This report serves the purpose of addressing the overall performance and rectification and improvements

required to boos the market condition of Samsung in Doha


As part of this organization and my market analysis based on my day-to-day activities I have listed out few
measures that could improve the present condition for future endeavors
We have noticed there has been distributor delays in stock after the purchase order is issued, this becomes
inconvenient for customers because their time and delay costs the customer experience and need for a
particular product that becomes unavailable in market due to delay in stock that is distributed
Certain models are in high demand but due to lack of stock customers are not able to purchase them when
its on high demand, a stocked out model should be placed with more stocks of the in-demand model
without delay
When a customer approaches for certain accessories of their Samsung model similar issue of no stock or
required product lacking looses out on customers. A stock deployment that takes place in the first batch
should be evaluated and bought in right on time when the demand is high, lack of stock gives customers to
opt for other means of purchase
An issue we face presently is shortage of promoters in key location all around Qatar for e.g.; lulu barwa.
Shortage on promoters could affect the sales and product information to reach slowly out to customers with
delay. More promoters are required with training to reach out to more enhanced customer base all around
these key locations
From a suggestion point of view, branding of our products should be increased and opted in more places
than present availability , a means of reaching out to more customer base is having the branding done in
majority of key location areas and target market location where the sales are higher
Adding to more of suggestion, A booklet consisting of all the models and specs could be prepared with
multiple languages that gives the customers a wide range of variety to choose from according to their price
range and specs which would be provided in detail in these booklets and deployed in outlets for their
reference.
Samsung service centers have been facing issues in delivering delay service. This has to be improved and
customer trust needs to be regained as such they opt to go to Samsung service centers for any needs that
would provide solutions without any delay.

Coming to the power retailers the relationships needs to be strengthened more as they re the key face of
promoting our brand to the customers, they need to have meetings set up to see how the service and sales
is going
Few of the core changes from my point of view that could be implemented in order to increase more market
stability and resolve any issues would be

Deliver products stock from time to time and improve quality of services provided in service centres
Accelerate time to market and recruit promoters for key locations
Improve flexibility and responsiveness to market changes
