Introduction:
The lesson will be about family members vocabulary; using also the verb to
be to refer to them. Different exercises will be developed to learn about this
useful topic, making sentences in oral and written ways, combining them with
practice activities, diverse games and warming up activities.
Rationale:
This lesson is necessary because for students it is very useful to review and
learn vocabulary related to the family members, in addition of a review of the
verb to be as a useful tool to express correctly with this vocabulary category.
This lesson will be very useful and important for students, because if they
develop all its activities in a correct way, they will also be able to include
them in their normal English classes at school and even in their daily routines.
Methodology:
The communicative Language Teaching method was chosen for this lesson;
this, because I want to have a very meaningful communication among the
students. In this method, communication involves the integration of different
language skills, and it also involves the process of trial and error. Total
physical response will also be used; as it is useful to ask students to act or
move when they listen to different orders or actions.

Whiteboard and marker, notebook or a sheet of paper, worksheets with
activities, videos and songs with the necessary vocabulary and a pen or a
