Timeline

1. Term 1 Week 8
a. Hand in the first draft of the teams proposal to the teachers.
b. The leader will gain feedback from the teachers, and convey it to the team OR
The team listens to the feedback given.
c. The two scribes will consolidate this feedback, and send it to the team.
d. The leader will arrange for a group discussion to improve on the proposal.
e. The resource manager could start to plan and discuss with the team what
materials would be needed for this project.

2. Term 1 Week 9
a. Hand in the second draft of the teams proposal.
b. The team will again work on the proposal, based on the second round of the
teachers feedback.
c. The resource manager will start to finalise the materials needed with the team.

3. Term 1 Week 10
a. Hand in the third draft of the teams proposal, and wait for the teachers approval.

4. March Holidays
a. The leader will contact organisations.
b. The team will then finalise the organisation.
c. The team will request for an observation session at the organisation. (The
purpose of this to see how the organisation works, so that the team can form good
interview questions.)
d. If the organisation is agreeable to it, the leader will then arrange the day and
timing for the session.

5. Term 2 Week 1
a. The two scribes OR the whole team will go for the observation session, and
consolidate information about the organisation.
b. Based on this session, the two scribes will form the first draft of interview
questions, and finalise it with the team.
c. If necessary, the team may have to make changes to the proposal. If not, the
changes will be made after the interview with the organisation.

6. Term 2 Week 3
 a. The team will hand in the first draft of interview questions, and the fourth draft of
the proposal (only if necessary), to the teachers for review.
b. The team will then work on the interview questions after gaining the teachers
feedback.

7. Term 2 Week 4
a. The team will hand in the second and final draft of the interview questions to the
teachers, and wait for their approval.
b. The leader will arrange for an interview session with the organisation.

8. Term 2 Week 5
a. The whole team will go for interview session. During the session...
The leader and the resource manager will generally be the ones communicating
with the interviewee.
The two scribes will create interview transcripts, audio and written.
