ANTIOX BERRY SMOOTHIE


INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp of Organic Aai Powder MondaySF
1 ripe banana
1 / 3 of a cup of blueberries
1 / 3 of a cup of strawberries
1 / 2 a cup of kale leaves
1 / 4 of a cup of almond milk or water
1 tbsp of Organic Chia Seeds Powder MondaySF
1 tsp of cinnamon
TOPPINGS
Extra chia seeds , oats and hemp seeds on the top .
METHOD
1 . Blend all the ingredients until smooth .
2 , Pour into a jar / glass and then sprinkle some extra chia seeds ,
oats and hemp seeds on the top .

CREAMY BAOBAB SMOOTHIE


INGREDIENTS
1 tsp Organic Baobab Powder MondaySF
1 / 2 tsp Organic Maca Powder MondaySF b
2 small carrots
4 - 5 large strawberries
orange
cup oats
1 cup almond milk
Pinch of turmeric
Squeeze of lemon juice
TOPPINGS
Millet puffs , extra berries .
METHOD
Blend all the ingredients until smooth .
Pour into a jar / glass and top with millet puffs , strawberries and
raspberries if you ' d like .

DELICIOUS CACAO SMOOTHIE


INGREDIENTS
1 Banana , frozen
1 tbsp Almond butter , unsweetened
1 tbsp Cacao nibs or dairy - free chocolate chips , raw
1 tbsp Cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder , raw
1 Pinch Cayenne pepper
1 / 2 tsp Cinnamon , ground
cup So Delicious Dairy Free Unsweetened Cashew Milk
Beverage
METHOD
Place the banana , milk beverage , cacao powder , almond butter ,
cinnamon and cayenne in you blender and blend on high until
smooth .
Add the cacao nibs or chocolate chips and pulse to break them
into little flecks throughout .
Pour into a glass , and if desired , top with additional nibs or
chocolate chips .

GREEN CAMU CAMU SMOOTHIE


INGREDIENTS
2 handfuls chard
2 oranges peeled
1 / 4 cup raw cashews
1 tsp camu camu powder
1 tbsp goji berries
1 cup water
1 cup ice
TOPPINGS
Bayas de goji MondaySF
METHOD
Blend all the ingredients until smooth .
Pour into a jar / glass and top with goji berries if you ' d like .

MACA SMOOTHIE
CHIA PUDDING
INGREDIENTS :
Strawberry Chia Pudding :

Blueberry Maca Smoothie :


1 cup almond milk ( Optional :
coconut milk , soy milk , hemp milk )
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
2 teaspoons maca powder
2 Tablespoon unsweetened
shredded coconut
Optional : 2 dates

1 - 1 / 3 cups almond milk


1 / 2 - 1 pint fresh organic
strawberries
1 / 4 cup chia seeds
1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla
small pinch Himalayan sea salt
METHOD :
Chia Pudding :
Place almond milk , strawberries ,
vanilla , cinnamon , and sea salt in
a high - speed blender .
Blend until smooth .
Add chia seeds and give a quick
whirl .
Divide mixture into pint jars ( filled
half - way ) and refrigerate
overnight .

Smoothie :
Blend all smoothie ingredients in
a high - speed blender . Top off
overnight chia pudding jars ( made
the night before ) with the
Blueberry Maca smoothie

CHLORELLA BEAUTY
SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS

1 / 4 teaspoon chlorella
2 cups frozen spinach
2 cups frozen bananas
1 4 cup raw cashews
3 Tbsp cacao nibs
2 Tbsp ( packed ) fresh mint leaves , minced
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups rice milk ( original variety )
1 2 cup coconut water
Sweetener , to taste ( optional )
TOPPINGS :
Cacao nibs .
METHOD
Blend all the ingredients until smooth .
Pour into a jar / glass and top with cacao nibs .

BLUEBERRY MACA
SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS :

cup blueberries
1 - 2 Tablespoons maca powder
1 - 2 bananas
1 cup almond milk + more if needed
Water ( optional )
1 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon + more if desired
1 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract ( optional )
TOPPINGS
Blueberries
METHOD :
Combine blueberries , maca , bananas and almond milk into a
blender . Blend until smooth . If needed , add more almond milk
or water to achieve a smooth consistency .
Sprinkle in cinnamon and vanilla extract and blend again . Taste
smoothie and add more cinnamon and / or vanilla extract as
desired .

SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTES
1 ripe banana
1 cup of frozen blueberries ( I buy them fresh then freeze them )
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of kale
3 / 4 of a cup of water / almond milk / coconut water
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of hemp protein powder
1 teaspoon of spirulina
2 medjool dates ( this sweetens it )
TOPPINGS :
Frozen blueberries
METHOD
Blend all the ingredients until smooth .
Pour into a jar / glass and top with cacao nibs .

LIME AVOCADO
WHEATGRASS SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS :
1 handful spinach
1 lime ( peeled )
1 apple
2 carrots
1 / 2 avocado
1tbs wheatgrass powder
TOPPINGS :
Beepollen , cacao nibs , chia seeds
METHOD :
1 . Juice the spinach , peeled lime , apple and carrots . Pour the
juice in the blender and add the avocado and wheatgrass
powder .
2 . Blend for about 20 seconds and top off with some extra
superfoods like beepollen , cacao nibs and chia seeds .
3 . Enjoy !
