Is the mobile crane utilisation above 85 %?

Is the Fixed lifting system (overhead crane/Tower crane) utilisation above
95%?
Is the Load weight 25 tonnes or above?
Does the lift use a Heavy Crane with Super-lift counterweight attachment?
Does the lift have limited boom clearance between the crane boom and the
lifted load?
(i.e. less than 1m in case of lattice booms , or 2m in case of telescopic
booms)
Does the crane (mobile, crawler) has to travel or track with a suspended
load?
Is the lift classified as demolition operation?
Is it a tandem lift using two cranes and cranes utilization are above 75%
(One crane or both cranes)?
Is the load to be upended/turning (from Horizontal to Vertical or Vice-versa)
or rotated using one or two or more cranes, and cranes utilization are above
75% (One crane or both cranes)?

Is the lift including using Un-Certified Steel Structure as lifting point?

Is the mobile crane utilisation above 75 % and below or equal 85%?
Is the Fixed lifting system (overhead crane/Tower crane) utilisation equal or
above 85 % and below or equal 95%?
Is the Load weight equal 12 tonnes and below 25 tonnes?
Is it a tandem lift using two cranes, and cranes utilization is below or equal
75%?
Is the load to be upended/turning (from Horizontal to Vertical or Vice-versa)
or rotated using one or two or more cranes, and cranes utilization is below or
equal 75% (One crane or both cranes)?
Does the load has a C of G above the lifting points?
Or the load has a high C of G and has a potential to become unstable?
Is it steel structure assembly load with span equal or above 20m length?
Does the lift involve lifting of personnel by crane and man-basket?
With sufficient rescue plan.
Is the mobile crane utilisation equal or above 50 % and below 75%?
Is the Fixed lifting system (Overhead crane/Tower crane) utilisation equal or
above 75% and below 85%?
Is the Load weight equal 8 tonnes and below 12 tonnes?
Is the load to be cross -hauled using two or more chain blocks, pulleys, etc?
Is it night-shift lifting operations?
With sufficient lighting, competent lifting supervisor monitor the lift
execution.
Is it blind lift ? Or conducted within a confined space or trench or excavation?
Is the load to be lifted using two or more chain blocks?
Does the lift involve lifting of personnel by MEWPs (Scissor Lifts/ Man-Lifts) ?
Is it steel structure assembly load with span equal 10m and below 20m
length?

Is the lift including crane positioned near excavation?

None of the above applies to this lift. The load is pre-slunged or very easy to sling
with no external factors that complicate the lifting operation.
The team is experienced and have performed a similar lift recently
