To Whom It May Concern:

I am presently looking for a position in a field of the arts administration. My 10+ years of diverse experience
as an executive assistant, special events coordinator, marketing/PR officer align well with the qualifications
you are seeking and I believe I would make a valuable addition to any performing arts organization.
I presently serve as a project manager for the Great Lakes Chamber Orchestra on the organization's European
Tour in Summer 2017. My role is to plan, organize, and serve as a liaison between the GLCO and international
partners as well as travel with the ensemble to ensure a successful execution of the project.
As an assistant to the executive director of the Opera Tampa and Slovak State Opera, I executed wide range
of administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling meetings, managing, organizing and
maintaining files, coordinating national and international travel arrangements, serving as a liaison for
international partners, communicating with directors of various departments, business partners and public
officials. In this capacity, I absorbed a great deal of skill and knowledge and gained vast insight into the field
of executive administration and support, which I am passionate about. In addition to my administrative duties,
I represented the organization at grand opening nights, special events, and government officials visits, all of
which equipped me with refined social skills and etiquette.
Since 2011, I have been a member of the Board of Directors for the Kent Philharmonic Orchestra, where I
currently serve as a vice president. KPO is a non-profit organization operating under the auspices of Grand
Rapids Community College. It is a community-based ensemble consisting of GRCC students, music teachers
and other professionals sharing their music with the community. Serving on the board allowed me to gain a
perspective into the importance of non-profit organization and rekindled my enthusiasm and commitment to
betterment of the community and its education.
Most recently, I was offered a position of the manager to Dylana Jenson, an internationally acclaimed violinist.
As her manager I will be negotiating contracts and fees; securing and booking events and venues that match
her artists career strategy; collaborate with the record producers; and assisting with the publicity and
promotion decisions.
Besides my administrative record, I possess solid personal qualitiesI am reliable, efficient, open to change,
seek challenge, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality work while working independently with a minimal
supervision. I am personable and work well in a team.
I believe that my experience, skills, diverse background, passion for administration and arts will be an asset to
your organization. I would welcome the opportunity to demonstrate my abilities and contribute to your
ongoing efforts to sustain your companys mission.
