Tighten the threaded pin of the tool holder to the proper torque using the universal
tool (Mat. no. 1.009.0859).

Insert the blank into the block adapter until it reaches the backstop.
(The installed rotation-securing stop prevents insertion in improper positioning)

Tighten the threaded pin to the proper torque using the universal tool.

After completion of the manufacturing process, undo the threaded pin with the
universal tool and take the restoration out of the block adapter.

3 Manufacturing (CAM) | 3.2 Manufacturing with the KaVo Everest

Insert "for KaVo ARCTICA" material into the gripping yoke until it reaches the
backstop.
(The installed rotation-securing stop prevents insertion in improper positioning)

Tighten the threaded pin of the gripping yoke to the proper torque using the uni
versal tool (Mat. no. 1.009.0859).

Please see the software for further instructions for use of the GA KaVo Everest
CAM.
After completion of the manufacturing process, take the restoration out of the grip
ping yoke.

3.2.2 Circular blank processing

Clamp the circular blank gripping yoke into the KaVo Everest (see IfU KaVo Ever
