How to cure extra calcium deposit in the body

For calcium spur there is no treatment in allopathy. They give only pain killers. Calcium metabolism means calcium in blood

I had a clear skin few years back. All of a sudden I got pimples and because I lack patience I start picking on them. This had
left real bad scars on my face. My complexion has darkened too. And there is a stark difference between the face and other

A pain in the neck means annoying or troublesome. The face is swollen, indicating the congestion in the face. There

After attending the class Mind body I went home. I went through the manual you had provided to us, especially the list of
messages. I selected one point from them. It was, Get the guidance from the right person. Release your anxiety.
In addition, I took the affirmation which you had given for the lower back pain. The affirmation is, I release all my past. I
am at peace. Divinity takes care of my future. I was chanting for five minutes and slept.
When I got up, I was 75% relieved from my pain, which had been there for last one year and was feeling very fresh.

Why we couldnt sleep well. The reason is that all our energy is focused on the head, especially about work, money and
relationships. We keep thinking about something that has happened yesterday and today, and something that might happen
tomorrow. Thus, more energy is focused on the head.

Chin Mudra
You touch the tip of the thumb with index finger. Unlike Chinmaya Mudra you keep the other three fingers straight. When
you do Chin Mudra, extra energy in head is diverted to the root chakra (which is situated below your sexual organ) and then
to the legs. You get grounded and therefore you sleep well.
Usually I do Savasana (corpse pose) before going to sleep, so as to unwind myself. Yesterday instead of keeping the palms
on the side and keeping them open, as we do while performing Savasana, I did Chin Mudra. The amount of energy I felt had
been tremendous, never felt before. Of course I slept well.

Vitality Mudra
Here you touch your thumb with little and ring fingers. This gives you physical strength especially after you are tired from
any activities that are physical in nature (newly married and aged people will find this Mudra very helpful).

After digestion what happens?

Why is the liver so important? 75% of the blood circulation inside the liver is venous blood, and carbon dioxide blood,
which has only toxins. After digestion all the toxins and waste materials will come to liver only. The liver bifurcate the
toxins and directs them to kidneys, skin, lungs, and large intestine.
The liver does not function well after taking chemical food, hotel food, and junk food. It starts sagging. Its capacity is
reduced.

What happens if the capacity of liver is reduced?

The toxins are bad company and we should not mingle with them. None of us will allow our children to be in the bad
company, right? We also will not allow a person, who is not good, to come near us.
What will these toxins do? It circulates in the blood and mixes with the cells and changes the mind of the cell. What is that?
It tells the cells, If you receive any command, do not listen to them. Toxins are a bad company and it acts like that only.

How tumor is formed?

What process goes on in the body? Every second old cells die and it is replaced by new cells. To enable the process to
continue, when the time comes the old cells will receive the command, You have to die. The moment certain cells die, four
cells come, to dispose of the dead cells. Like when we die four people carry our dead body. The same thing happens inside
us. The moment the cell dies then four cells travel to that place, carry the dead cell, and it is excreted through the body.

The old cells, at the time of death, are supposed to receive the command Die and they have to die. When there are too
much of toxins in the blood, some cells ignore the command or they will act as if they have not received the command.
Those old cells, which are ignoring the command, will not die. If those old cells do not die, they will multiply and form into
a tumor.

How to let the old cells die?

Now what is the reason for the tumor? The old cells do not receive the command, to perform this process and they will have
to be helped. If this process has to go on continuously, (switch word) TOGETHER is the mantra. And we will not know
inside our body, whether the old cells have died or not. So how to take these cells which do not die and what is the switch
word for this?
We have to give the command Die to the old undead cells, if there is any. These are the ones which form into benign tumor
or cancer.
For cancer, CONCEDE CLEAR CENTRE CANCEL OLD Undead Cells FIND New Cells. This has to be chanted daily
many number times. By this you are giving the command to your own body.
CANCEL means to delete, to destroy, and to put an end. CANCEL is a very important word for destroying the tumor and

Around both my nipple areas, there are white patches. I have shown this to a lady doctor. She said it is vitiligo. They have
given some ointment and asked me to show sunlight. Since that is not possible, I am worried so much.
This started after my delivery. It is around 9 years now, but by grace of god it is only around the nipple area only and did not
spread in any other parts. Is there any remedy for this?

How to Use Reiki

Reiki means you are giving love to your own organs. There are 18 positions in the body, through which, when energy is
given, the body will realign to the Divine flow.
Reiki is mainly working by symbols. Doing Reiki means you draw the symbols and just keep quite. The only condition in
Reiki is you have to relate to your body daily.
Reiki is always flowing through hands, for example, when something happens to a part of the body immediately our hands
go there. That means your hands are already empowered to receive Reiki. They are already receiving Reiki but we do not
know it is Reiki.
Now after the Reiki initiation, your energy in the spinal cord is realigned to the Divine flow so that you will be changed
person. Only condition is that you have to do Reiki daily. In those 18 positions of the body, you have to draw the symbols
and keep your hands in those positions daily.

How does Reiki work?

If there is a problem say head ache, the energy is not flowing properly and in and around the head there is congestion. That
means that the head is not aligned to the Divine flow. So first, if there is congestion then it means that the congestion is to be
removed.
First it is a cleansing process. The congestion is cleansed. It has to be released. How the congestion would have happened?
We need not bother about it.
There is a symbol which cleanses the congestion. However, once the congestion is removed we have to see that no more
congestion flows in.
The organ is a weak organ and there is already congestion there. Once the congestion is removed it may receive further
congestion. That means that organ is to be energized. So first it is cleansed, then energized and finally realigned with Divine
flow. These three steps will be taken care of by the Reiki symbols.

Reiki is the healer

You need not worry what the problem is and how the problem has come and how the problem has to be solved. Only thing
is, while healing yourself or others, you should not worry about how the healing takes place. You are not the healer. You are
doing the work of god. Do not attach yourself with the result. That is the first condition of Reiki.
I have told you that after drawing the symbols you have to place hands on the 18 positions in the body. In each position you
have to place your hands for a minimum of three minutes. That means you have to spend at least one hour for Reiki daily. If
you do not have time to spend one hour at a stretch, you can split it into three sessions of 20 minutes each doing Reiki in the
morning, afternoon and night. But do not discontinue.

Luckily, I had got the color therapy manual from you on last Monday. And that Saturday, suddenly my son had a diarrhea in

My mind and body is not in coordination

Yesterday I had this strange experience.
As I was sleeping in the morning, for some more time, feeling very tired, in spite of my daughter and husband, who had
woken up already. My husband told me that its ok for me to sleep, for some more time.
After a few minutes, I wanted to wake up, but could not. I yelled my husbands name and called him, but he did not turn up
at all. My daughter saw me yelling and came near me. In addition, my husband also came, and they tried to make me get up
with great difficulty.
And suddenly, I opened my eyes, only to realize that all those five minutes were a dream. But, that dream was pathetic. I got
really scared, if I would really be able to get up.
This is not the first time that has happened to me like that.
My mom, when I discussed with her said, that it happens like that when you are really tired. Our body does not get up even
though our mind gets up. Naran, could you please explain more on why this happens?

Which mantra, or which Bach Flower Remedy can be given to her. She is already taking allopathic medicine. Can you please

Monkeys in Search of Sita a story from Ramayana
One lakh monkeys went in search of Sita, who was kidnapped by Ravana earlier. After one month of search, they could not
find her, and therefore they decided to commit suicide.
They were speculating about what they have to do, about Rama and so on, over the top of a hilltop.
There was an eagle residing there, with no wings. He is brother of Jadayu and his name is Sambavi. At one time Jadayu and
Sambavi flew very high in order to touch the Sun God. Jadayu couldnt bear the heat of the sun. Sambavi threw over him to
protect him from sun. With the result, he lost his wings and fell down. Since then he was living in the bottom of the hill.
The mantra helped Sambavi to grow its wings
When the monkeys were talking about Rama and Sita, Sambavi called them. He mentioned to them that Ravana is forcibly
keeping Sita with him. Monkeys felt elevated and chanted this mantra, while Hanuman crossed the ocean to reach Lanka
(where Sita was a prisoner in the kingdom ruled by Ravana), without any problem.
The wings of Sambavi grew immediately on hearing the mantra and it became as tall as the sky.
Rama said thanks to Sambavi for the vital information provided by him. Ram could free Sita eventually.
Thats why burnt cell can become alive when you chant this mantra. The cell that forgot to commit suicide is the cancer cell.

The aged people can chant the switch words CARE DIVINE. The problem for aged people is that youngsters will not talk to

Blood carries food to all the organs. It also carries glucose to the cells. To convert sugar into glucose, insulin is required.
When the blood carries the nutrients to the cells and if the nutrients have sugar, then the cells will not open to receive the
nutrients.
For the cells, glucose is the energy for them. It converts the glucose into ATP. The more the ATP in the cells, they will
become very active. To have more ATP you can do one technique.
Open the hands to face the sun. In sun, there is hydrogen and in atmosphere oxygen is there. You have to bring the Sun in
front (mentally) and do a small prayer, Give me the universal energy in the form of ATP.
Visualize as you inhale, that ATP enters through your bones. It enters through the cervical to the crown chakra. From the
crown chakra, as you exhale, bring it to the lower Hara chakra. As you exhale you have to swallow the saliva. If you do this,

My mother is 90 years old and she was admitted to the hospital. She is a known heart patient and has been on regular
medication. She was admitted to the hospital for giddiness. Profuse sweating and she was drowsy. On admission all her
investigations were near normal and the diagnosis could not be established as to the exact cause of her drowsiness.

I have no regrets in my life

Since my return in Feb (called back) my brother-in-law was critical with Prostate cancer which was galloping, I have been
constantly in touch with Balakumar. I wish to bring to others a few more positive healings.
My brother-in-law Capt Sundaresan was dying in Coimbatore of prostate cancer. He was in a hospice and waiting for death.
He was 79 years old. The whole family was in a depression because he was everybodys favorite person and they could not
bear to see him suffer like this. The indefinite waiting was agony for him and others.
I asked Naran for help. He asked us to chant the mantra KUNCHITA PAADAM SHARANAM and then KAALAM
NAMAMYAHAM placed under his pillow and I gave WALNUT too.

What was very surprising to the hospice staff is that in spite of the cancer spreading to all organs and mouth, why was he not

A Couple of Back Pain Cases

Two patients came to me separately and both of them presented a different case. What is the suspense here is that they are
husband and wife.

The wife came first

She said that she married a person about 16 years elder to her, and he was not coming home on time. If he goes to work at 6
am, he stays in the office until after midnight and comes back home only around 2 am or 3 am.
It is a love marriage. She is a Christian, married to a Hindu. She said that she was isolated. She was also suspicious of his
behavior. She developed a back pain and came to me for treating that. Physical reason for the back pain is she is riding a
scooter, which is gearless. Mental reason: she feels she doesnt belong to the family and therefore there is no support for her
either.

Reasons for back pain

In general, these are the reasons for ones back pain:

The lady is feeling isolated, and struggling hard to keep up her relationships. She is also struggling hard to find a place in the
family. These are the reasons for her back pain.

How to heal this pain? Just if you say, I feel safe and secure will the back pain get healed? No, it wont.
Need for the support means, or if a person who wants some support from the family means then they had to be given flower
remedies CHICORY and CENTAURY. Then they will get the support immediately from their family.

After about 10 days, the husband came to see me. He said that he had a back pain, belching, acid reflux and gastritis.
Sometimes he had constipation and sometimes he had diarrhea. There is a lot of complication in his lower stomach and large
intestine.
The gas problem means the person has lost enthusiasm in life. That means the liver is not functioning well. For any gastritis
problem or abdominal cramps, apart from the stomach, the liver is also not functioning properly.
He was very much frustrated because of so many blocks in life. Here, we have to teach him to release the blocks one by one.
I asked him whether he was frustrated in life. He said yes. I asked him why. He is a counselor working under a psychiatrist
doctor and he is working from morning 8 in the morning till midnight.

Why he has to work so hard and earn money?

Before marriage he ventured into a real estate business and he had invested about ten lakhs. Unfortunately for him, his
business was in the Telangana belt. Two or three people joined him and 30 lakhs was invested in a real estate project. This
happened in 2008 and at that time the Telangana struggle broke out.
For one year, he could not achieve anything in business. In second year, the person who promoted the company, died.
Because of these things the company did not have a take off at all. So for the last three years he had to pay the interest and
principal amount also. Though, he had been working very hard like this, he could not earn enough money.

He also said that two-thirds of his income would go for paying the interest. With the result, he has developed a back pain. If
a person has got a loan and struggling hard to repay it he will definitely develop a back pain because of his financial
insecurity.

He could neither earn money nor his wifes

Here, we have to make him understand that by working for long hours he will not earn the sufficient money and he will lose
his wife too. The body is telling him please dont do this, and that is the cause for belching.

Dont work harder but smarter

These problems came in the stomach because stomach is the centre of the body. I told him the belching problem indicated
that he would lose his relationship. He need not work so hard like this.

Bach Flower Remedies for the husbands

same remedy is applicable for feeling isolated too. What a wonderful combination for a

Lung Fluid No More

Sarojini met Naran last week for the first time, after coming across his blogs in WordPress. Before meeting him, she hasnt
come across the healing techniques that he teaches.
Two days after the meeting, she called Shobana around noon. She made an urgent request to her to suggest remedies for her
friends son, who was admitted in a hospital for his breathlessness and fever.
He was diagnosed as having fluid in the lungs because of infection. Unfortunately, the childs suffering increased as he had
developed a high temperature too.
The childs parents were in a dilemma. They didnt have the required money for the surgery (tapping the liquid out).They
could not ask anybody for a loan of Rs.2 lakhs. If the money was not deposited, the child would not be operated.

They were in tears and praying the Almighty to help them. Under these circumstances, they contacted Sarojini and Sarojini

First the fever came down drastically and in the night, the child was having a normal temperature.

She didnt know about the effect of chanting on others. Yet, she chanted.

She did not ask whether this was enough.
She did not ask what it was and how they would work.

My Deposit is Safe

Last month, after a long time, I could put a small amount as
deposit.
Now my husband says he needs that money for some adjustment
and that he will return it in 15-20 days. I do not want to give it to
him, as Ill not get it back. If I tell him no, then our relationship
will get affected.

My husband has been having extra marital affairs with many

women (about 14 to date) for the past 12 years. He gets into a
rage when I question him. He sees 3 women on diff days. He
makes me miserable and depressed.
He runs his own business. All his customers/friends cover up and
book the hotels on their name for him. He tells me he is at a
meeting but goes and sleeps with women.
He has divorced me last year and blames me all the time but we
are living together for my kids sake. He compares me to other

We often observe (I saw in my life) that when two people fall in love or marriage arranged by
parents, very early in relationship, boys tend to get physical. Sometimes, it may be by speech
only.
Is that a normal human nature?
As I had faced it, I always carry a belief that my loved one wants me only physically. I fear that
may be after marriage when he gets me, his love for me will vanish.
Is love is related with this urge?
How do we know that the opposite person loves us both mentally and physically, and not just
by physical attraction alone?

For the readers, I am not giving any universal judgment. So please dont take it personally. I
know my question is not exactly a problem but I somehow I feel this way.

Do not go by assumption or expect things in a certain way.
Life is trust only.
Giving love without expectation, changing oneself instead of desiring to change the other
person, and not to feel dejected over failure are some of the ways by which we can manage
our mind.
Life is fundamentally management of the mind. It is not concerned with others.

is to be understood and that is why touching his heart like a mother is to be done.
