Yatai Sour - £5.95 Martin Miller’s gin shaken with Iichiko shochu, freshly squeezed lime juice, sugar syrup, Shiso or mint leaves, fresh egg white and served over cubed ice. Noshino - £5.95 Iichiko shochu and Uragasumi Junmai sake stirred over ice and finished with a slice of fresh cucumber. Hachimitsu - £5.95 Your choice of gin shaken with fresh lemon and orange juices sweetened with home-made honey syrup. Ginza Club - £5.95 Iichiko shochu shaken with fresh lemon juice, home-made pomegranate syrup, sugar syrup, fresh egg white and finished with two dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters. Nikkei Punch - £5.95 Bacardi Superior rum stirred with fresh coconut milk, vanilla sugar syrup and fresh lime juice served short in a Japanese teacup. Arashi Flip - £5.95 Appleton V/X rum, Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Falernum, Regan’s Orange Bitters #6, Laphroaig 10 year old, a twist of salt and black pepper shaken with a whole egg and finished with fresh grated nutmeg. Mulata Daisy - £5.95 Muddled fennel seeds shaken with Bacardi Superior rum, Bols crème de cacao, Galliano L’Autentico, fresh lime juice and sugar syrup. Chiapas Old Fashioned - £5.95 Homemade green tea sugar syrup stirred with Patron Silver tequila, Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Dandelion & Burdock Bitters and Regan’s Orange Bitters #6. Crusta - £5.95 Your choice of Hennessy cognac, Elijah Craig bourbon or Bols genever shaken with fresh lemon juice, Grand Marnier, sugar syrup and Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Boker’s Bitters served in a sugar crusted wine glass. Dark & Stormy - £5.95 Classic Caribbean mix of Appleton Estate V/X rum, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup, Dr Adam Elmegirab’s aromatic bitters lengthened with spicy ginger beer served long over ice. Port Wine Punch - £5.95 Taylor’s 2003 Reserve Ruby port, Martin Miller’s gin, fresh citrus juices and vanilla sugar syrup served long over crushed ice. Champagne Cocktail - £5.95 Winter take on the Champagne Cocktail adding Grand Marnier to the original combination of a brown sugar cube soaked in Angostura Aromatic bitters lengthened with sparkling wine and finished with a twist of lemon.
