Guild Association.

Mr. Storey introduced Jeremy Hopkins, who is willing to serve as co-chair of the Housing
Committee.

the City of Columbus to discuss the parking studys impact on Weinland Park.

In response to a question, Erin Prosser of Campus Partners explained the City Attorneys action

North Fourth Street just north of East Eighth Avenue. He hopes to close on the title for the land

garages.

Mr. Storey reported that Jennifer Mankin, Ed Chin, Susan Colbert and he met with staff members
of Homeport to discuss the idea of a community land trust. They also likely will meet with
representatives of Homes of the Hill on the West Side and Community Development for All
People on the South Side to discuss the idea further. They also are working on establishing a
501(c)3 non-profit organization to hold title to the land.

Dan Short told the committee that he is restarting his plans to build a single-family house on the
vacant lot at 1463 N. Fourth Street. The lot is part of the Campus Partners portfolio. He is
planning to seek support for a variance from the University Area Commission to build a carriage
house above the garage.
