MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between:
ANDRES BONIFACIO COLLEGE, a duly recognized educational institution
by the Commission on Higher Education, with business and postal address at
College Park, Dipolog City, represented by its President, MR. SANCHO S.
AMATONG, of legal age, Filipino, widower and with residence and postal address at
College Park, Dipolog City, hereinafter called the FIRST PARTY; and
ASENIERO INTERNATIONAL TRADING, a duly registered entity, with
business and postal address at 602 The Taipan Place Bldg., Ortigas, Pasig City,
1605 Philippines, represented by Company Owner MR. FRANCISCO C. ASENIERO
of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of 17 Adonis Acropolis Hills
Subdivision, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines hereinafter called the SECOND
PARTY, by this presents hereby
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is offering a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration Major in Financial Management (BSBA-FM) which requires the
students to undergo internship - an applied academic experience conducted under
joint faculty and employer supervision that requires a minimum of one semester
and will include a minimum of Three Hundred (300) contact hours;
WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY agrees and allows on the job training of
BSBA-FM students of the School of Business Management Education (SBME) of the
FIRST PARTY;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing, the parties
agree to the following terms and conditions, to wit:
ANDRES BONIFACIO COLLEGE SHALL:
1. Allow the student to submit an application letter to the SECOND PARTY;
2. Orient the student-intern that he or she shall not be entitled to any
compensation during the period of internship;
3. Conduct orientation to the students who will undergo on-the-job training
for Management 423 (Practicum);
4. Provide the students with the necessary skills, knowledge and proper
work values, attitudes and behavior to ensure effective and smooth work
experience with the SECOND PARTY;
5. Require the students to wear prescribed uniform with corresponding valid
School ID;
6. Voluntarily withdraw the student who is found to violate the existing
standard rules and regulations of the SECOND PARTY and impose
appropriate action to the student; and
7. Endorse students to their respective Offices/Companies where they will
undergo internship.

ASENIERO INTERNATIONAL TRADING SHALL:
1. Allow the student-intern to perform works such as:


1. Assign an employee to act as on-site supervisor to supervise and evaluate
the work of the student-intern;
2. Allow the faculty internship advisor to enter its premises for the purpose
of checking the student-intern; and
3. Submit the on-site supervisor’s assessment/evaluation (form to be
furnished by the faculty internship advisor) of the student-intern’s work.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Amendments or modifications of any of the terms and conditions stipulated
above shall be subject to mutual consent between parties.
That this agreement shall take effect upon signing and shall remain in force
and effect until the purpose for which this contract has been made shall have been
complied with unless sooner terminated by any party through written notice.
That the parties have read and understood all the foregoing covenants, and
that any violation thereof shall be legitimate ground for cancellation of this
Memorandum of Agreement.
