manage the managed services at the customer side (Enhanced Data Services).

Configuring and Troubleshooting of Networking Equipments: Routers and Switches.

Identifying global outages which interrupt the customer's service.

Identify and Escalate priority issues as per Client Specifications.

Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customer where necessary.

Responsible for the Customer and Event Management notification/update/resolution.

Assigning the trouble ticket whenever customer reports a trouble or if there is any automatic
Trouble ticket is created.

To monitor Siebel LYNX (Ticketing Queue) or e-mail for incoming auto-pages that has trouble

Perform Troubleshooting end-to-end between the two sites.

Deliver customized report solutions on MS excel.

Do handle client interactions on Weekly Services Reviews (WSR). Preparing Data-Reports and

2. TAM (Test and Accept Management)

Pre-testing of the circuits involving speed-tests; bandwidth utilization; check Out-of-Band;

OAM ping test; configuration check; creating models, set SNMP traps and communication
strings in Spectrum; back-up initial configuration files in Intelliden (IBM Tivoli Monitoring)
and configure scheduled backup of configuration files etc.

Tools used: Microsoft Visio (Visio Diagram), Secure-CRT (Telnet, Configuration check etc.) CA
Spectrum (for Polling purpose), SMA (Customer Records), Lynx (Fail Test TTs), Net Cracker,
EXFO BRIX verifier (OAM Ping Tests and SLAs), Cisco CSP-Collector, Net-Health (to generate
health reports) etc.

Worked on devices like Cisco Routers (1921), Cisco Switches (ME-3400, ME3600), Juniper
routers (srx-210), Juniper Switches, RAD (ETX-204), Riverbed etc.

Technologies includes WAN L3 VPNs, ADSL, Business Internets, Carrier Ethernets etc.
3. Wholesale DSL
