Govt. of Madhya Pradesh

1. Scope of Work
The selected agency will have to provide Data Entry Operators (DEO) to be deployed at any
location in Madhya Pradesh as per the requirement of the department. The required resources
will have to be deployed within 30 days from the date of demand raised by the department.
The agency will maintain complete HRIS and attendance details of the DEO in a web based
system and access of the same should be available to the stakeholders from the department.
The HRIS solution for such activity should be available with the bidder as on the date of
bidding and customized reports should be made available to the department as and when
required.
In future, the department may directly take resources on contract and hence would like to
obtain the source code of the solution used for HRIS.
The agency should pay the resources as per Minimum Wages Act and comply with labour
laws of Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. All payments made to the DEO should be mandatorily to
bank account of the personnel. No cash payment to the personnel should be made under any
circumstances.
The resources should work as per schedule and office timings of Govt. of Madhya Pradesh.
Attendance and daily activity details should be maintained in the Web based HRIS system
provided by the agency.

4.1 Technical requirements for resource to be deployed as DEO


a) The resource should be Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University
b) The resource should be in the age group of 21 to 40
c) The resource should have minimum experience of one years on the skill set required
for this project
d) The resource should be well versed in Hindi and English typing

e) Should have proficiency in typing and using MS office or Open Office functions.
f) The agency should conduct skill development training session for all DEO every
quarter for a minimum of 1 day. The documentary evidence of such training should be
provided whenever required.

4.2 Job description for the DEO


a) Online data entry of applications and updation of data in the software available with
the department.
b) To handle data entry in all such software that will be developed in future.
c) To handle correspondence typing in English and Hindi.
d) Support the office staff in preparing any reports by collating data.
e) To provide MIS from available system from time to time.
f) Any other activity assigned by the reporting officer at the work location.
