Background:
An exciting opportunity to build a social media campaign
for various compensation and benefits offered by MSD
across Asia Pacific Region. This is in continuation of our
efforts to strengthen our Total Rewards offering improving
the perceived value of the benefits offered and improve
employee engagement.
Scope of the project and Methodology:
This will include broadly the tools, techniques, kind of
study to explore the project objective in depth e.g.
market survey, internet research, best practice study etc
Building various communications on various offerings
across Asia Pacific Region
Market Research on various such initiatives internally
and externally by benchmarking against various
industries
Identify tools to do the same
Planning the launch of the campaign

marketing channels (Email, Mobile & Web
Meetings):
Background:

As we continue to utilize various channels to engage with


our customers across businesses, it is important to gain a
deeper understanding of the customers behavior towards
these channels & understand critical success factors.
Email, mobile & web meetings are the top 3 channels
being used across businesses to drive engagements.
Scope of the project and Methodology:
Understand best practices & critical success factors
in email, mobile marketing & web meetings
Gain insights from our customers on how we can
utilize these channels more effectively to engage
with them & provide the desired value. These
insights will also provide guidance to the marketing
teams while developing their MCM campaigns to
increase the effectiveness of engagements.
