EXECUTIVE BRANCH
-The executive power shall be vested to the Prime Minister of the
Philippines

-appoints diplomats, consuls and cabinet officials
-appoints the Chief Justice and 10 associate justices

the National Assembly

-The Supreme Court Justices enjoy security of tenure up to the age
of 60 years of age

-The main function of the judicial branch is to prosecute criminals,
settle lawsuits and most importantly protect the freedom and
rights of the citizen
