Key Responsibilities
Ensure merchandise availability in stores as per defined
assortment
Engineer an optimized replenishment schedule to stores
Manage Core business to deliver the margin and
turnover targets
Highlight stock run outs and replacements required
Optimize inventory for Core while meeting demand
Shelf fill as per agreed norm for the capacity defined for
the brand
Ensure availability of stocks at agreed levels
Monitor and review inventory of Core to re-order in time
and maximize availability
Create a sustainable supply base for Core products
Ensure peak sales buffers are routinely updated
Monitor stock levels as per the assortment and highlight
action required
Routinely review end of line stocks and distribute these
to the stores
