•1 Cup of Red Lentils In a medium sized pot boil one cup of water with the
•1/4 Cup Salsa red lentils. Turn to low, and cover. Cook until it’s a creamy
•1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley soup consistency. Let cool for 5 minutes or more.
•1/3 Cup Nutritional Yeast
•1/2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend
•1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder until creamy.
•1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
•1 Teaspoon Paprika Top with parsley, or sprinkled paprika.
