Sir,
In the above mentioned matter, I beg to state you that the information
which has been sought by you are as follows:1. The Headmaster of the Azara Soneswar High School has submitted
information on 20/12/2011 under the Assam Venture Education Institution
(Provincialization of Service) Act, 2011. The above documents are in the
custody of concerned department of District Level Screening Committee
for examination scrutiny.
2. The District Level Screening Committee have not made any decision
whether the School has maintained all the records, documents, etc as per
rules and regulations of the abovementioned Act.
3. The photocopies of the necessary documents have been attached
herewith.
4. The District Level Screening Committee has not reached any lawful
conclusion with respect to the matter stated above.
5. Identical copies with respect to the matter above have been attached
herewith.
6. Identical copies of the records of approval by the School Managing
Committee is attached herewith.
