F16020566) COUNT 4 JAHSEH D ONFROY, on or about October 06, 2016, in the County and State aforesaid, did unlawfully and feloniously commit an aggravated battery upon GENEVA AYALA by actually ‘and intentionally touching or striking said person against her will by HITTING AND/OR HEAD BUTTING AND/OR SLAPPING GENEVA AYALA, while said person was pregnant and the defendant knew or should have known that she was pregnant, in violation of s. 784,045(1)(b), Fla, Stat., contrary to the form of the Statute in such cases made and provided, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Florida.
