 A heritage listed building that overlooks The Argyle Street
 Sandstone walls, wooden pillars and floors and is simply stunning. The
venue is two conjoined rooms, the initial room being the dining room and
the second being a private bar for your guests only – a perfect space for
arrival drinks and canapés.
 The venue is totally private which lends you to have presentations / own
entertainment or usage of Microphone and speakers.

Plasma Screen - $250.00
Microphone and speakers - $170.00 (although given the space proximity,
you shouldn’t require it)

The Urban Exchange maintains a minimum spend which is built on food and
beverage to the value of $2200.00
The only other costs associated is a 2% staff gratuity and a host to welcome your
guests and maintain exclusivity is $36.00 per hour and they are required to be
onsite 30 minutes pre and post access / minimum 4 hours.

We can even organise a cocktail on arrival that is in line with the colour of your
logo etc

 Confirmation of all event details such as food and beverage selections, minimum
guest numbers, dietary requirements, run schedule, Audio Visual requirements
Due by Tuesady 7 March 2017 (a week prior)
 Confirmation of final guest numbers & all dietary requirements
Due by Tuesday 7 March 2017 (7 days prior to arrival)
Final payment of all fixed costs
