To Whom It May Concern, February 13, 2017

Krista Rogers would be a great candidate to receive the 2016 2017 National President's
Scholarship. I have known Krista Rogers for almost two years. Krista is passionate in helping
others while possessing a confidence in leadership. She demonstrates exceptional people skills
with an enthusiasm to lead and learn. I have witnessed this with her involvement with Enactus.
While involved with Enactus she was on the presentation team and a project manager. The role
that showcased her great communication and personal skills was when she was the Business
Advisory Board (BAB) liaison. The responsibility that came with that position reflected her
determination and proclivity for excellence.
Becoming involved with the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) put Krista in
contact with many local professional women. As always, Krista didn’t hesitate to get involved.
She goes above and beyond everything she gets involved with. With ABWA, she attended the
Leadership Symposium last year and this year is the Symposium sponsorship chair.
Additionally, she was the S.T.A.R recipient. This is an award that is given to a member that,
from the beginning, immerses themselves in the organization.
Because of her knowledge and great aptitude for learning, Krista was awarded the most
outstanding student in her major, Organizational Leadership. She has been in the Honors
program and has completed her honors thesis. As she is currently aiming to achieve greatness
academically, I have no doubt in her abilities and determination. She will be an asset
professionally as well.
