VI Clarification, changes, corrections and comments

For C, DPHRDD - Instead of number of person order to explain, make it
number of person pre-charge. Do not include the Deliquency Report, it will not
contribute to the crime solutions. Instead of cases for pre-charge evaluation, make it
number of cases solved and penalized. The number of personnel dropped, charged
or penalized, just put it on records, they are not factors of crime solutions, better yet
measures solutions of cases on pre-charged and summary hearings. So, whatever
the decisions of made by summary hearing officer, it will not affect the number of
personnel charged, dismissed or exonerated.

VII ACTIONABLE ITEMS

For C, DPCRD Correct the Target for 2016, to include the number of activities
made, the number of sectoral group organized, the BPATS, the Lambat Sibat team
and number of volunteers. Lambat sibat is a part of our patrollers IP card.
Compliance on reporting, must be accurate and on time.

For C, DIDMD Correction on Performance Indicator, monitored
properly. Always include the PIPs, identify the street crimes, increase the number of
certified trained investigative personnel & in base line, percentage must have
numerator and denominator. Instead of Web page, identify the input as E-Subpoena,
E-Warrant & E-Rouge. Review first to avoid redundancy of measures and input data.
The number of lock-up facilities in the QCPD must be the same to the figures
submitted to the Commission on Human Rights. Include manhunt Charlie and
Arrest of Most Wanted Person and how many warrant of arrest received and served.

For C, DID Identify all Organized Crime Group members and threat groups
member who are neutralized. Always include Lambat Sibat in all activities/operations
made.

For C, DOPD Target to increase the LACAP, to include the city ordinances,
the permit of establishments and MOA for Lambat Sibat volunteers.

VIII CDDS Guidance - Adjust your target, see to it that concepts are effective and
attainable. Lambat Sibat is part of PGS, its major function is crime prevention and
crime solution.
