Program Description

:
1. The Hospitality Management Program prepares strong and reliable graduates in the tourism industry,
focusing on the hospitality fields. Graduates understand the cultures in society and master
management skills related to hotel and MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition), and
also exhibit attitudes and skills needed by the hospitality industry, to continually improve services,
leadership, and entrepreneurship.
2. The Tour and Travel Management Program produces graduates with broad perspectives in the travel
industry with an emphasis on tourism. Graduates will understand and comprehend society and
culture, master matters related to the travel business, MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention,
Exhibition), and Ecotourism study, have the attitudes and skills needed in the tourism and travel
industry, and can continually improve services and leadership.

Program Uniqueness :
The hospitality management department has a general concentration in subjects related to the services in
hospitality industry. This program prepares students to master the operational and management skills in
tourism and hospitality services. The core subjects in Hospitality Management are: Food and Beverages
Service (Restaurant, Cafe, Bar & Catering), Food Production (Hot and Cold Kitchen), Bakery and Pastry
Production (Bread, Rolls, Cake, Chocolates), Front Office (Concierge, Business Centre, Reception, Cashier)
and Housekeeping (Laundry, Public Area, Rooms Management). The D-IV Program will concentrate on the
supervisory and managerial level.
The Travel Industry Management Department has a general concentration. The Travel Industry Management
Program gives students a broad perspective in the travel industry focusing on tourism fields. To understand
and comprehend society and culture, master matters related to travel and MICE (Meeting, Incentive,
Convention, Exhibition) and Ecotourism Study will services and leadership in this growing industry.
