3 Ingredient Cheesy Pesto Twists

Easy to make puff pastry twists with green pesto and Grana

Makes approx. 24 twists

Sheet of ready rolled puff pastry
Approx. 75g green pesto
Grated Grana Padano Cheese (or Parmesan)

Lay the sheet of puff pastry out
Smother approx. 75g green pesto evenly over the pastry
Fold the pastry in half, meeting the two longest sides
Cut into strips approx. 1 1.5cm wide
Cover a large baking sheet with baking paper
Pick the 2 ends up of a strip of pesto filled pastry dough, and twist it
Lay onto the baking sheet
Repeat with the remaining strips
Cover the twists with grated Grana Padano cheese
Bake in a preheated 200C oven for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden
Serve warm or cold and store in an airtight container
