TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
I will strive to create a classroom community where students feel comfortable and at home as soon as
they walk in the door. I believe that in order to create this type of environment, the students need to come first
and the teachers role is to guide them along the way. Students will explore subject contents through real world
experiences and critical thinking. They will also be to encouraged to do so by, staying positive and helping
others during the learning process. I believe my classroom should be an encouraging, growth mindset and an
overall safe environment where all students are treated with respect and integrity.
