practices

competitive
 
while
 
controlling
 
costs.

manage
 
our
 
compensation
 
expense,
 
the
 
board
 
also
 
approved
 
our
 
strategy
 
to
 
increase
 
pay
 
to
 
market
 
levels
 
over
 
a

assuming
 
the
 
employee
 
performance
 
level
 
was
 
satisfactory
 
and
 
other
 
factors
 
such
 
as
 
skill

on
 
average
 
at
 
the
 
midpoint
