General Information
SEDER TELECOM is a division of SEDER GROUP, the parent company, which is one of the largest Saudi Arabian O&M companies
with a proven history, is more than 30 years of continued service to the business community in the Kingdom. Seder Telecom
itself began working on telecommunication projects from the start of the STC TEP6 project primarily as a qualified subcontractor with Lucent Technologies International Inc. in support of Outside Plant and Inside Plant works. However, through continuous resource building and development, Seder Telecom demonstrated the value of commitment to deliver in the recently
completed GSME5 and GSM6 projects under Project Management of LM Ericsson, and GSM R&V Phase 4 Project under its own
project management, performing as a service supplier for site surveys for short acquisition (SSR Site Search Report), GSM site
surveys and engineering design services, GSM site construction, supervision and quality assurance, and GSM Cell on
Wheels(COW) network installation and maintenance.

Successful Stories

Jeddah Data Center Project

It is the first Data Center of its kind in the Middle East under a new concept called TIER-4. Seder Telecom distinguishes from all other
leading Engineering specialists by winning this contract from STC after having a considerable edge on others by the Technical knowledge. Seder's scope is to build new Utility Building of 2200m2 area and transfer the load of the existing IT building to this new Utility
Building.

Tier-4 Technology:

Tier technology has been derived exclusively for the Data centers & Telecommunication areas where the continuity of operation is
required without any interruption. Single point failure should be eliminated to improve redundancy and reliability, both within the data
center and support infrastructure as well as in the external services and utility supplies. Redundancy increases both fault tolerance and
maintainability. Redundancy should be separately addressed at each level of system. The standard includes four tiers relating to various
levels of availability of the data center facility infrastructure. The tier ratings correspond to the industry data center tier ratings as defined
by the Uptime Institute, but the definitions of each tier have been expanded in this
Standard.

Powerware

Seder became of the foundations for the Powerware to be the leading Data Centre Infrastructure in all their Data Centre Projects.

American Power Conversion (APC)

Seder turns out to become an Elite Partner of APC with an experience in the technology for more than 100 years. APC is the official
supplier of LV and MV Switchgears, UPS, BMS system, Rack cooling system, Server Rack system which are inevitable for a Data Center
Infrastructure. There are some selected operations that can be highlighted as a succeeded organization ranging from Telecommunication Company to Educational Sector and Governmental sectors that have been deployed the APC Infrastructure solution to protect their
critical network infrastructure applications.

King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST)

We are considered as one of the largest successful deployments in KSA from which consists of putting in full operation
10 large Aisle Containment System for high density application to support IBM Blue Gene to King Abdullah University
of Science and Technology (KAUST). It is an international, graduate-level research university dedicated to inspire a new
age of scientific achievement in the Kingdom.

Saudi Telecom Company (STC)

Seder has joined STC in acceptance in standardization of its data centre with APC Racks, InRow Cooling & Management
system with ongoing installation under progress which provides telecommunications services in the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia. Its telecommunication services include mobile (2G and 3G), fixed local, national, and international
telephone services, and telegraph and data services, such as data transmission, leased lines, Internet services, and
e-commerce

General Directorate of Border Guard (GDBG)

Deployment of a Hot Aisle Containment System to the General Directorate of Border Guard (GDBG) which is a competent internal security forces linked to the Ministry of Interior. We configure its high-density rack on the existing date
centre along with a first APC Generator & ATS solution in KSA in addition to 14 small ISX solutions for remote location
across the Kingdom.

Al Fanar

Deployment of 2 medium sizes and one large ISX solution for the main Data Centre of Al Fanar. It is known as a reputed
ECP contractor in executing turnkey projects for more than 30 years in the entire Gulf region and an ISO 9001:2000
certified company.

Technical and Vocational Training Corporation

The establishment of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, the government had issued the royal
decree, from which, the organization has been able to increase the number of its graduates and to spread technical
education and vocational training in the Kingdom. In line with that, TVTC has implemented and APC medium size ISX
solution to support the E-Learning program.

Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC)

Seder has contributed to the SABIC as one of the leading manufacturers of chemicals, fertilizers, plastics, and metals

System Surveys
System surveys are carried out at the client's request to determine the efficiency of installed systems. In many instances
these systems are tampered with by, unqualified personnel as a quick fix measure often unaware of the future problems
that they are contributing to.
Over the years this takes the systems out of its balanced / energy efficient state which invariably results in excessive power
consumption. Our service pinpoints such problems and offers recommendations for rectification of such problems in the
most cost effective way.
It should be noted that the longer a system is left in a state of unbalance the more cost is incurred through additional
power consumption which far outweighs the cost of often simple but effective corrective measures.

Recycling and Trading Division

The purchase of scrap materials is strictly based on our company experts evaluation reports after visit and inspection of materials
available at different sites. Materials will be purchased either in quantity (weight) wise or on rough estimates in retail as well as wholesale basis.
We have well organized and fully equipped collection network of our own throughout the Kingdom. Arrangements have been made to
purchase and collect the scrap materials from all GCC countries with an aim of exporting to our clients worldwide. Collected materials
are segregated and sorted on the basis of their quality, grade, and general condition at the facility in our factory yard.
Our storage facility is having the capacity to store the unprocessed materials separately according to the type of material as there are
various divisions such as aluminum, copper, electronics, and plastics, etc.
Our factory is well equipped with modern plants to recycle all types of ferrous and non-ferrous materials such as iron, copper, nickel,
zinc, lead, aluminum, household items, and electronic equipment and devices. The final product is 100% free from iron which we
double check with magnetic equipment and radiation testing equipment.

Industrial Division
To achieve our objective, MCTI has installed its 1st shredding plant at 2nd industrial area in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for
recycling steel scrap. This plant is the most modern, unique, sophisticated, and state of the art of technology in this kind and it is fully
capable of producing 40 m/t per hour with the density of 1 ton / cubic meter 100 % pure shredded iron. Around (140.000 ton per
annum). In addition to this, a new plant will be set up soon to produce Aluminum and Copper ingots from recycled scrap metals at the
capacity of about 25,000 - 30,000 tons per annum which will boost the profitability of the company.

fittings on November 10, 1969. In 1976, DSJH was
registered to the Korea Electric Power Corporation
(KEPCO) as a supplier of the cable trays. It has been
registered to Hyundai Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. as a
key supplier of the Cable Trays since 1983 and
supplied a lot of Steel products for Building
