the movant-intervenors to lift abeyance and order responses, the response thereto, and
the reply, it is
ORDERED that appellee and appellants file responses to the motion to intervene
by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 6, 2017. The movant-intervenors may file any reply by
4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2017. No extensions of time will be granted
absent extraordinarily compelling circumstances. The parties are directed to handdeliver the paper copies of their submissions to the court by the time and date due.
