BP & The Oil Spill Disaster

This current event is the worst man-made environmental disaster in American history. President Barack Obama recently gave his speech in June 15, 2010 about the oil crisis. He proclaims that it’s time to embrace the intention of gaining more access to alternative energy. Wind, solar, and other forms of it is apart of his plan to develop American energy resources. He hoped that America’s Gulf Coast will be better environmentally after it is all said and done. Some were convinced of his speech and others weren’t totally sold on the words of his prose. Obama requested that BP create a fund to assist the victims of the oil spill. The victims include fishers and other residents living in the Gulf Coast region. Many of these victims have been sick and are suffering horrendous conditions from the toxic nature of the oil traveling in the water. To keep it completely honest, the leadership of BP didn’t have that much sympathy toward the people suffering the Gulf Coast. They have waited until indignant, legitimate pressure came to bare upon that corporation. Then, BP tried to issue various commercials, speeches, etc. to maximize their perceived expressions of concern for the citizens in the region. Barack Obama and the leader of BP want to create a fund (of $20 billion, which is the least they can do. A lot of families are organizing to sue BP. This money can help to feed families, build

infrastructure, and assist real people. Rush Limbaugh calling this a slush fund is despicable. Although, this is what people like him think like. They love austerity measures and they hate altruism) to help the victims of the oil crisis. BP CEO Tony Haywood and other BP agents went into Congress to discuss about the troubles in BP. Of course, some Republicans like Bachmann (who believes that private corporations shouldn’t be held accountable by the executive branch in a serious way. She compares this act to almost extortion, which is silly. Congressman Barton compared BP being held accountable by some in Congress to a shakedown, which he apologized for) and Barton think that BP is too heavily criticized. Some of them have a fetish with criticizing Barack Obama. They are only right in that our real oil issues is bigger than just BP (though BP should be held accountable for its errors). Numerous liberals have criticized Barack Obama for not doing enough to allow stronger collaboration among federal, state, and local governmental forces to contain the oil spill. Yet, it is true that Barack Obama can’t do everything. Although, Barack Obama has some responsibility in the response to the tragedy. Haywood has the majority of the responsibility in this affair since BP is directly related to the oil spill. There are 27,000 oil wells in the Gulf of Mexico that are unaccounted for. The petroleum industry have a lot to answer for indeed. Tar ball are washing up in Florida, and as far as Texas. BP isn‘t even using super tankers to pick up millions of gallons of oil per day. *You can’t have fear in this world except for the fear of the Lord. If we have any legitimate dreams in life, we should never give up in life. If I can succeed in certain areas of my life, anyone can. I still believe in loving all people and promoting sacrifice to help our fellow people too.

The BP disaster proves that Big Oil has corruption issues. The BP disaster is having a mixed result among the Barack Obama administration. This BP oil spill can allow people see the scope of the problem with BP and how it effects energy markets plus politics. Barack Obama said that he didn't know of the ties of the corruption between oil companies and politicians extending past the Bush's administration into his time in office. Oil and energy corruption is common in America though. BP began when oil was discovered in Iran by 1908 by William Knox D'Arcy. In that year, the Anglo-Persian oil Company came about. In 1923, Winston Churchill was secretly paid about 5,000 pounds to lobby the British government in order to create a monopoly over Iranian oil. The pro-Western Prime Minister in Iran was assassinated in 1951. Later, the Iranian Parliament nationalized the oil industry by an unanimous vote. There was an election of a new nationalist Prime Minister named Mossadeq. The CIA and the British led a coup against Mossadeq by 1953. He was ousted

from power. In 1954, the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company changed it name to British Petroleum. BP grew into an international consortium. It shared profit with Iran at a 50-50 split. The company was 40% owned by Iran, 40% owned by 5 American companies, 20% owned by Royal Dutch Shell and the French Petroleum Company. No Iranians were allowed on the Board of Directors or to audit the company. The 5 American companies include Exxon, Gulf Oil, Mobil, Standard Oil and Texaco. All of these companies were controlled, merged or owned by parent companies affiliated with the Rockefeller family over time. Many of the Rockefellers and other families own the oil monopoly in covert means after the Sherman Antitrust Act was passed. Oil cartels have done price fixing before. Some feel that stockholders don't necessarily control the company when BP is called a publicly traded company. Stockholders typically own the corporations in general and executives work under the stockholders (or the principals). In economics, the executives are the agents. In 1979, the Ayatollah Khomeini broke all contracts and gave 90% ownership to BP oil. Iran retained a 10% interest. In 1988, BP merged with Amoco (a subsidiary of Standard Oil), and in 2002, it acquired ARCO. Peter Sutherland was the non-executive chairman of BP for 13 years until the end of 2009. Sutherland is apart of the Trilateral Commission, the UN, Goldman Sachs, he was director of Bank of Scotland, etc. Sutherland was instrumental in the UK’s immigration mess, negating Ireland’s ban on abortion. Sutherland is even reported to be on the steering committee of the Bilderberg group. He has been succeeded by CarlHenric Svanberg, former CEO of Ericsson telecommunications. Obama claimed full authority over the environmental horror, yet he don't want to ban the toxic dispersant Corexit. Corexit is produced by NALCO. NALCO's original name is the National Aluminate Corporation. It formed a limited partnership with Exxon Chemical Company in 1994. Ondeo Nalco was purchased by Goldman Sachs, Apollo, and Blackstone in 2003. It's now a publicly traded company.

There was the use of Corexit in Alaska after the Exxon Valdez disaster. This caused toxicity to humans against their respiratory system, nervous system, liver, kidney, and made blood disorders. NALCO's business ties have made safe and natural cleanup methods avoided in the Gulf in order to have an economic agenda. Barack Obama lifted the bans for offshore drilling just before the Gulf oil disaster. Now, he's considering to ban more drilling because of the oil spill. Some feel that Agenda 21 is promoted, but Agenda 21 deals with how corporate interests control private property under the guise of environmental protection. There is nothing wrong with alternative energies being promoted like wind, solar, natural gas, alcohol, and hemp production. Alcohol can be

made from almost anything that ferments. According to Robert Deitch, in his book “Hemp: American History Revisited”, Prohibition- the outlaw of alcohol was not on moral principles. The ban on alcohol lasted from 1920- 1933. The whole situation was a result of collusion between Rockefeller, who owned Standard Oil and Mellon, who owned Gulf Oil. The book says that prohibition was used to make America reliant on oil instead of alcohol in car engines. Alcohol is cheap to make. Hemp is another source of natural oil. That is why the feds prohibited it in many cases. Hemp is a threat to the oil industry. Some want a criminal investigation of BP. There are many evidence of environmental crimes and a lack of accountability from BP. There was the massive spill that occurred in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska in 2006. No felony convictions came about from the 2006 incident. BP violated the Clean Air Act. Some view these investigations as a tool to create more governmental control, but it's never immoral to have investigations. There is also a suggestion of prosecution for Endangered Species Act (ESA) violations. The purpose for this is not to hold BP liable for killing wildlife and sea creatures. Some fear an expansion of the federal government, but the expansion of corporate power caused the crisis in the first place. The United Nations recently announced that they are shifting their attention away from man made global warming “problems” to endangered species. Of course, this is a result of the unraveling of the of the scientific lies about man made global warming which was revealed in numerous scandals including ‘Climate gate.' Although, the ESA shouldn't be exploited by some to steal private property. There are controlled opposition in environmental groups like the Friends of the Earth (FOE), WWF, Sierra Club, NRDC, etc. They are funded by the Club of Rome, the Rockefeller & Ford Foundations, oil companies, and the United Nations. NGOs are tied to them as well to conduct theft or private property and depopulation schemes. This doesn't mean we shouldn't take care of the environment, but we should be careful in cleaning up the world around us.

The BP oil spill is a strange incident. There were sales of shared and stocks in days and weeks beforehand. A BP report cites undocumented tampering with well sealing equipment. Now, the government is trying to push for a carbon tax. The government wants more regulations, which can be a good thing if done in the right way of course. On April 12th, just over one week before the Deepwater Horizon rig exploded, Halliburton, the world’s second largest oilfield services corporation, surprised some by acquiring Boots & Coots. Boots and Coots is a relatively small but vastly experienced oil well control companies. This company dealt with fires and blowouts on oil rigs and oil wells. It was responsible for putting out roughly one third of the more than 700 oil well fires set in Kuwait by retreating Iraqi soldiers during the Gulf War. The deal is still under scrutiny with Boots and Coots facing an ongoing investigation into "possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law." Halliburton is named in the majority of some 2 dozen lawsuits that had been filed since the explosion by Gulf Coast people and businesses who claim that the company is to blame for the disaster. Halliburton was forced to admit in testimony at a congressional hearing last month that it carried out a cementing operation 20 hours before the Gulf of Mexico rig went up in flames. The lawsuits claim that 4 Halliburton workers stationed on the rig improperly capped the well. The New York times noted on May 26th that: "...BP officials

chose, partly for financial reasons, to use a type of casing for the well that the company knew was the riskier of two options..." Workers from the rig and company officials have said hours before the explosion, gases were leaking through the cement. This has been set in place by the oil services contractor called Halliburton. Some investigation believe that these leaks were the likely cause of the explosion. According to a 2007 study by Minerals Management Service, cementing was a factor in 18 of 39 rig blowouts in the gulf between 1992 and 2006. There is another intriguing connection Boots and Coots has to the Deepwater Horizon explosion via Pat Campbell. Pat is the man who employed to cap the well beneath the ruined rig. Campbell worked for Boots and Coots as general manager for many years. BP admitted to buying Yahoo and Google keywords in trying to control publicly available information in the wake of the catastrophe. It seems that the company is taking all of the flack for the spill. Yet, the Halliburton link is being ignored. BP’s prepared testimony briefing, which has since leaked online, also intriguingly notes that the Hydraulic Control System on equipment designed to automatically seal the well in an emergency was modified without their knowledge sometime before the explosion. One section of the report mentions that: “the extent of these modifications is unknown at this time” states the report on page 37. BP isn't innocent in this affair, but it's bigger than just BP. There was the dumping of stocks and shares in the weeks and days prior to the incident. Some believe this is an example of prior knowledge of the explosion. Goldman Sachs dumped 44% of its shares in BP Oil during the first quarter. These shares that later lost 36 percent of their value equating $96 million. Other asset management firms also sold huge blocks of BP stock in the first quarter. Though the amounts pale in comparison to Goldman’s holdings. Wachovia, owned by Wells Fargo, sold 98% of its shares in BP and Swiss bank UBS sold 97% of its BP shares. The London Telegraph on June 5th, have Tony Hayward (the chief executive of BP) sold 1.4 million of his shares in the fuel giant weeks before the spill. In the days before the Deepwater explosion. Obama had announced a new effort to explore for and lease new drilling locations in the deep Gulf and in Alaska. In the wake of the disaster, these plans have been cancelled and BP is taking a PR bashing. This has called some to want a reinvigoration of the carbon tax talk and some want to nationalize oil (that some in the Democratic leadership have desire). The full story of the Gulf of Mexico disaster isn't totally out yet. There is an ongoing cover-up and rumors of more spills. The site deals with $2.2 trillion source of wealth and power. These suspicious events should lead into more investigations about the BP spill.
The BP oil spill was either contrived by sabotage or negligence. Other states

are investigating BP and the federal government in this affair like in Florida, Louisiana, and Mississippi. BP CEO Tony Hayward have been caught watching yacht races. This tragedy isn’t equivalent to Katrina, but it’s has similarities to it. FEMA sabotaged the state response to the Katrina. That made the Katrina crisis worse, and it caused a police state response. Katrina has gun confiscation, and cause more federal power in violating the liberties of the people (instead the federal power being used to promote the general welfare of the people). Like in Katrina, reports show that locals and state authorities are being prevented by BP contractors (and the U.S. Coast guard) from helping to address the devastation the spill has created in the Gulf Coast. For example, the Coast Guard prevented Louisiana Bobby Jindal from using the state’s fleet of 16 vacuum barges to clean up the oil in the Louisiana marshes. It ordered the barges back to their original locations. Reporters have been harassed, threatened with arrest and prevented from accessing the affected areas. Oil spill clean up workers have been gagged from talking about their experiences. Foreign ships have been prevented from helping in the clean up process. Every effort has been made to stop the truth about the oil spill from being uncovered – almost everything we learn about the situation comes directly from BP or the federal government. This relates to cover up instead of helping end the spill. Even Barack Obama refused the help of the Belgian company DEME to fix the leak within 2 to 4 months with their technology. The Jones Act can be waived in cases of national emergencies or in cases of strategic interest. This Act forbids foreign ships from operating between U.S. ports. This event is used to promote the carbon cap and trade agenda. Even transnational corporations like BP promote cap and trade. This event also allows neo cons to promote a war in Iran (when 12 U.S. and Israeli warships including an aircraft carrier) passed through the Suez Canal and are headed for the Red Sea.

It’s interesting to find out that BP have given more than $3.5 million to federal candidates in the span of about 20 years. Some of that money went to Barack Obama. It’s easy to see that Congress and both major parties are heavily beholden to large corporations and bankers. Many children have respiratory problems. Even turtles are dying because of this tragedy. Ethan A. Huff (being a writer for Natural News) accuse BP of burning sea turtles alive in refusing to help them. The deal is that BP is burning the oil to stop of the spread of it. Although, burning the oil is causing turtles to die. Some have tried to save the Kemp’s Ridleys sea turtles, which is apart of 4 endangered types of turtles. A boat captain named Mike Ellis said that BP is blocking all rescue efforts in saving the turtles’ lives. "They ran us out of there and then they shut us down, they would
not let us get back in there," he explained in an interview with Catherine Craig, a conservation biologist. The Kemp Ridleys variety is a rare species of turtle. There are possible oil rain going

in crops and other places in Mississippi. There is also the talk of the new Gulf of Mexico Syndrome disease. While this is going on, the government and BP are largely silent on the human health risks from these events (They even ignored information about the toxins breathed since the explosion). The media isn’t talking about children with toxins in their bodies since the mainstream media is owned by corporations. Covering up the crimes of corportatists is the mainstream media’s M.O.

Keith Olbermann is a left gatekeeper. Now, he support water fluoridation, which is dangerous. He slams the Tea party Senate candidate for voting against water fluoridation. You can have legitimate disagreements with Sharron Angle on some issues, but voting against water fluoridation isn't one of them. Angle is right to believe that sodium fluoride is a deadly poison. Mainstream scientists have proven this for decades in North America alone. Olbermann has his show called Countdown on MSNBC. Sharron Angle is form Nevada and is backed by the Tea party Movement. Now, she will run against the Democratic incumbent Harry Reid for a place in the Senate. Angle has been criticized by MSNBC and others for having extremist views. The truth is that I agree with her on some issues and disagree with her on others. Some have disagreed with Rand Paul, but sodium fluoride is a straight up poison. Reid wants to portray her as an radical person. Olbermann called Lowden the sensible one. Olbermann criticized Angle's affiliation with the Oath Keepers. The Oath Keepers aren't a terrorist group since they promote the pledge of allegiance to the U.S. Constitution (among the military and law enforcement). Since 9/11, our rights have been violated. This is
proven by the legislation of the Patriot Act, the John Warner Defense Authorization Act and the Military Commissions Act, to name but a few.

Olbermann promotes the lie that we shouldn't have concerns about martial law being used to suspend the Constitution and turn American cities into internment camps. The truth is that habeaes corpus has been damaged by the Bush administration. Keith is a hypocrite by criticizing habaes corpus threats (during the Bush years) by saying that one law (or the Military Commissions Act) could allow any American citizen could effectively be arrested (and locked away forever without trial). A Google search yields articles and videos of Olbermann’s well placed concern. The hope and change America has since experienced has clearly alleviated such worries in Keith’s mind, and he now considers the same concerns stupid and laughable. This is part of the phony left/right paradigm. For 8 years, Olbermann criticized the tyrannical policies of George
W. Bush. When none of his major policies have been repealed under Barack Obama, he doesn't seen to talk about these issues at all. The reason is that he supports the Democrats in power. Olbermann also described as farcical Angle’s

views that the Income Tax is unconstitutional and her concern that oil should not be nationalized in the wake of the BP disaster. You can disagree with these views, but these opinions are hardly extremist. Olbermann said that sodium fluoride is not a poison.

That's a lie since sodium fluoride in packets are labeled with the word "TOXIC" on it. Sodium fluoride is a waste product of fertilizer and aluminum. It's apart of Part II Poison under the UK Poisons Act of 1972. So, Sharron Angle is right on this issue. Angle could beat Reid since she has an 11 point lead over the Senate Majority Leader. A Poison is never a good thing to eat. This stuff of sodium fluoride was used by the Nazis as a weapon to make victims in concentration camps docile. The smearing of legitimate dissent of some of the policies of the government as being equivalent to the rhetoric of racists (or Nazis & terrorists) is a new low, even for MSNBC.

Appendix A: The Rockefellers

Individuals already realize the corrupt and nefarious legacy of the Rockefeller family. Yet, this is just a recap of their deeds. I’ve done this in order to remind people that the Rockefeller line isn’t made up of peaches and cream. Its family tree have done great injustices in the world. These injustices have to be known and shown in order for us humans in the present (and humans not yet born) to see the handwriting on the wall in order to focus on tolerable solutions to critical problems. Their ancestry has been of British and German descent. Some of their ancestors came from Ehlscheid, Germany. The earliest known ancestors from a direct line are Goddard Rockenfeller (from ca. 1590) and Johanna Wilhelm Rockenfeller (who lived from ca. 1628-1702), and

Johannes Rockenfeller (who lived from ca. 1634-1684). Johann Peter was the son of Johannes. Johann Peter went into Rignoes New Jersey by 1723. Johann Thiel is the grandson of Johann Wilhelm. He immigrated in 1735 to Germantown, New York. One surviving patriarch of the Rockefeller family is David Rockefeller. The Rockefellers are known for their mighty influence in American mainstream politics, education, industry, banking, religious organizations, and other spheres of influence. Some of their family tree have been members of the Skulls and Bones, Freemasonry, the CFR, the Pilgrim Society, the Bilderberg Group, etc. Some of them had worldly acceptance. Sometimes when a man tries to go his own way, he reaps the situations of disappointment, ignorance, betrayal, and constant agitation. Yet, if a human being follow God’s way (rejecting worldliness), that path accumulates of peace, strength, tolerance, and tranquility. Still, regardless of the trials of life, encouraging joy and having respect for all people are great goals to live by. That is certainly why that I will always abhor materialism, militarism, and bigotry. I judge a person by their behavior and character and not what a person looks like.

John D. Rockefeller Jr. and his sons David, Nelson, Winthrop, Laurence, and John D. III, waiting for the arrival of the patriarch’s casket at his funeral in 1937
David Rockefeller’s father was John D. Rockefeller. He exported eugenics to Germany and modern eugenics have its roots from America & Britain. John D. Rockefeller bankrolled the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute. This institute promoted eugenics and was utilized by the Nazis in their Third Reich. This place housed the Kaiser Wilhelm

Institute for Psychiatry, and the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Eugenics, Anthropology and Human Heredity. The Rockefellers along with Averell Harriman gave $11 million to create the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratories in the early 1930’s. After the Nazis were defeated, top German eugenicists were protected by the allies. Some of them were not sent to experience real justice. They were used to promote the Cold War hoax, develop new technologies for the West, and be focused in another agenda. See, eugenics was unpopular by the end of World War 2 because of the Holocaust. So, the Rockefellers and their ilk changed their goal of eugenics into population control even though the agenda is still the same. Eugenics believe in the lie that genes proves that there inferior and superior human beings (therefore people have the right to increase the so-called fit and decrease the population of the so-called unfit). Francis Galton promoted eugenics. Eugenics (which the elite supported. This is why Charles Darwin said that: “…Elite status is prima facie evidence of evolutionary superiority…” This means that the elite falsely considered themselves superior to the common people) is a cousin to Transhumanism since Transhumanists believe that man can be like God via biological plus technological methods. Transhumanism deals with the ideas of artificial intelligence life extension technology, and cybernetics. Many movies deal with this subject matter like iRobot, the Matrix, Eagle Eye, Minority Report, etc. Aldous Huxley predict that the Oligarchy will use tactics to make the masses love their servitude. This involved making life so “normal” in order for them to be controlled (even though society is overtly damaged with electrodes in the human body, etc.). He said these comments in U.C. Berkeley. So, Transhumanism preaches the lie of human superiority of some humans over all basically (including their promises of a Golden Age and Singularity). This evil system that the oligarchy promotes isn’t our system. We have the right to disagree with these evil goals. Life is a gift and humanity is worth helping out without authoritarian control (under the guise of a “technological revolution”). The Eugenics Society even became the Society for the Study of Social Biology. The Rockefellers support Margaret Sanger and Planned Parenthood internationally since the early 20th century. Gary Allen in his “The Rockefeller File” prove that the Rockefellers gave money to eugenics and population control related organizations:
“…In 1970, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund gave $500,000 to the Population Council. The Rockefeller Foundation gave ecology grants of $10,000 to the New School for Social Research, and $10,000 to the Population Reference Bureau…"

The Rockefeller Foundation gave $500,000 to the Population Council. The Population Council was created by John D. Rockefeller the 3rd in 1952. Frederick Osborn was the first President of the Council. He was appointed by Rockefeller. Osborn was the leader of the American Eugenics Society. He was also apart of the Galton Society that was

founded in 1918. Sharon Percy Rockefeller was once the Vice President of the Federal City Council and worked with WETA-TV in D.C. Back in the 1990’s, the FCC tried to cut funds for the poor in favor of wealthier people. The FCC had ties to the Washington Post too. The Washington Post has been controlled by Katharine Graham for a time. Her father was Eugene Meyer. Meyer was the former head of the Federal Reserve for Herbert Hoover. He bought the post in June 1, 1933. On June 4, 1933, Meyer ran one editorial praising the new Adolf Hitler government for its efforts to cut costs and “contain inflation.” Another editorial on the same page attacked President Franklin Roosevelt as a dictator. Katharine’s husband was Philip Graham. Philip founded the Federal City Council in 1954. Yet, he had a change of heart before he died. Philip Graham was close to the Kennedy family, he supported civil rights, etc. He broke up with Katharine and she hated President Kennedy. Phil Graham was put in a mental hospital, released into his estranged wife's custody, and, the next morning, on Aug. 3, 1963, was found shot to death in her bathtub. Mainstream people believe that his death was a suicide. I don’t support suicide at all. Katharine would live form 1917 to 2001. She supported the CIA and governmental secrecy. Katharine Graham is tied to the Rockefeller by her serving in the Rockefeller University council. She received the David Rockefeller award for cultural issues. The FCC via Rockefeller money help forced many poor African American families out of some parts of the D.C. area called the 1960’s Southwest D.C. waterfront renewal. This oligarchy network still exists in the North, South, East, West, and Midwest of America. Col. Edward House was one influential ally of Woodrow Wilson. House was the son of a wealthy British plantation owner in Houston. The House family groomed Jesse Jones in Houston. Jones was a rel estate developer in New York by the 1920’s. His partners were Robert Lovett (he succeeded E. H. Harriman as head of the Union Pacific Railroad). Jones's personal attorney was Capt. James Addison Baker of Baker & Botts, a firm which represented Harriman interests in Texas. Jones, in turn, passed the torch to what became known as the ``8F Crowd,'' so named because they gathered to play poker and run the state in Room 8F of Jones's Lamar Hotel. The 8F crowd had big power in Houston and Texas from the 1940’s to the 1960’s. They created 3 large law firms in the USA by the names of: Baker & Botts, Vinson & Elkins, and Fulbright & Jaworski. Houston like Denver is a nexus point of elite control in American society. I will like to mention that tons of real Patriots live in Texas. Texas is great place to live at. My relatives visited there and they tell me stories of the great cities of San Antonio, Austin (one of my relatives says that Austin looks like Norfolk, Virginia), Waco, Dallas (whose downtown is huge), and Abilene. My relatives went to those cities before. One of my relatives been to San Antonio’s celebrations in downtown before at the River Walk. The River Walk is one of the great attractions of San Antonio. It‘s a place with tons of water attractions, shops, and other meeting places. One of my relatives live in Texas too. Texas is a place with a huge number of real members of the Patriot Movement. Hopefully, in the near future, I might visit Texas from where I

live at in Virginia for a vacation.

In the 21st century, the eugenics movement is mixed with radical environmentalism and radical depopulation propaganda. There are even genetically altered babies today. The Human Genome Project is knowledgeable on this topic. There has been 15 births using the genetically altered human actions. They repaired the defective eggs of prospective mothers by injecting them with the DNA from the eggs of health donors. This was achieved by researchers at the Institute for Reproductive Medicine and Science of Saint Barnabas in West Orange, New Jersey. Additional 15 at least healthy babies have been born as a result of this technique in other labs as reported in the March 2001 issue of the Human Reproduction). Even most scientists believe that altering the germline as unethical and no one knows what the long terms effects might be on children. A germline are the genes that a person will pass onto their future generations. So, I disagree with eugenics regardless in what form it rears its head. Human diversity and cultural respect supersede the nefarious agenda of eugenics completely.

Appendix B: More Updates on BP

BP is having their set of news. It's been exposed that some BP agents have intentionally tried to prevent journalists from reporting about the oil spill in various areas. Lance Rosenfield, who is a photographer working for ProPublica, was filming an oil refinery on public land. He took photos and was followed by local law enforcement. Later, the police wanted to look at the photos that Lance have taken. A BP agent and an agent from Homeland Security tried to intimidate Lance. Lance knew the law, so he refused to hand over the photos to the police. The police threaten him with arrest. When Lance refused to give the photo to the BP person, the police gave BP private information about Lance. That's illegal since a law enforcement officer can't give
a person's private information to a private BP security guard for no reason whatsoever. Even, the police didn't answer Lance's question on why the police officer

did this act. Lance replies, “He didn’t give an answer. He said, well, we can — we’re going to do it anyway, whether you like it or not. And we can call our Homeland Security officer, Tom Robison, to come down here and explain it. But, you know, this is what I’m going to do anyway. And he didn’t give me an answer. And then he did call Tom Robison. …this Homeland Security officer came, Tom Robison, it seemed like his only point of being there was to intimidate me.” British Petroleum is colluding with the Department of Homeland Security (and the local police department) to intimidate one journalist. This is important to know about this is an example of a police state. You can't harass a journalist who is just shooting pictures of a BP oil refinery peacefully. What’s really scary about this is that BP is a British corporation that is now controlling American law enforcement officials. We fought a war to end British colonialism in America. Today, European colonialism still exist in a slick fashion. The story reveals that the BP refinery being photographed by Lance Rosenfield illegally released 538,000 pounds of toxic chemicals including (according to the ProPublica article): “17,000 pounds of benzene, a known carcinogen; 37,000 pounds of nitrogen oxides, which contribute to

respiratory problems; and 186,000 pounds of carbon monoxide.” The government is now working with BP to omit how damaging the oil disaster is equates immoral behavior. Foreign corporations should not have control over our government at all. Independent journalists long before the mainstream media reported on it found toxic chemicals from the water that they have retrieved from the water. “The preliminary analysis was done at an academic analytical chemistry laboratory,” they write on a YouTube post. “Benzene and other highly toxic contaminants were very low however the concentration of propylene glycol was between 360 and 440 parts per million. Just 25 parts per million is known to kill most fish and propylene glycol is just one of many ingredients found in Corexit. In short, the Gulf is being poisoned by BP’s usage of the dispersants even after the EPA asked them to stop back in May.” According to the Material Safety Data Sheet, exposure to propylene glycol causes liver abnormalities and kidney damage. It “can easily penetrate the skin, and can weaken protein and cellular structure. In fact, PG penetrates the skin so quickly that the EPA warns factory workers to avoid skin contact, to prevent brain, liver, and kidney abnormalities,” reports the Anti-Aging Choices website. Corexit, especially can kill animal life. Almost all of the 1989 Exxon Valdez oil spill in Alaska are dead. If that occurred, image might happen to the rescue workers when the 2010 BP oil disaster is worst than the 1989 Exxon Valdez oil spill. We should wish that any victim of this tragedy will get well. Some have accused the government and BP of covering up the adverse, negative health effects from the oil spill including Corexit. Toxicologist say that Corexit invades cells and allow oil to penetrate cells and organ systems. Corexit is definitely a poison. Corexit is less effective than other dispersants. It's worsening the damage caused by the oil spill. 2 toxicologists are saying that Corexist is much more harmful to human health and marine life than we've been told. There is the Gulf toxicologist Dr. Susan Shaw. She is the founder and Director of the Marine Environmental Research Institute. She dove into the oil spill to examine the chemicals present. She told CNN that she was in the oil. Shrimpers throwing their nets into the water and the nets splashed on his skin. One person had a headache that lasted 3 weeks, heart palpitations, muscle spasms, and other bad things when he worked in the Gulf. Corexit can rupture red blood cells, cause internal bleedings, and cause liver plus kidney damage. It's toxic and it can through the skin. The solvents from the dispersant Corexit can penetrate the skin. The oil can go into cells and it takes the oil into the organs. It can be toxic to every organ system in the body. Dr. Chris Pincetich is another marine biologist and toxicologist. He has an extensive background in testing the affects of chemicals on fish. He believes that Corexit can disrupt cell membranes. Dr. Pincetich said that the EPA testing for Corexit is inadequate. The reason is that the EPA tests for mortality is only required for a 96 hour time frame. His doctoral resource found that fish being alive after 96 hours after exposure to pesticide were dead in 2 weeks. So, the chemicals were considered non-lethal for the purposes of the test, but the threat for harm is still there. Drs. Shaw and Pincetich are wildlife

conservationists. But even industry scientists working for Exxon and the manufacturer of Corexit itself admit that the stuff is toxic. People are waking up about Corexit though. One former contractor of BP is now a whistleblower. He claims that BP is not interesting in cleaning up the oil spill. His name is Adam Dillon (he’s a former Army Special Operations soldier). He told this information to a New Orleans television station. He believes that British Petroleum is ruled by cutthroat individuals who only cared about money. Dillon was fired by BP. The reason was that he took photos that he believes were related to the use of dangerous dispersants to cleanup the oil. He said that he was interrogated and confined for almost an hour before he was dismissed. He said that: “…There are some very great, hardworking individuals in there. But the bottom line is just about money. There are some very cutthroat individuals. They’re not worried about cleaning up that spill as it is…I saw something when I was out there…I took pictures of something and I brought it to the attention of the command structure and whatever I took pictures of, 12 hours later I was gone…” He said that he lost faith in the BP response. Dillon tried to keep reporters from asking questions of cleanup workers on the beaches in Houma. He jumped ship when he was fired for taking photos of the consequences of chemicals used by BP to clean up the spill. He said that his loyalty is to the USA instead of BP. Some feel that if the BP crisis gets worse, the administration will try to get through his carbon tax agenda. According to Fishermen, many oysters are dying the Gulf of Mexico. People know the truth about BP’s corruption and other evils too. Dr. Marsha ColemanAdebayo is an expert on EPA and the BP oil disaster. Dr. Coleman-Adebayo won the largest award ever against the EPA for sexual and racial discrimination. She exposed how sacrifice zones exist in the USA. Sacrifice zones are regions in the USA that have experienced unjustified toxic waste dumping, landfills, etc. These places are regularly in poorer & minority communities. Today, some people are displaced out of their neighborhoods. Some still hate the First Amendment in relation to this BP incident. One example is how Commander Admiral Thad Allen made an announcement of prohibitions against journalists reporting from the scene. People who report on the scene may get felony charges and a $40 thousand fines per incident. Now, BP is cutting benefits to the victims of the Gulf oil disaster (because of “paper work issues”).
Kenneth Feinberg, the man appointed by Obama to oversee the escrow account tasked with settling claims against BP, on Wednesday asked Gulf residents not to sue the company. You couldn’t of make this information up. There is methane pollution from the water too, so the environmental improvement of the region may take decades to come into full fruition. We should not let BP or the administration deceive our minds. We should be thinking human beings and demand justice including accountability relating to the tragedy.

Toxicologists say that Corexit invades cells and allow oil to penetrate cells (and organ systems). Corexit is definitely a poison. Corexit is less effective than other dispersants.

It's worsening the damage caused by the oil spill. 2 toxicologists are saying that Corexit is much more harmful to human health and marine life than we've been told. It's toxic and it can go through the skin. Drs. Shaw and Pincetich are wildlife conservationists. Some are trying to save the blue fin tuna. But even industry scientists working for Exxon and the manufacturer of Corexit itself admit that the stuff is toxic. People are waking up about Corexit though.

BP have had a slick campaign of a cover-up and a propaganda campaign. BP EO Tony Hayward is gone from BP. Yet, he will get a multi-million dollar golden parachute. He's replaced by Bob Dudley. BP said via The New York Times that: "...The government is expected to announce on Wednesday that three-quarters of the oil from the Deepwater Horizon leak has already evaporated, dispersed, been captured or otherwise eliminated — and that much of the rest is so diluted that it does not

seem to pose much additional risk of harm..." Times shown a photo of a fishing boat motoring across clean water with several birds in the foreground. The truth is that the negative effects from the worse ecological disaster in American history isn't extinguished at all. Government cover ups have existed for a long time in dealing with this issue. Even the Soviet government tried to conceal the real facts of the Chernobyl accident (and the consequences it has for the population and the environment. The Soviets issued top secret instructions to classify all data on the accident, especially if it's related to the affected population. The journalist Alla Yaroshinskaya has written on this issue. In 1990, Yaroshinskaya came across documents about the Chernobyl nuclear catastrophe that revealed a massive state cover-up operation. This coupled with a calculated policy of disinformation where the then Soviet Union’s state and party leadership knowingly played down the extent of the contamination and offered a sanitized version to the public (both in and out of Russia). To date, studies continue to show ongoing human and environmental damage from that disaster. When the BP disaster came, the Coast Guard and the BP once announced that no oil was being released. It was only when the Gulf Restoration Network flew into the Gulf to report on the massive amounts of oil and sounded the alarm, which forced the BP and the U.S. government to admit there was oil over there. Some propaganda says that there is no oil in the water. Yet, some post-larval blue crabs likely have BP’s Corexit dispersant in them. Even in August 5, 2010, it has been found that a pair of fishermen in Mississippi “made an alarming discovery that has many wondering what’s happening below the surface” of the Gulf of Mexico. They found several full-sized crabs filled with oil. Louisiana’s St. Bernard Parish President Craig Taffaro commented that BP wants to drill in the oil in the Gulf again. That’s wild.
