What to Expect
Individuals of all fitness levels are encouraged to attend Fit Corps Training Camp. This four week program is designed to challenge, improve, and inspire participants towards greater health and fitness. Each day will feature different drills and exercises to effectively train the body’s cardio-respiratory and muscular systems. After this program, participants should expect to achieve benefits in strength, energy and self-confidence.
Fit Corps Training Focus
Fitness Training Day Traditional boot camp drills and routines to improve cardiorespiratory capacity and core strength Weights Day Exercise routines using resistance equipment (machines, barbells, dumbbells) to develop upper/lower body strength and endurance Partner Day Exercise routines incorporating partner activities and movements to improve upper/lower body strength and core stability and endurance Pool Day Water based exercise routines and drills to improve cardio-respiratory capacity and muscular endurance
