Health and exercise are key functions in living a lengthy longevity. For a long time, I’ve wanted to show information on this topic. I want to mention this. There has been those who demonize overweight women, especially women of color, as an excuse to promote pain and hatred (against human beings). I will never agree to that since that is morally wrong. Also, many bigger women here in the world have lovely personalities and are great to be around. Fundamentally, each person has to make up their own mind in losing weight or not (some people don't need to lose weight either). Someone shouldn't be forced or intimidated to do it. Hence, a bigger woman is equal to any other women of any size. All human beings have dignity & excellent worth, so we should treat any human being with dignity and respect. When you get older, you certainly oppose much more of the wicked, discriminatory attitude about people. Especially in this day and age, we certainly need more love for our fellow human beings. I believe in equality. You got to keep on fighting for

those real creeds that our ancestors fought and died for. We‘re still fighting for those creeds today in the early 21st century. So, I will use my energy and influence to promote the respect for any human being that refutes the 2 folded evils of human disrespect & materialism (You can have all of the money in the world. Yet, if you embrace nihilism and abject corruption, then you are no different than a poorer criminal that embraces those same concepts. A man that is poor has the same value as a man that is rich). So, we should not cooperate with evil. You don‘t give an inch to evil. It’s certainly

vastly more important to be loved by the Lord than to be loved by the world in a fraudulent fashion. There is nothing wrong with being attracted to a small person, a medium sized person, or a bigger person. It's evil to demonize and express resentment toward anybody of any size though.

Frankly, there are no “other” people. We are human people. I’ve seen what disrespect and immoral talk have done to many people. It creates the mindset of self hate and wickedness. We should reject this stuff completely. Evil people use prejudice as means to harm people emotionally (against those that they feel are different. A lot of people who enact evil behavior are ironically insecure in their own lives) and subvert real values. Human beings are never born with this evil talk. So, it‘s very important to show no animus or hatred against any human being for what they look like. God made man diverse in appearance and personality to reflect his creative power and gracious Nature. I appreciate that. Every person has worth and value. All humans beings are created equal and are made in the image of God. Love is a moral & spiritual force, so love will exist beyond physical barriers. You judge a human being individually by their behavior and character, not on what they look like physically. I wouldn’t worry about the haters since on many times, the haters are jealous of you. They are weak minded and live in a place of deception. They hate what you are since some of them want to be you. So, you should just be yourself. Love can never die for God is Love you know.
Now, before any serious exercise routine, a person should first see their doctor, physician, or healthcare provider. That's achieved in order for people to not acquire any adverse reactions. There are tons of exercises in the 21st century. Typically, they are grouped in cardio, strength training, flexing routines, or independent workouts. Independent workouts are very popular in the 21st century. In the 21st century, there are those people who greatly love working out. I love exercise and working out myself.

Cardio is a famous routine before serious exercises are performed. Cardio increases the human blood flow in your body. Increased blood flow in the body can also decrease the risk of heart

disease. Cardio also increases your muscular endurance to help you perform exercises better. I try to work out as much as I can. After I exercise, I do feel stronger, I do have more energy, and my skin is more clearer too. Exercise regularly gives people that increased confidence and mental vitality in life. I've done cardio before whether it's in an exercise bike or in a thread mile. On a thread mile, usually I go slow, then go into a medium speed (in about a 1.0-2.0 speed level), then I go into a fast level (that is about 3.0 speed level and above), and finally back to slow again. A thread mile workout works the arms, legs, heart, and feet. If I do cardio in a bike machine (which I try to do 3 times a week), I use for to 13 minutes. My speed depends on the circumstances. If I haven’t eaten food, I will go easy and try to get between 70-80 calories burned in 13 minutes. If I have eaten food after 30 minutes, I try to go from 80-90 calories burned in 13 minutes. I can go above 90 calories on some occasions too in 13 minutes. Using, I go for highest calories burned in the fall and Winter. The reason is that is that time that I gain the most weight. I ride the bike slow, then fast, then in a medium speed, and finally slow. Walking, jogging, & running naturally can burn calories as well. We should walk every single day anyway. Some walk easily 30 minutes per day for the whole week (Walking a miles in a moderate pace can burn 100 calories easily). I’m not a speed person on cardio, but if someone wants to compete, then I will go faster. After cardio, I do feel like I have more energy to perform other exercises as well. Some people love cardio and some don't love it. Yet, cardio is very important for people to accumulate thorough exercise experiences. Strength exercise isn't just about dumbbells or bench pressing. The great thing about bench pressing is that you don’t have to act like Superman. You can start in lower weights and gradually use larger weights. In bench pressing, if you keep on doing it, you will naturally and gradually be strong enough to handle larger weights. Other strength exercises can include stretching, weight machines, and other devices to improve human muscular strength. You can use push ups to build up physical stability and balances in various reps. I've tried weight machines and bench pressing for a while now. They certainly increased my strength 2 or 3 fold from years ago. I'm much stronger now than back in 2000. The First Lady Michelle Obama is famous for her great, sculptured arms. Michelle Obama today wants schools to carry on with embracing healthier food choices. Even Mike Huckabee agreed with her on the endeavor to help children fight against childhood obesity. President Barack Obama does some exercising himself. There is some value in calisthenics too. The first time I’ve exercised in a gym in a high level was in 2008. The first week I’ve participated in workouts, I was very tired. My legs ached and so forth. Later on in about a month, I was more used it. My body became more toned, I feel I have more endurance, etc. After I have

a great workout, I feel like I have more agility and I can move swiftly. I can think for sharply with a keen awareness of the world. In a couple of more years, I will be in my 30’s. Therefore, now is the right time to work out in the gym and do calisthenics in my home. can be great to be used before any serious exercise in order to double your exercise results. I've done it and my exercise output is twice as good if I haven't done it. Strengthen the forearms can be as simple as working squeezing a tennis ball, wrist circles using a weighted object, dumbbell wrist curls with the forearm pronated (palm facing downward) and supinated (palm facing upward) and pull/chin ups. Forearm development is often neglected in exercise routines. The abs are one of the most important parts of
the human body in relation to exercise especially. The abdominal muscles (or the rectus abdominis and the obliques) outline the core of your lower ribs and the intestines. Exercises related to abs whether by machine or non-machine workout helps to build up your balance, endurance, and stability. Crunches are the most common abs workout. The catch in making it more effective is to make your climb of your body to be as high a incline as possible. The bigger the incline the more Calisthenics is a human workout without weights or artificial devices. Calisthenics

upper and lower abs can be worked on. Walking, running, and going on the thread can improve upon abs as well. Bicycle sit ups and other varied forms of sit ups can work on the abdominal muscles. The bicycle routine starts by a person lie in the floor with your fingers behind your heard. The knees are toward the chest and you can lift the shoulder blades off the floor without pulling on the neck. The left leg is straighten. Later, the upper body is turned to the right to take the left elbow toward the right knee. The sides are switch to bring the right elbow toward the left knee. People can continue to alternate sides in a peddling motion for 1-3 sets of 12-16 reps. A strong core an protect your spine and keep your body healthy. Weight machines in gyms have devices that specifically target the abdominal muscles.

If you want better abs, it’s best to do normal crunches first. Later, eat the right foods or healthy foods. Also, you should do a wide variety of abs workouts like reverse crunches and bicycle crunches. Bicycle crunches & reverse crunches are very effective in lowering your lower abs (since lower abs are hard sometimes to decrease). It’s also important to do cardio like on a thread mile, bike machine, walking long distances, or running. You should drink plenty of water in the realm of 6 to 8 cups per day. These acts put together will definitely make your abs more refined and much more smaller in weeks and months. You should hydrate, train, and allow for your body to rest too.
Squats and shoulder press can improve core muscles as well. High reps are also needed to improve your great health as well. Palladites can cause long, lean muscles. Some view either one as better. Gatorade is more popular than Powerade. I've used both before. When I have used Gatorade, it's effective for 30 minutes to a hour and then my energy level is normal. With Powerade, my energy level increases for 1 to 2 hours non-stop and then my energy level is back to normal. Every human's experience after drinking these drinks are different. So to me, Powerade and Gatorade have equal taste, but Powerade makes my body's energy to raise into another level of strength and endurance. I have more physical endurance with Powerade than Gatorade. That is why Gatorade is trying to develop their new G series since they are trying to compete with other energy-based drinks. I haven’t tasted Vitamin Water in years, so I can’t give a really good evaluation on the effectiveness of Vitamin Water. In this generation, there are more male and

female fitness trainers and experts around. Some of them are famous being shown in magazines. Others are more locally known. I know plenty of fitness people and they are nice people. The famous fitness leaders now include Tanji Johnson, Natalie Benson, Leigh Hickonbottom, Ernestine Shepherd (She is a 73 year old sister that can bench press 150 pounds and runs 10 miles a day. The good news is that life expectancy is going up. So, by the mid of the 21st century when I will be in my 60's, life expectancy can grow into bigger heights as well. Scientists say that Nan particles covered with melanin that are injected into the body can make people more resistant to radiation. Melanin is also the key ingredient in DNA and protects the nucleus. A synthetic version of melanin is used on space shuttles to protect them from burning up while returning to earth. The trial found out that stroke patients who have lost their ability to speak were treated with music

therapy. They were taught to put words into simple melodies that they tap out with their hands. Schlaug said that patients who had previously been unable to form any words at all became able to say “I am thirsty” after just one session. Music can work in huge swathes of the brain. Aniruddh patel from the Neurosciences Institute in San Deigo said that music deals with the mental development. Speech and movement are mostly ruled by the left side of the brain. There is a small area of the brain tissue that is responsible for the individual’s power to resist domination. Repeated doses of infinitesimal amounts of fluorine will in time gradually reduce the individual’s power to resist domination by slowly poisoning and narcotizing this area of the brain tissue and make him submissive to the will of those who wish to govern him….”

The doctor said that administrating time can lower the effect, but it can still call stunt growth.
Mercury is another substance that should be banned in our water, food supplies, and vaccines. Mercury is a known neurotoxin that can damage brain neurons (including the kidneys, brain, and the developing fetus). So, mercury can make people less intelligence. They were surprised to discovered that about 59% of people evaluated were deficient in Vitamin D and about 25% were severely deficient. Researchers have found out that drinking tea can cut the risk of heart disease by one third. This drinking of tea or coffee include many cups drunk per day. Dutch researchers have found this out. "It's basically a good news story for those who like tea and coffee," said lead researcher Yvonne van der Schouw. "These drinks appear to offer benefits for the heart without raising the risk of dying from anything else." The study is found in Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis and Vascular Biology, a journal of the American Heart Association. What the researchers did was that they followed 40,000 healthy people for 13 years. Then, the researchers compared rates of heart diseases with the consumption of coffee and tea. They found that participants who drank between three and six cups of tea per day. The researchers found that the people who drank between 3 and 6 cups of tea per day were 45 percent less likely to die from heart disease than those who drank less than a cup a day. Drinking coffee or a larger amount of tea can be protective against death from heart disease, but not at a big rate. People who drank more than six cups of tea a day reduced their risk by 36 percent compared with the low tea-drinking group, while those who drank between two and four cups of coffee daily reduced their risk by 20 percent compared with those who drank either more or less coffee. These effects remained after researchers adjusted for other heart disease risk factors, such as smoking and exercise level. Neither coffee or tea consumption appeared to affect the risk of dying from any other cause like stroke or cancer. The study doesn’t apply to high risk populations since the study doesn’t include people already suffering from heart disease. Van der Schouw said that that people who drink coffee and tea can have benefits for healthy people. Black tea and green tea have benefits for people. Others have said that you need to put too much sugar on tea to get the health benefits as well. There are falconoid (or plants chemicals called polyphenols) that have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and other

health promoting benefits. These falconoids are in red grapes and wine, dark berries, red beans, and dark chocolate. Ellen Mason of the British Heart Foundation believes that while tea and coffee in moderation can help people in their heart, but they can’t undo the effects of an unhealthy lifestyle alone. There has been a recent controversy about genetically modified salmon. Some in the corporate media support it. The FDA said that AquaBounty Technologies or a Mass. Based biotechnology company) have been denied approval for its genetically modified (GM) salmon “AquAdvantage” that grows twice as fast as natural salmon. The FDA panel said that the available data on the fish is insufficient to prove it is safe. The decision will have to be made at a later date. One earlier announcement said that the Frankenfish was safe. The FDA was about to approve the fish. Backlash from farmers, consumer advocates, and ordinary citizens came about. They packed the hearing room on Monday. Then, the FDA changed its mind at least temporarily. "The FDA is relying on company data from only a handful of fish," explained Wenonah Hauter, executive director of Food and Water Watch, an outspoken opponent of the GM fish. "Such flimsy science isn't good enough to assure the public that this product is safe to eat." An ABC report said that the hearing lasted 8 hours. AquaBounty’s CEO Ron Stotish said that an enormous amount of data was presented. He believes that his company’s fish are safe that the FDA committee got confused by everything that was presented. Others disagrees. The dissenters believe that the science used to allege the safety of AquAdvantage is faulty and that approving the fish threatens the integrity of wild salmon. "This dangerous precedent could eventually allow genetically modified fish in the very same pens and cages where hundreds of thousands of fish escape every year," testified Anna Zivian, senior manager of The Ocean Conservancy, a Washington, D.C.-based organization opposed to GM fish, at the hearing. If the AquAdvantage is approved, the floodgates can be swung open for a myriad of GM animals to enter the food supply too. Reports say that many companies seeking approval for GM animals and anxiously awaiting the FDA’s final decision in the matter.

New research (that is published in the online journal of Plos One) proves that the naringenin activates two kinds of PPARs (dubbed PPAR-alpha and PPARy) and blocks LXR-alpha -- resulting in fasting-type benefits to the body. "It is a process which is similar to the Atkins diet, without many of the side effects," Martin L. Yarmush, MD, PhD, director of the MGH Center for Engineering in Medicine and one of the paper's authors, said in a media statement. The media statement also mentioned that: "The liver behaves as if fasting, breaking down fatty acids instead of carbohydrates.” Yaakov Nahmias, PhD is the paper’s senior author. He said that it’s an interesting find. Some want to use the naringenin compound to be a treatment for high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, and metabolic syndrome. I’m still here. My core

The truth is that people can change. Just because from the past, a person may act in a foul type of way, doesn’t mean that the same person will never change. So, we should never give up on people willing to change and willing to oppose tyranny in any format whatsoever. To provide compassion in the realm of human existence is a better way of dealing with our lives than promoting brutal, unjustifiable hatred against any human being. Rely on the Lord for Strength.
