REBUILD
1.

ExpandexistinglocalRepublican
committeesandestablishnewones.
As Chair I will work closely with local leaders growing our GOP
local committees and establishing new committees where none
exist currently. I want to have a functioning committee in every
community in the Granite State. We must grow our local presence
to compete with the Democrats DC-money machine.
We have great existing committees that are out there recruiting
new members and spreading the word about Republican policies
and beliefs through social media, letters, events and word of
mouth. I want to help provide these committees with the
resources and training to do even more.

2.

EstablishaB2BnetworkforRepublicans.
We will grow our presence in the business community and work
to get business leaders more involved in the Party. This is critically
important in growing support for Republican initiatives, raising
the necessary finances to build our infrastructure and developing
a solid bench for candidate recruitment.

Money from DC is always welcome and I applaud the RNCs
assistance during this last election, but we as NH Republicans
need to do our part to fund and expand our operations using NHbased resources. There are fewer strings attached to local money
and we can expand and strengthen our organizations now in the
off year by fundraising more here in the 603.

OrganizeaRepublicancoalitionnetwork.
Different Republicans are motivated by different issues. And yet
we are all Republicans. I will work to organize key groups within
the broader conservative coalition to build a bigger, stronger
party. Whether its fighting against tax increases, protecting the
2nd amendment, supporting pro-life causes, or ending regulations
that stifle business - the Republican Party will be a place where
we can organize our networks to make New Hampshire RED
again.

Trump'ssuccess.
Work with Trump voters to harness their energy and their
excitement as President-elect Trump governs through the first
year of his administration. Trump voters exhibit a passion that we
have not seen in the GOP in a long time. That passion has
increased our partys appeal and will continue to do so in the years
ahead. This will be a top effort in 2017.

DELIVER
1.

2017NHREDSummit.

2.

In the fall of 2017, we will hold a summit with Republican leaders,

activists and Republican State Committee members from across
the state. At this summit, well work together to map out a victory
plan for 2018. Well have county breakout groups, top speakers,
and experienced instructors to help us develop a winning plan.

Recruitment.
In early 2018, well have the recruitment process underway and
well know where we need candidates to grow our majorities - and
well get them on the ballot. Well have the candidate trainings
ready to go so we can teach candidates the most updated
techniques to win their campaigns and we wont take anything for
granted. Candidates will know that the NH GOP offices will
always be open and ready for business - to elect Republicans.
Politics is a people business and still driven by candidates. A large
investment of my time will be spent identifying and recruiting
strong candidates.

3.

ElectionTime.
By the first quarter of 2018 well have the organization in place,
well have energized and expanded our donor base, and well have
had almost 18 months of leadership at the state and national
level, which will give us the message we need to win.
Let's set the bar high. We lost ALL federal races in 2016. We lost
50% of our congressional delegation and New Hampshire has no
Republican voice in Congress. Winning back at least one of our
two House seats is a MUST.
