ISO Certification Announcement

EMP Industries Inc. is proud to announce it is now ISO 9001:2015 Certified for its
Quality Management System.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification is rooted in achieving and implementing quality
management principals, practices, and processes with the primary focus of customer
satisfaction, consistent quality of products and services, and continual improvement. It
has most recently expanded its requirements to ensure an active role of top
management in the implementation, effectiveness, and ongoing improvement of the
quality management system.
EMP Industries, Inc. has always been committed to their customers. This certification
serves as further proof of this commitment, and is outlined in the companys Quality
Policy:

adherence to an ISO certified Quality Management System and continual
improvement activities for delivering cost effective products and services, on
time, that conform to customer requirements.
It has been a long road to get here says Brian Pentz, Vice President of Operations.
We have been working towards this for over a year now, and I couldnt be more proud
of our team who have fully embraced the culture we are working towards here at EMP.
Their willingness to fully engage themselves in striving to give our customers nothing but
the best in, not only high quality products, but overall customer experience as well, has
made all the difference.
After completion of stage 1 and stage 2 audits, and no reported findings, EMP
Industries, Inc. was awarded its ISO 9001:2015 Certificate on January 11, 2017 by
Dekra Certification, Inc.
