To whom it may concern,

I have recently gained knowledge regarding the scholastic standing of

my son and it pains me to admit the consequences of his mishap.
Nevertheless, we have discussed about it and we have already reached an
agreement. My son solemnly promises to me, and of course, to the university
that he will do his very best to reach his full potential in redeeming himself in
terms of his scholastic standing in the succeeding semester and that this
unfortunate occurrence shall not happen once again. As for my malady, we
have agreed that it will no longer be an issue and that he should focus solely
in his studies. Despite this, I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience this has
caused you. I am heeding your kind consideration and cooperation in my
sons readmission.
