A. Compliance with Order of Restitution.
Respondent hereby provides a picture of the $300.00 that the Court ORDERED as
payment for lost time or wages for Ahaudu Amlaktereda. The Court should be on Actual
Notice, however, that Respondent lobbied in favor of Mr. Amlaktereda receiving a variance
for his illegally-parked work truck at the residence because that line of work does not
place him or Complaining Party within harms way of any animals. See Exhibit A:

We have no problem with Kristina or her husband earning a legitimate living but
unethical conduct merits the full court press that we are going to give them.
B. Respondent has only Postulated Good Faith Arguments in this Case.
1. Mens Rea/Actus Reus: Complaining Party Allowed her Dogs to Murder the Best Dog
Respondent has ever Known in his Fifty-Two (52) years on this Planet.
That much is indisputable FACT. In publishing all salient issues pertaining to

the Respondent has not violated any laws whatsoever, period. That is really all that this case
is about.
As to Respondents mens rea, the Court should consider the fact that Livi was not
just a dog, she was Respondents Best Friend. While everyone knew Livi loved her mother
very much, everyone also knew Livi was Daddys Girl and a life companion. After her
murder, Respondent was forced to sell his car because of all of the memories, the smell and
the nose prints on the windows. When he drove it for weeks on end he just broke into tears.
When he sold it he did not clean the windows and informed the new owner exactly
why. Complaining Party is fully aware of this yet resorted to an online campaign in which
they maligned him and Livis mother for immediately adopting, when group and solo grief
counseling reveals that immediate adoption is a common and reasonable practice.
Without Pepper in his life Respondent would be leading a hollow existence. Yet this
did not prevent Complaining Party from mocking Respondent and Livis mom by mouthing
the words so sad at a public hearing. WHEREFORE all of Respondents comments and
filings in this matter are made in Good Faith and as the rightful VICTIM. Complainant is NOT
the VICTIM of ANY unlawful conduct, as this Court properly RULED in February, 2007 on
the same exact issues, res judicata.
2. The Lack of any Tarasoff Observation by Respondents Counselor is Probative.
Contrary to the Bad Faith statements uttered by Complaining Party to Respondents

employer, i.e. he is not healthy....
Both group and individual counselors have opined that Respondent is doing quite
well in the aftermath of a MURDER of a FAMILY MEMBER by a RECKLESS PROVIDER. Lets
not be confused about who the actual VICIM is in this case: It is not Complaining Party. That
having been said, without broadly waiving confidentiality into matters not contemplated by
this case, Respondent avers that he has been seeing the same exact mental health
professional for approximately two (2) years and said professional is aware of this case and
most of Respondents actions and statements as well as the EMOTIONAL HARM caused by
Complaining Partys RECKLESS CONDUCT and failure to formally apologize, to send flowers,
or to even send insurance information as sought. Said professional has never expressed any
Tarasoff concern and finds Respondent to be a well-adjusted adult male, period.
Moreover, the group grief counseling specifically for pets resulted in the same
opinion: Publication of ordinary guilt, anger and resentment toward someone running an
ILLEGAL KENNEL who LIED repeatedly and MURDERED a FAMILY MEMBER.
2. The Lack of any Record of Social Media Abuse on the Part of Respondent is Relevant.

Respondent is a professional journalist who has accolades from the City of Nashua,
NH for his First Amendment endeavors in a case cited by Complaining Party as being
probative of his misconduct. Significantly, Respondent DOES NOT have one single
permanent finding that he has violated anyones Rights, ever, in his fifty-two (52) years on
this Planet.
The Court may fairly consider this extrinsic evidence along with the fact that
Complaining Party lost on these very issues and is bound by the dictates of res judicata.
4. Complaining Partys Unclean Hands; History of Abuse and Lawlessness is Relevant.
Complaining Party does not come to this Event with Clean Hands, and that too is
relevant in this analysis. At a Mountlake Terrace City Council meeting she flat out lied about
never having as much as one bite previously at her facilities, and she smirked at
Respondent and Livis mother and mouthed the words, so sad. See overleaf:
She is not here to seek Justice because she fears Respondent or because she honestly
believes he has done anything illegal. She is here to try to prevent him from posting about
her public conduct and that is an area that this Honorable Court has already ruled off limits

so she is here again, wasting Judicial resources, Respondents resources, and even causing
King County Sheriff Jeff Urquhart to alter his scheduling in setting up his interview with
Respondent on or about 29 August, 2017. See the sample thumbnails from the interview

Next, as noted on the Record, at the close of the Hearing on 29 August, 2017 the
Complaining Party flat out refused to accept service of a legal document, i.e. the first
Notice of Bad Faith as tendered directly in front of the Bench. She left it on the Plaintiffs
table after Respondent served it, and she then refused the Deputy Sheriff or other
uniformed Law Enforcement Officer who attempted to hand it to her, and she smirked and
laughed at Respondent. This is the same sort of patent insouciance she exhibited when
Attorney Fraser represented her before she came to sit on this very Bench.
As further noted one year ago this very Court punished Complainant after she
wrote on Facebook that she and her biker friends need to put some fear into those
motherfuckers, a comment directed towards her neighbors who prevailed before Your
Honor on their harassment/stalking case.
Those are FACTS. Indisputable FACTS that demonstrate a recent, current and active
disrespect for the law, as opposed to an accidental miscalendar that resulted in Respondent
being late to Court in early August.
Wherefore the law office of Attorney Scott Stafne is again serving the Notice of Bad
Faith , along with this filing and the $300.00 payment for Restitution.
4. This Current Case is a Bad Faith Attempt to Again Litigate the Very Issues Correctly
Decided Against Complaining Party in February, 2017.

Nothing has changed in this case since Your Honor decided all matters in favor of
Respondent. In fact, on 11 September 2017 Respondent will call Complaining Party to the
Witness Stand along with Ahadua Amlaterada and their neighbors in Order to prove as
much from their own mouths.
As such, it is ultimately the Complaining Party who should be paying Restitution to
the Respondent and to the Entire Court system for wasting everyones time. Even King
County Sheriff Jeff Urquhart was impacted as he had to change his requested schedule to
interview with Respondent on 29 August, 2017 as noted, supra.
5. Summation of Salient Factual Points.
To recap these FACTS: This is a woman who lied about having a legal and licensed
operation at her home, and who further lied about whether we were paying actual
clients and who then proceeded to leave our dogs alone with her pack of pit bulls in
her own home, completely unsupervised by any human pack leader, for 45 minutes.
Whereupon her dogs summarily murdered Livi the Wonderdog. She failed to provide us
any insurance information as requested by us, never sent a condolences card, never sent
any flowers, and never sent a written formal apology or offered to pay for cremation.
What she did do, however, was to admit to her other clients, in writing, the fact that she had
left dogs alone on prior occasion, resulting in injury. Meanwhile she lied to Mountlake
Terrace City Council about not having prior injuries when she paid out nearly $600 to
owners of a dog named Liko, and her professional pal and friend Bonnie Sands admitted to
another bloody fight in her licensed Edmonds facility.
She has been found to have engaged in unlawful harassing conduct by you, Your Honor,
approximately 16 months ago. Meanwhile many other people clients and otherwise have
publicly commented on her dangerous driving and careless actions in the course of her dog
care responsibilities. Respondent posts his own comments relative to her, and to other valid
concerns he has about her ongoing KittyCatfe and Respondent reposted the comments of
others.
To his knowledge there has been no Action sounding in Defamation coming from the
Complaining Party in this case on any comments, however she did open up an entire
website dedicated to bashing Respondent, including comments that he is a mean, lazy ugly
motherfucker, and such (previously submitted).

It was certainly not Respondents intention to inflame the Court when he noted that
his lawyer would soon be handling most of these matters: It is an indisputable FACT that
Complaining Party respects such lawyer (Adam Karp, Esq) because she tried to retain him,
but he chose to take Livis case instead.
It was merely his intention to note that Livis mother and he have compiled a set of
facts about Complaining Party and her business and that in the next few months things will
be handled by Counsel, including a public gofundme page and such. At that point if
Complaining Party has more issues she is welcome to bring a Defamation Action against
Attorney Karp or Respondent but she is not welcome to waste Judicial resources on a case
that everyone knows has NO MERIT.

informed judgment. Mountlake Terrace AC Officer Elena McKee told the truth
about her (i.e. "doesn't hesitate to lie if it serves her purpose") until she sold out
later. And for the record, this is hardly my first foray into politics and law when it
comes to improper zoning issues that claim lives. Ask the family of Robert Taylor
RIP. Or Senator Bruce Tarr back in MA. -- where they actually investigate and

While there are a number of anger-inducing details, incidents, and personality

traits involved in the ever-worsening case of Kristina Marie (Amlak) Robinson
DBA: Precious Paws Seattle LLC., perhaps none are more terrifying than the
continued danger she puts other families most precious members in.
Ms. Robinson/Amlak and Mr. Amlakterada have positioned themselves in the

community as caregivers, but they cannot even follow basic protocol for safety
with their own growing brood of children. So you see. It IS all relative. What
it shows is PATTERNS. Continued, blatant disregard for the safety and welfare
of others, including the animals they have been hired to watch over, care for,
and keep safe.
I cannot stop thinking about the night my life changed forever. December 29,
2016. I cannot stop thinking about how different things would have been if our
Livi had killed one of THEIR precious pack. Livi, though alive, would have been
labeled a dangerous dog and perhaps we could never trust her again. It
terrifies me to think of the danger she put our babies in. Our little guy Fang
was there, too. Nine dogs, just at her home that she was responsible for. It
could have been ANY one of those dogs present, but Livi was the chosen.
Ms. Robinson (Amlak) seems to revel in the fact that dogs cannot speak. She
loves to tell owners how naughty their dogs were. Or how high strung, or old,
or immobile, or anxious their dogs are.
Trusted dog behaviorist, Cesar Milan says, This is what distinguishes the true
pack leader from the rest. They are honest. They are real. They accept. They
are in touch. They are present. They are respectful. They are balanced. And
they know their pack. This does not mean you trust them to make rational
decisions in an excitable moment. They will most likely not resort to Roberts
Rules of Order or Lincoln-Douglas Debate in order to resolve territorial
disputes. The stronger dog will often kill the weaker dog, simple. For Kristina
Robinson to be ignorant of this is inexcusable, as noted by Great Dog
Behaviorist Emily Kilmer in a letter to Mountlake Terrace City Hall that they
completely ignored because of political cronyism.

Precious Paws was a referral from Assembly of Dog, who has since written us a
public letter of apology correctly noting the deceit involved with this deadly
operation. Kristina Robinson lied and said both of her facilities were fully
licensed and insured. Only the storefront in Edmonds was licensed and
commercially insured in any way. She had in fact been cited more than once
back in 2014 for having an illegal unzoned kennel at her private residence.
She lied and told us both of our dogs would be at the storefront all day and
only at home for sleep at night. On the day in question (and probably for
several days leading up to it) 29 December 2016 she left our dogs at her
private home all day with her father, unbeknownst to us. Also unbeknownst to
us she had described her father as mentally ill and destroyed by drugs. We
did not bargain for him to watch our dogs.
Our dog Livi, a 4 y/o GSP, was mauled and killed by Kristina Robinsons own
pack of dogs (2 Pit Bulls/1 German Shepherd/1Basset and Pittie mix) on their
own turf after she left them alone for 45 minutes on 29 December 2016.
Worse yet, we have private emails to clients where she has admitted prior
injury for making the same choice.

Unbeknownst to us at the time we boarded our dogs, Kristina has a father who
watches dogs. She has described him as destroyed by drugs and mentally
ill. He lost a dog in 2014 and didnt even know it. At the time Mountlake
Terrace Animal Control Officer Elena McKee was concerned about Kristina
Robinson allowing untrained people around dogs.

11. Who killed Bullet and why?
This gets complicated but is also simple at bottom. There was no official
determination that Bullet was either an aggressor or that he had anything to
do with Livis mauling and killing. By all accounts -- including Kristinas --
Nova and Livi were the only dogs involved. So then AFTER Bullet witnessed
this mauling and killing he gets into a fight with one of her other dogs. Query,
which dog? The Report does not indicate. Was it Nova? Be that as it may,
there is no identifiable explanation as to why Bullet was put down instead of
re-homed or rehabbed.

12. A failed attempt to imprison Livis dad.
It is an undisputed FACT that Kristina Robinson was found to have abused social
media in 2016 by the same Snohomish South Judge who threw out a bogus
Stalking/Harassment Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) that Kristina obtained
against me to try to shut down the Truth about Livi. I have those files. But even as that
was going on, Kristina ran over to the Edmonds Police and tried to get me found in
violation of the TRO before we ha a hearing, so that they could arrest me.

I obtained a copy of the police report where they properly informed her that
Elisa mom and I were fully within our First Amendment Rights. Kristina was
not even the alleged victim in the Stalking matter, and the alleged victim Patti
Angelize NEVER filed a complaint and did not even appear on Kristinas behalf
for the Court hearing. This was clearly Malicious Prosecution, stay tuned.
13. WHO IS NEXT? WE KNOW THERE IS A NEXT..
Its quite the shame that Livi has to force recalcitrant decision-
makers to Do the Right Thing isnt it?
The City Council and Mayor of Edmonds told us they would not act
unless Code Enforcement or the Police recommended revocation.
We will be presenting our Petition to them.
4.72.050 Ineligible activities.
Notwithstanding any provisions hereof to the contrary, a license hereunder may not be issued to any
person who uses or occupies or proposes to use or occupy any real property or otherwise conducts
or proposes to conduct any business in violation of the provisions of any ordinance of the city of
Edmonds or the statutes of the state of Washington. The granting of a business license shall in no way
be construed as permission or acquiescence in a prohibited activity or other violation of the law.

4.72.060 Revocation or suspension.
The mayor or his designee may, at any time, suspend or revoke any license issued hereunder
whenever the licensee or officer or partner thereof has been convicted in any court of competent
jurisdiction of violating any statute of the United States or the state of Washington or any
ordinance of the city of Edmonds upon the business premises stated in the license or in
connection with the business stated in the license; where the business activity violates
ECC 4.72.050; or where the place of business does not conform to the ordinances of the city of
Edmonds. Prior to such suspension or revocation, the permittee shall be provided an opportunity
for a hearing. The licensee shall be notified in writing by sending a written notice to the address
stated on the license of the intention of the city to revoke or suspend said license. The applicant
may then appeal by filing written notice with the city clerk within 10 days of the notice of
revocation or suspension. The city clerk shall schedule a hearing within 20 days before the
hearing examiner. The licensee may appear at that time and be heard in opposition to such
revocation or suspension. [Ord. 3834 2, 2011; Ord. 1139 1, 1965].

MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) A 4-year-old tri-colored Yorkie was mauled by a

90-pound dog at a Manatee County pet sitter. The horrible ordeal could have been
prevented.
The dogs owners thought they did everything right. They had no idea their beloved
pet would be killed when they dropped her off.
8 On Your Side found out that the pet sitter, Peter Pams Puppies Pet Sitting and
Boarding, didnt have a license. The owner, Pam Morgan, told News Channel 8 she
didnt need one.
News Channel 8 contacted the Manatee County Code Enforcement Division, and
officials told us they will be issuing Morgan a violation. That means she will have to
shut down immediately. Morgan currently has animals in her care and will have
until next Friday to close. If she does not comply, officials tell us, Morgan will have to
go before a judge.
This story sparked outrage nationwide. She said, KLahs dead, owner Linda
Dwyer told News Channel 8. I said, What do you mean dead? She said, She got
killed by another dog. I said, How could that even be?
Dwyer learned this awful news by phone. It just brought me to my knees, she said.
I just couldnt believe it. How could she be gone?

To all Concerned (to the extent that anyone actually is concerned):
Animal Control Officer Elena McKee created a legal fiction that Livi (RIP) ad Fang were involved
in a family lifestyle situation as dog owners regularly leave their dogs alone, based on each
individual or family lifestyle.
As noted in the Official Police Report and investigation however, there was absolutely no basis
for her to assume that Kristinas illegal Practice constituted a family lifestyle with respect to
Livi and Fang. To the contrary, all Officer McKee had to go off of was our Statement, which is
verifiable and under Oath, is that our dogs have spent approximately one (1) week or seven (7)
days at the illegal, unlicensed facility in a total of the past year.
Therefore our dogs were on the home turf of Kristinas pack of dogs including a Bulldog, a
German Shepherd and two Pit Bulls and perhaps Duba, who is owned by a woman with probable
ties to Ahadu Amlaktereda given that her owner also formerly lived in Ethiopia.
Therefore Elena McKee is either stupid, inept, corrupt, or covering up for someone who is
corrupt, which makes her equally corrupt. Her report is farcical on this point. Now we have
already warned her that she is going to be at the epicenter of messy and ugly to quote her own
phrase to Edmonds Animal Control Officer Tabatha Shoemake when she told her not to get
involved. Well here we are.
WHEREFORE: We DEMAND that the Cities (Mountlake Terrace and Edmonds) produce:
1. A copy of the complete file for each and every enforcement action containing Ms.
McKees signature or in which she was in any ways involved, since the time she left
Edmonds to join Mountlake Terrace and of course during her tenure with Edmonds.

respective tenures at either municipality.

We all know that Elena McKee is wrong. No professional will ever say that it was permissible to
leave Livi and Fang in that environment, alone, for more than one (1) minute much less forty-
five (45). See the previously-filed statement from Great Dog employee Emily Kilmer:
But just as no one seems to care that we cannot verify Kristina Robinsons employment record,
and no one seems to care that she reneged on producing all of her veterinarian records to our
Attorney Adam Karp, that no one seems to care that Kristina Robinson lied to City Council about
the other bloody fight at the Edmonds location, or that she lied about the $700 veterinarian bill
for 30 stitches sustained by Liko at the same Illegal Premises, I guess no one seems to care about
this legal fiction as well.
It is completely appalling.
We remain quite certain that a Jury will care, in due time. Ms. McKee has been warned, and she
took the wrong side. We look forward to her video Deposition.
And Elena McKee didnt even bother to tell us that she had Livis coat or collar in her possession;
we had to ask for it.

We as citizens of the United States have the full Inalienable Right to Petition our
Governments for Redress, contrary to the implications made by one of Ms.
Robinsons supporters who claimed that we should have researched her
background more fully. Were sorry, we didnt realize we were being lied to so
shame on us. Now having conducted more research about her company and the way
it is operated we are sharing our findings with the public and with you. If she has a
Defamation claim then let her get an attorney and bring one as she has threatened to
do for the past two months. And on information and belief that same supporter is
partially responsible for Livis death anyway as Ms. Robinson went to her aid that
evening because of a mechanical issue with her car. You should know these things.

II. Things that do not matter.
You may have noticed that Kristina Robinson and her friends spent 15 minutes
avoiding the history of violence at her facility and her unproved credentials. Not one
word was ever said about those issues and that is all that really matters here.
The fact that Ms. Robinson never offered a formal apology beyond her rantings on
the night in question is irrelevant. She cannot show where she offered to pay for
cremation. She cannot show where she sent a card. She cannot show where she sent
flowers. All of this however, is IRRELEVANT.
The fact that I misstated her level of conviction is irrelevant. She misstated my non-
existent disbarment, and references a very political indictment against me by a
certain former U.S. Senator that was DISMISSED. Her charges relating to Forgery on
the other hand were NOT dismissed, she is a CRIMINAL. And she failed to complete
her community service and had three bail revocations to both. I on the other hand,
am not a CRIMINAL. My partner Elisa Bronstein also is not a CRIMINAL.
The fact that Ms. Robinson publishes and maintains comments on her blog about me
that claim I am living off of my girlfriend against her will, that I am an ugly
motherfucker or that they wish Livi had bitten my face off and more is completely
irrelevant but it does show her hypocritical nature to come cry wolf before you
yesterday. I have saved all of those comments and more but its not what matters
most.
II. Things that do matter necessitating full investigation.

False. Livi was unattended for 45 minutes when she died and she was left to be
watched by a mentally ill father who is destroyed by drugs in Kristinas own

we know this to be a material lie: She leaves non-pack, non-family dogs alone
routinely, in spite of any and all professional recommendations as shared with you
last night by Great Dogs Emily Kilmer.1
Any person who has any experience working with dogs, professionally or
otherwise, would have the basic knowledge that the dogs absolutely should
have been separated regardless of their temperaments with humans around.
This one simple step would have saved Livi's life. (Ex. 6).
And we must wonder if Likos story is the one referenced in her Admission to her
clients, i.e. made a choice Ive made before but this time resulted not in injury but in
death as Likos parents wrote us:
While I was very disappointed with that our dog was hurt, I was happy
that she took care of it, and chalked it up to my dog being in the wrong
place at the wrong time. My husband was not so forgiving and said if a
human was watching the dogs, anyone would be able to hear the sounds
of a possible dog fight, growling, hair on back standing up, ears, tail and
other things a trainer/Sitter should have been able to recognize.
..surely Attorney Schrag you would agree this is a serious issue that demands full
investigation, right? Kristina Robinson clearly lied to you:

This is false. Two serious fights drew blood that we KNOW of.
One in which Bonnie Sands, former employee, reported that she had to go next door
because she was worried about harm to her baby if she attempted to break it up
(Ex.4).

And now we have proof of another serious injury under suspicious circumstances in
which Kristina paid a $700 vet bill to nurse Liko, a fellow pittie back to health after a
vicious fight broke out in Ms. Robinsons care yet again. The owners were never
given specifics about the fight, and the injuries were similar to those sustained by
Livi, all of which tends to indicate that the same dog in Kristina Robinsons care did
the deed. That dog would be Nova, the one that they are protecting.

2014 Ive worked for Central Bark, Academy of Canine Behavior and Mountlake
Terrace Veterinary Clinic.
Ms. Robinson provided this information of her own free will in her zoning
application. Was it a lie, just like the no bite lie? This is relevant.
As such, we remind Council that we were not able to verify her employment.
We present to you the four (4) succinct DEMANDS issued to City Council in
yesterdays letter and we further DEMAND a response from City Attorney Schrag
on or before the next scheduled City Council date. Such is our Constitutional
Right.
DEMAND #1: Given the totality of this situation you must now compel her
to produce the complete employment records and you have
the statutory, penumbral and plenary powers to do so.
DEMAND #2: This shows female to female aggression pattern at 5808.

Remember, Livi is a female and note that Kristina Robinson refuses to
provide a release to all of her veterinary records.
We hereby DEMAND that City Hall DEMAND subpoena these records
and make them available to us as well as to the general public as the

DEMAND #3: Edmonds and Mountlake Terrace have joint jurisdiction in this case as
we noted weeks ago before Elena McKee told Edmonds Animal
Control Officer Tabatha Shoemake to stand down because things
were going to get messy and ugly for the city. Wherefore they both
shall investigate the dangerous activity surrounding both Precious
Paws facilities and issue emergency abatements pending investigation
into the danger and the lies. Both municipalities enjoy the statutory,
penumbral and plenary powers to do so. (Ex. 5)
DEMAND #4: We demand that you as city Councilors ORDER that Animal Control
Officer Elena McKee reconsider her report in light of the above-
referenced facts, much as McKee demanded that another professional
reconsider her report in this case, except that our demand is
calculated to produce the Truth rather than to obfuscate it. (see
below)
2. Elena McKees botched and materially inconsistent Investigation & Report.
As far as Elena McKees purported investigation there wasnt one.
She told someone in her former working environment at Edmonds to stand down
instead of looking into a pattern of danger even after we provided interview notes
with a former Precious Paws employee.
She even told the attending physician to change her report that Livi was wet
because she had been washed down.
She then reports that Livi weighed 80 lbs when in fact she weighed 65 lbs.
Most importantly, McKee claims that people often leave dogs alone in a family
setting when there was absolutely no basis to assume that this was a family setting.
All she had before her was our statement that we had used them for 3-4 occasions
for a day or two at a time over the past year. Leaving dogs alone like that for 45
minutes with a homeowners own pack on their own turf falls well below any
acceptable standard. See Statement of Great Dog trainer Emily Kilmer (Ex. 6).
She then claims that this was the result of legitimate activity even though she
already stated in her report that the facility was ILLEGAL. (Ex 3)

III. Related Reports of Abuse and Neglect.
Please note that patrons and an observer have criticized Kristina Robinson for these
related issues:
First, complete failure to appear, leaving dogs in a compromised position for 26

hours (Ex. 7)
Second, abuse of the home environment on an in-home boarding situation (Id.).
Third, dogs observed unattended in a hot car (Id.)
.one would think that this information, coupled with other more direct
information, would cause City Councilors, Elena McKee and Attorney Schrag to work
with Edmonds to investigate. But instead we have Elena McKee telling Edmonds to
stand down. This is completely unconscionable.
IV. Ongoing Violations by Kristina Robinson and Precious Paws.
We submitted proof to the City that Precious Paws still advertised boarding
services at 5808 well into February, 2017 in direct contravention of yet another
Cease and Desist ORDER.
When does it end? City Attorney Schrag and each and every City Councilor -- now
has a duty to demand a full investigation, and that will require discussions not only
with Likos family, but the former employees of Precious Paws.
Likos family does not have a vendetta against Kristina Robinson. She has a
seriously-injured dog because of Kristina Robinson, and that dog was injured in
almost exactly the same way as Livi, and that dog was retrieved from Kristina
Robinsons house.
Counselor and Councilors, we await your Decision with bated breath but we all
know that Livis blood in on the hands of the City and Kristina Robinson. We are the
victims in this case and we will simply not tolerate this woman and her often mean-
spirited supporters coming before you to obfuscate the facts.

False. It was 45 minutes as her own surveillance video shows. No more than one
minute is acceptable in a non-family, unfamiliar environment such as this. For some
reason Animal Control Officer McKee found this to be a family environment. We
hereby DEMAND she reconsider such finding given the facts she had before her,

I have been following the FB chatter about your dog Livi. I am truly sorry for
the loss of your dog. No words can describe the unfortunate events that both
did and did not occur.

We also took one of our dogs for boarding at PP. We had taken our other dog
with us to Leavenworth and could not take both. Our pit bull, Liko is an
amazing, well adjusted, socially trained, non-aggressive pit bull.
However that weekend we got a call from Kristina that Liko had gotten into a
dog fight with another dog at her facility and that she needed 18 stitches
around her ear and 6 around her neck. The other dog had a few minor
scratches that did not need to be stitched up. This happened on a Sunday, so
we packed up early and headed back over the mountain to pick up Liko.
DEMAND #2: This shows female to female aggression pattern at 5808.

[Our query 1: Why did Kristina refuse to provide all veterinary records for all of her
dogs to our attorney Adam Karp? Is there any reference in those records to prior
violence? Because that would militate in favor of criminal prosecution for pursuant to
Dangerous Dog and related statutes as we already stated. But there was no real
investigation into possible prior fights even though we presented the City with
interview notes from a prior employee that ALSO discussed violent activity and a
bloody fight. The former employee told me that Elena McKee nor anyone else from the
City has contacted her].
We were told to come to Kristinas home in MLT to pick up Liko. While at her
home, there were about 6 other dogs and our Liko curled up in a ball in the
corner. Kristina did pay for the almost $700 vet bill and we left with Liko.
[Our Query 2: What dog bit their pit bull? Kristina failed to produce this information,
however, it is a pattern of violence of aggression toward female dogs in Kristinas
illegal home environment. If she was not illegally boarding then one of her dogs did it,
ipso facto right? Meanwhile Likos owners are finishing their Affidavit, but on that
same day they wrote:

Something tells me the other dog may have been one of her dogs and she
thought it would have been a good idea to put all the pit bulls together.
Hmmmmm
We never went back and never will go back. I feel very bad that I didnt post
something sooner about what happened about 18 months ago.
[Our Query 3: 6 other dogs 18 months ago, at the house at #5808 is per se illegal,
again. She was in violation of the law. Is her lack of regard for the law steeped in the
strength of her connections with police and Councilor Seaun Richards?]
While I was very disappointed with that our dog was hurt, I was happy that

to take Livi somewhere else. We apologize for that.

The Statement speaks for itself. To quote in pertinent part:
This was absolutely not a tragic learning experience; the incident of Livi's
death is the direct result of Kristina's negligence. Any person who has any
experience working with dogs, professionally or otherwise, would have the
basic knowledge that the dogs absolutely should have been separated
regardless of their temperaments with humans around. This one simple step
would have saved Livi's life. (Ex. 6).
.As such, her statement echoes the common sense approach that Animal Control
(and Damage Control) Officer Elena McKee ignored.
VI Conclusion.
We are The Citys abject failure and abysmal performance on this matter is exceeded
only by that of Kristina Robinson, Ahadu Amlaktereda and Precious Paws. There is a
substantial likelihood that Nova attacked Liko another female dog at 5808 and
that turns this into an immediate emergency abatement issue with criminal
sanctions under Dangerous Dog and other statutes. If Nova was responsible before
and had she been properly labeled a Dangerous Dog we wouldnt be here today but
Livi would be.
We are Americans and we live in America. We are the victims, along with innocent
dogs, not Kristina. And no one will do harm to my family without substantial legal
recompense, it is that simple.
We hereby DEMAND that this Council adjuurn for an Executive Session to decide
that the City will work with Edmonds in order to immediately abate this public
nuisance in both jurisdictions.
Otherwise litigation will ensue.

My name is Emily Kilmer, and I am a Dog Care Professional at a Seattle area dog
daycare. Beyond working with dogs in a professional capacity for the past year, I have
also worked with dogs in behavioral rehabilitation within my home with my own dogs as
well as the dogs of acquaintances and friends. I have also owned dogs for the past 25
years, and my college education is based in behaviorism.
When I first heard about the incident involving Livi, I was a bit dumbfounded. I know
that whenever there is a group of dogs, there is always a chance of dogs becoming
aroused, and there is always a chance for injury. However, a death is something that
should never happen when he dogs are being correctly supervised.
Whenever I am working with dogs that are not my own bonded pair, the dogs are never
left together alone regardless of how well behaved the dogs are when a human is
watching. This is to ensure the safety of all dogs involved. In a home, there are always
crumbs on the kitchen floor, doors to rooms that dogs will resource guard, along with
toys, favorite spots, and not to mention that dogs frequently become anxious when the
human has left, which can cause behaviors previously unseen. On a daycare floor, there
is gate guarding, rough-housing, and again general agitation with the human no longer
being in the room. Separation of the dogs could be putting the dogs in separate crates,
rooms, putting up baby gates or ex-pens, moving dogs to side-runs, up to and including
having one of the dogs follow me to wherever I am going if I do not have enough
individual spaces for all the dogs. As a human caring for dogs, one has to keep in mind
that no matter what, dogs are animals with the mental capacity of about a human
toddler, and they will act out when scared or cared for improperly.
When I found out that Livi was left alone with other dogs, without the dogs being
separated, I was completely appalled. It was completely unnecessary, regardless of
whatever emergency prompted Kristina to leave the dogs unattended. Emergencies
happen, but neglecting to take the few minutes to ensure the dogs in her care would
without a doubt be safe while she was away is completely unacceptable.
Part of working with dogs in a professional capacity is understanding the basic needs
and temperaments of the breeds coming in to your care. As a professional, yes, German
Shorthaired Pointers can be difficult in a daycare setting because of their energy levels,

and their love of their own humans. If this was something that Kristina did not think she
would be able to handle, then she should have told Christopher and Elisa up front.
When Kristina was unable to handle Livi's energy levels while Livi was under her care,
Kristina should have informed Christopher and Elisa that Livi was having a difficult time
in daycare; that is a simple professional courtesy that would have allowed Christopher
and Elisa the option to continue to leave Livi with Kristina or find another option for care
for Livi and Fang. Secondarily, if Livi had become inappropriate for daycare during her
stay, and Christopher and Elisa were unable to find alternative arrangements for Livi and
Fang, Kristina still had a professional responsibility to Christopher, Elisa, and Livi to keep
Livi exercised and safe. The exercise could have included walks, dog parks, and smaller
groups at the daycare facility. All of these would have helped with the anxiety that
Kristina says she was seeing with Livi. Safety would have absolutely included keeping
Livi and the other dogs separated while no human was able to be within eyesight of the
dogs.
This was absolutely not a tragic learning experience; the incident of Livi's death is the
direct result of Kristina's negligence. Any person who has any experience working with
dogs, professionally or otherwise, would have the basic knowledge that the dogs
absolutely should have been separated regardless of their temperaments with humans
around. This one simple step would have saved Livi's life.

moved from upstairs to downstairs. In general the last 3 days in a row she drops the dogs off there before noon
and picks them up around 5pm. This results in the dogs barking and howling all day long. I have tried to solve
the issue by playing oldies station music in my store, however the dogs are louder than the music, if the music
goes up more, I wouldn't be able to talk to customers without shouting.
Most mornings when I come into my store the smell of bleach is very strong because of how much they use over
there. The dogs are in this strength all day. I do not know if this causes them harm, but it seems like it should be

Richards, Conduct a Real Investigation and Stop Devaluing the Life of our Dog.
Some people are patently passive in Seattle and will protect people they like, even to the
detriment of the dog community. It's pretty much a disgusting variant of the Seattle Freeze.
Wait until you see the documented LIES told by Kristina Robinson and her friend Patti
Angeliz. The movie is compressing now. The Truth will come out.
We are *STILL* waiting the results of the city's little Mickey Mouse investigation in which
no neighboring businesses, neighbors or former employees of Precious Paws were
questioned regarding the safety of the facilities. I know this because these people contacted
me to tell me that the city never contacted them! In Massachusetts they pull the license
immediately in a mauling case pending review and imposition of criminal charges.
One of the lead detectives in the Briarwood Kennels case telephoned me last week with
criminal trial updates for Pete's sake. But out here we have City Councilor Seaun Richards --

which may or may not be an assumed name by the way -- having direct ties to the house by
and through the former owner at Crazy Moose Casino and other operations including
storage of his own personal equipment at the house where our dog was mauled and killed
by one of Kristina's pack while left unattended. The city failed to take criminal action or
even emergency abatement action even though the kennel is a per se illegal activity because
it is a non-conforming zoning use. The city has on prior occasion warned Kristina Robinson
that she needed to Cease and Desist Operations.
Instead, Kristina Robinson continued to leave dogs unattended on multiple occasions with
injury, this time resulting in the death of our beloved German Shorthaired Pointer Livi, at
the hands of her private pack, including several pit bulls. A dog handler named Patti Angeliz
from Valhalla has even joined her in support, lying and telling the public that my partner
and I were not paying clients. We paid cash and we paid barter. We have proof that she
accepts cash and invites barter.
Moreover, as noted in today's YouTube video "Precious Paws: City Government Allows Dog
Death and Dangerous Kennel" we have animal control office Elena McKee telling another
animal control officer in a neighborhood with joint jurisdiction to stay away from this case
because it is going to get quote messy and ugly, then decrying the fact that I am involved
and seeking a full investigation using former employees and neighboring facilities to
determine the danger level for emergency abatement or criminal charges.
To add insult to injury she didn't even offer to return Livi's jacket or collar until my partner
Elisa telephoned in today to ask for it. The city charged $.15 for a print out receipt showing
that we didn't receive the items until today. You take that $.15 and save it for your legal
defense fund.
Kristina Robinson has called her neighbors racist pricks and encouraged her friends to
put some fear into these motherfuckers as seen attached. These are sick people and I'm
not going to protect them. And anyone protecting them, or covering for them is equally sick
and twisted and engaging in conduct inimical to the public trust. We are going to expose all
of them. May we now please have an explanation of what he was doing at the subject

First of all, skip to the bottom of this document to see the docket sheet in Snohomish/Everett District
Court showing Kristina Robinson getting away with bloody murder and completely flagrant wanton
and willful disregard for the Law. She incurred three bail revocations for violating a 2004 Court
Order in her felony conviction for attempted extortion: She failed to pay restitution several times.
She failed to complete community service several times and ultimately got away without ever
completing it. She moved without informing the Court of her new address.
Her history clearly demonstrates a patent disregard for the Law. Shes bad person, watching our dogs
and lying to us about where they were kept and our Best Friend Livi is dead as a direct and proximate
result of such lies.
Second, City Councilor Seaun Richards stored his property at the subject location before retrieving it
from Kristina Robinson. Neighbors will swear out an Affidavit relative thereto. I asked on video and
on City Council Council audio whether any Council Members were personal friends with Ms.
Robinson. Everyone answered in the negative. Wherefore Ms. Bronstein and I DEMAND to see
any documents surrounding the storage of equipment for Red Onion Burgers at the subject
Premises. We also DEMAND a sworn Affidavit of non-conflict from Councilor Richards stating
that he (or his commercial entity has not stored any equipment at the subject Premises).
Third, we know for fact that the investigation into Livis death DID NOT include information from
the neighbors about the attack against Ms. Robinsons pet rabbit by one of her dogs, nor did anyone
contact us to see what we knew from other professional handlers about the prior act of violence that

It's a fact that the City of Mountlake Terrace and Kristina Robinson were BOTH under
ACTUAL NOTICE since 2014 that Robinson was NOT PERMITTED to board animals at her
home residence of 5808 218th Pl SW from the 2014 zoning application.
Not one thing has changed since then.
The ORDER was not time sensitive but instead offered Ms. Robinson appeal options that she
never attempted. The City and Ms. Robinson are, ipso facto, aware of that fact.
Ms. Robinson has admitted that Livi was kept overnight and during the day at the ILLEGAL,
UNLICENSED facility.
The facts indicate that Livi died as a result of a fight that appears to have been between
herself and one of Ms. Robinson's pit bull mix dogs at a time when Livi should have been
returning from the Licensed facility in Edmonds, a spot we have since discovered has its

own share of issues bordering on animal abuse according to a former neighbor Cory
McElroy who complained to Edmonds' Animal Control. See the email at the very bottom of
this message.
Ms. Robinson has issued language indicating that an injury occurred on prior occasion she
has left dogs unattended. In case you missed it, it was, again:
"I made a choice I've made before but this time leaving the dogs alone
resulted not in an injury but in death."
As such, Elisa Bronstein and I --- and soon many others -- hereby DEMAND that city
Attorney Schrag immediately:
1. Provide his Oath of Office.
2. Initiate emergency abatement processes at the ILLEGAL, UNLICENSED facility located at

5808 218th Pl SW. There is nothing more that he needs in order to do so, and his failure to
do so constitutes a violation of the Public Trust when coupled with his dismissive
pronouncement to Attorney Karp that there "may be a possible zoning violation."

As an aside, we remain offended by Control Officer McKee's email below because, as
previously noted I have investigated and deconstructed single and double homicides as an
attorney and as a journalist. To wit:

Attorney Karp is not retained to help out on criminal matters or zoning matters. I am
perfectly capable of investigating and questioning the integrity of the investigation process
involving Livi, and I will do just that, as I see fit. Moreover, having also worked as a zoning
project manager on more than one occasion I am perfectly capable of questioning the
integrity of the zoning and administrative processes. There is a thing called the First
Amendment that grants us that certain, inalienable Right. I will exercise it with impunity
until I am satisfied that some reasonable semblance of an investigation was conducted and
that the public Trust has been protected.

of the owners of a victim dog in my case. His dog was boarding at Kristina Robinsons home

her own dogs while left unattended. The dog is currently being necropsied but still looks like
death by dog. The victim owners are very emotional and have hired Adam Karp to represent
them, but Christopher cant stay out of it. Dont feel obligated to get involved in any way you

door to me now, moved from upstairs to downstairs. In general the last 3 days in a row she
drops the dogs off there before noon and picks them up around 5pm. This results in the dogs
barking and howling all day long. I have tried to solve the issue by playing oldies station
music in my store, however the dogs are louder than the music, if the music goes up more, I
wouldn't be able to talk to customers without shouting.
Most mornings when I come into my store the smell of bleach is very strong because of how
much they use over there. The dogs are in this strength all day. I do not know if this causes
them harm, but it seems like it should be ventilated better for them not to sit there all day
with it. They do this because no one takes the dogs out, they sit there using the bathroom.
I'm basically wondering if any of this is animal abuse. I'd rather not waste 911 or your time
with a call out if there is nothing you can do. It just seems that 6 hours in the dark, in a room
filled with bleach with 6-10 dogs can't be good for them.

Dear Officer McKee, Attorney Schrag, Mountlake and Edmonds City Council:
Officer McKee is correct regarding her email last month to Edmonds Animal Control Officer
Shoemake Elena, sometimes I just can't stay out of it. I need to make our track record clear
so that our attorney and anyone else actually trying to protect animals may see it clearly.
And you are correct, this is about to get very messy for the City. Believe that. First off, recall
that were it not for my intervention there would be no necropsy on Livi in the first place. My
concerns remain valid and I am deeply concerned that the City has bent itself over
backward to avoid taking the approach I noted in the Massachusetts mauling from last fall,
in which they shut it down pending criminal investigation. Ms. Bronstein and I reiterated
that point to City Council this week but apparently no one cares about the ongoing danger
enough to actually get a court order and post signs to really shut them down immediately.
Unreal. Yes we are emotional. That does not render us irrational. Ask the folks in Hanvover,

Also as to the zoning Attorney Schrag claims "This is a potential zoning code violation
issue." With all due respect, it is not potential. It is the exact same per se non-conforming
use you have already warned her about. Further, while you claim that you have no basis for
collecting on the $250,000.00 in fines that should be owing to the city for the years of
violations, the fact is that she lied to get around the system because she continued to take
dogs to the house but I guess she gets rewarded for that. He further stated that there was a
more recent complaint but admits it was not followed up on. Well why was it ignored, given
the proved history and prior Cease and Desist? Again, crime pays.
Just so you all know, we are dealing with a convicted felon (attempted forgery) and who has
a proved track record of leaving dogs alone and in dangerous situations yet the response
from City Attorney Schrag was almost dismissive. Wow. At any rate I'm not producing the
DUI information on Ms. Robinson because DUI is not defined as a crime of moral turpitude
that would also bear on one's CREDIBILITY but this complaint below definitely bears on her
inability to provide a safe environment for the dogs that she cares for.
Thus, as to Attorney Schrag's comment on imminent danger:
The criminal investigation is still open and there are facts that are undetermined at
this point, including provocation. Therefore, in my view, the facts would not rise to a
level sufficient to obtain an emergency abatement order since I do not see this as an
eminent(sic) life or safety issue that exists for the community or neighborhood.
.....How can he say that with a straight face: The same exact conditions exist today that
existed when Livi was mauled and killed, and everyone knows there have been repeated
observations about Kristina Robinson leaving dogs unattended. I am becoming skeptical
about the fact that people in government know the prior owner of the Robinson home
because Attorney Schrag's comment is completely nonsensical -- particularly in light of
the passage I provided this week from Kristina about how "I made a choice I've made
before but this time leaving the dogs alone resulted not in an injury but in death."

aired things out so we really had no idea that things were as they are.
The only thing I find more disappointing than Precious Paws itself is the fact that the City
seems to find that theres no imminent danger there, in spite of everything we have

Well folks I had been wondering about a certain passage in one of Kristina Robinson's
writings to her clients. Doesn't her own letter appear to make a tacit admission that she's
left dogs alone before and that an injury occurred? That's exactly what one of her MANY
moles pointed out to us. Read this excerpt from one of her client posts:
"Naturally it turned to anger and frustration which it should have I made a choice

....so yes her client who wrote us today telling us that Kristina told s/him about a prior
violent act. was probably CORRECT. And s/he claims that s/he telephoned the City on more
than one occasion to warn of dangerous dogs and children and was told We wont do
anything until something happens. Well now something (more) has happened. We lost our
Best Friend.
This is criminal conduct folks. You can't cover up a dangerous dog! And who told her to put
down Bullet, her Dog Least Favored? Was that the City Order or just another case of animal
abuse?
Not to mention the accusation by the neighbor that one of their dogs killed the pet rabbit.
These cannot all be false accusations folks come on. Not to mention her stated rationale for
keeping Livi and Fang at her home was completely false and unprofessional and proves that
she should not be anywhere around dogs. Fang is older tripod who doesnt get around
well. False. And we have the video to prove it. Livi is high-strung. Somewhat true, but
definitely true when she is kept at home cooped up with a mentally-impacted elder and not
being walked, exercised or socialized at the large play room as promised to us. Its just
disgusting.
Something Fishy in Denmark, yes.
Why the delay in shutting her down pending investigation. Heck you could have done that
the day after we appeared in Council chambers or at any point in time in the past two years
while they were accumulating a cool $250K+ in fines @$300.00/day.

Dear City Council and Mountlake Terrace Police Department:
My name is Christopher King and my Partners name is Elisa Bronstein. She is an

experienced dog handler and my first job as a hired attorney was in government and law
enforcement where accountability is allegedly crucial. As you may be aware, our dog died in
the care of Precious Paws/Kristina Robinson on or about 29 January 2016 because of what
we believe to be reckless and criminal conduct.
This could have been prevented. There are members of city staff who have known for years,
by and through the efforts of Animal Control Officer Elena McKee and others, who have
documented problems regarding an unlawful, unregistered boarding operation both at their
old rental property and at their current home at 5808 218th PL SW.
Neighbors have come to you several times and things culminated in 2014 with a zoning
denial, in which you notified them in no uncertain terms that they were subject to extreme
sanctions in a Cease and Desist Letter of Noncompliance dated 18 September 2014

including fines of $300/day and $1,000.00 criminal fine for violation of 5.05.160 which
also carries a 90 day jail sentence.
Nobody took any action toward that then well are they going to now that our dog is dead
because of their reckless conduct?
Then there is the criminal statute --

RCW 16.52.207
Animal cruelty in the second degreePenalty.
(c) Abandons the animal and (i) as a result of being abandoned, the animal suffers
bodily harm; or (ii) abandoning the animal creates an imminent and substantial risk
that the animal will suffer substantial bodily harm.
On information and belief, our dogs were not even being taken to the storefront for exercise
and socialization that a German Shorthair requires. They were kept at home and then
abandoned and left completely alone with their pack of dogs including pit bulls. Given the
totality of the situation there definitely grounds to pursue criminal charges.
That tandems the fact that you knew the dogs were left at home with Ms. Robinsons father
on prior occasion, where information and belief tells us that he is brain-damaged, and we
know for fact that he lost a dog and didnt even know about it. Officer McKee even said the
dog appeared fearful to return to the home. Its right here in Appendix A from 2014.
Appendix B is a Facebook Admission or Statement Against Interest from Ms. Robinson
including a letter she sent to her clients in which she admits leaving the dogs completely
unattended.
The failures from the city and the recklessness and deceit of the Defendants in this case
have damaged our family and destroyed the public trust and torn the fiber of Seattle dog
community. Every day we walk around our home and in our daily interactions with sick
stomachs, teary eyes and frankly a reduced will to live because of their malfeasance and
your failure to act. We are going to see to it that this sort of thing never happens again
Mountlake Terrace or anywhere around here.
People need to be duly informed and the best way for that to happen is for a city to take
responsibility when there are known violations because had you done that we would not be
here today and our baby Livi would be home with us right now. These people fooled us and
the professionals who referred them to us but by golly they didnt fool you because you
knew it all along. but you failed to act. We were told by city officials and the neighbors that
a sting operation was pending but all you had to do was to follow them from the brick and
mortar building over to the house with dogs to see the Truth.

APPENDIX A
Dear all of my valued customers. Tonight something tragic happened and I know you will hear
about it eventually and I want it to be from me. I want you to know that no matter what you
choose I respect it and always have and always will appreciate you all no matter what. Over this
holiday we were caring for about 6 regular customers of ours. Tonight I needed to pet taxi a
couple Of them home to Bellevue. When I closed up the cafe at around 6:20 pm I headed home
to take Wallie and Dixie home they were at my home with my dad, my 4 dogs, Duba our long
time client of over 4 years and Livi and Fang two dogs we have boarded on several occasions.
Ahadu was still at the daycare but would be heading home shortly. I loaded up Wallie and Dixie
and had my dad with me. My dogs Duba and Fang were there at my home. Ahadu would be
home shortly so I left to get Wallie and Dixie home. I arrived home at about 8pm and as soon as I
pulled in Ahadu ran to my truck and told me Livi was deceased. I was in dis belief I was numb I
sat there staring at him waiting for him to say something else or that I'd heard him wrong but he
repeated it over and over. My kids were in the car I told them to wait there I ran inside I could
see a lot of blood. I asked what happened he said when he came home that Livi was on the
ground bleeding he tried to wake her and check for a pulse but she was gone, all of the dogs
were near her a few of them had blood on them one of my dogs was very badly injured, ear
ripped apart and multiple bites. No bites on any of the others. I don't know what to do I'm still in
shock all I know is no matter what a dog I loved like my own just like I do everyone's is gone
tragically and it appears my own dogs are responsible. I had to call my clients 3 days after
Christmas and tell them the horrible news, naturally they hate me and probably never forgive
me and I can't say I blame them right now. We decided that it's only fair since we don't know
who nor why this happened we had to put all four of our dogs down, Ahadu had left to take
them when the police arrived and stopped him. They want to investigate more and try to figure
out what started it. I'm sick to my stomach I hate myself I should have never ever left them even
for a few minutes. This is my fault and I will never forgive myself. I'm telling you all this because
you must know and you have the right to know. In my 18 years of working with dogs nothing
like this has ever happened on my watch, but I clearly made a horrible choice tonight and I will
take full responsibility.
I don't know what will happen from here I don't know if I'll lose my license, or even if I don't I'm
sure no one will ever trust me again. I'm heart broken on so many levels and just still in total
shock and disbelief. I want you to all think and decide on your own if you'd like us to care for
your beloved pets in the mean time and in the future if we don't lose our license. If we don't we

will never board again even if we aren't forced to stop, we will only continue daycare and in
home pet sitting if we are allowed to and if anyone wants us to continue. I promise you all with
all my heart if you leave I Will never hold that against you. And on another note though please
know that I never ever have intentionally been neglectful. If I had the faintest idea this would
happen I would never in a million years have left even for two minutes. I'll never know why it
happened and we can speculate forever but it did and Her owners and I will never be able to
cuddle livi again and two of my very loved clients are hurting so badly and I hate it. At least one
of my own dogs that I love very much will have to pay the price too, and my children's hearts are
broken. I hate everything about this tragedy. Again I want you to all know this from me and if
you have any questions on more of the details I'm more than happy to discuss them with you.
But to sum it up I left my dogs and 3 of my clients dogs alone for a short time, we never ever
leave dogs alone for more than a few minutes but my dogs and other clients dogs have been
alone together before, we have watched Livi and Fang on more than one occasion over the last
year or so and there have never been any altercations previously. No one else was harmed Duba
and Fang were both totally unharmed. It's clear that the brunt of it was between Livi and my
dog Nova. Nova is badly injured and if she does make it thru the night she will most likely be put
down. Ahadu will be opening the daycare as usual for now as we all grieve and sort this out I'll
be at home. My dogs are all quarantined at this time. Again please know that we love and
respect you all no matter what.
