5.2 Marketing Strategies

The Company and its Management intend to actively solicit public relations and
marketing work from a selected audience of local and regional companies. Ms.
Coryina intends to develop a marketing campaign that will target these businesses,
government agencies and individuals through the use of advertisements in trade
journals, industry publications, and through word of mouth referrals. Additionally,
conventions, business trade shows, online advertising activities, sales development
and viral marketing campaigns follow carefully orchestrated strategies by the
Companys marketing personnel in conjunction with retained marketing experts.
Timely coverage of KaiseRReich Sdn Bhd, will be further directed through ongoing
press relations, news releases and feature stories targeted at key professional
communities and other media outlets.

5.3 Pricing
There will be several methods of charging for public relations services:
a. Flat Fees
This could be a monthly flat fee for ongoing public relations services or a set
fee for a particular ad hoc project. KaiseRReich Sdn Bhd will anticipate the
amount of time that the monthly or project work will take and base the fee
accordingly. Even if the work takes more or less time than estimated, the fee
is the same. This is a very traditional method of charging for public relations
services.
b. A flat fee that covers a limited number of hours
A monthly fee or project fee will be estimated in advance, but with the caveat
that the fee covers the estimated number of hours needed to do the work. If
the time goes over the estimate, additional charges will be made for the extra
hours.
c. Hourly Fees
Another type of pricing is charging for time spent by the companys staff,
based on hourly rates assigned to staff according to their level of experience
and expertise.
d. Pay for Performance
Using this method, the agency only charges for actual media coverage.

The Owner will acquire RM1 Million of debt funds to develop the business.

The loan will have a 10 year term with a 9% interest rate.

7.2 Sensitivity Analysis


The Companys public relations and marketing programs are affordable during all
levels of economic prosperity or recession. However, purchases of public relations
management, advertising space, and marketing services will certainly decrease
during times of economic recessions. The Companys significantly high gross
margins will allow the business to remain both cash flow positive and profitable
during times of economic pullback.
